Aaron and her team at Kings County Glass are amazing! I called for a quote to repair the front door at my small business in Hanford and she had a technician out inspecting it same day. The technician was very prompt and efficient. Not only did they repair my door, but they literally saved me hundreds of dollars vs the quote I got from a vendor in Fresno. Exceptional service! I called this place and asked if they could give me a rush chip fix because I had an appointment in Visalia. When I walked in the door, one girl asked for my key and ran to pull my car in the back. Next, the lady at the desk called my insurance, got my claim done super fast and I was out and on my way to Visalia. If you need a chip repair or glass replacement, this is the place to go!! Made my aged sliding patio door like new again! I was looking at $2000 replacement but they were able to repair for a small fraction of that. I thought my door was done! They were just a couple dollars more than local competitors but the prompt and friendly service is worth it! They were on time for the estimate and repair. Repair and office staff all professional and friendly. Will be returning for future glass service.

Amazing service! After a fluke rear window break on my Toyota Tacoma I was scrambling to find a glass replacement. I called a few places in Fresno and was not impressed by call-backs, and inaccurate quoting. I found Kings County Glass in Hanford. I called them on a Friday and told them what I needed. They were quick to call me back with a quote and availability of the glass piece I needed (it was a dealer only item). I called on a Friday and they had the glass there on Saturday morning. They offered to take care of the replacement on Saturday morning, thats fast service right there! They had the job done in the time they said (about 2 hours) and it looks great. Not to mention theyre service reps were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this glass repair shop. I was blown away by how quick and helpful they were compared to other places I spoke with.

They replaced the windows on base. I wasnt home when they did it. They left a mess behind and didnt even put my curtains back up. I would definitely not recommend this place.

The representative I talk to in the office super friendly and but as for service I have been trying get a window replaced for almost 2 months. Suppose to get them to come down for the 4th time, for which only showed up once. The first time they forgot my appointment in the office, second time glass was wrong size, third the glass broken, then the 3rd time the rep says the repair guy said he showed up but no one was home when I was waiting by my door the whole time and the rep says the window was wrong again and was glass suppliers fault, I would have at least have liked a phone call ahead of TIME telling me this instead of changing my plans and wasting my time again. Well I hope 4th time is a charm.

Awesome, fast and friendly customer service, good prices, I had 6 windows replaced at my house, they did a really good job in no time, they even vacuum and clean the windows, I already recommend them to my neighbors in the future if need it I would hire them again.
