Stored our stuff here for a few months and never had a issue with the staff! Definitely highly recommended this place to others! Definitely satisfied with my experience!

Tiffany was really nice. She was very helpful and knew the history of the building. Unit was nice as well.

Mice in the units. Destroyed my mattresses. Wasted a lot of money to supposedly keep my belongings safe.No response from the claim department. Its been a week since it was filed. No one contacted me by phone either by the way I had to contact them. Ive sent emails. The store manager has sent emails with pictures and SHE cannot even get a response.

They need to get some cameras My stuff got stolen My storage got broken into

I needed information on sizes and cost of the units. I talked to Tiffany an she took the time to help me understand an see the difference in the units. Nice to deal with someone who treats you kind!

So far has been incredibly helpful with my small business regarding storage. there was some issue at the beginning with finding a unit I requested but they made up 4 it and then some

Its a work in progress, the gates dont work even through they have advertised they do. The 2nd night we had our belongings in there, the lock was cut to the access hall way. Its a newly corporate storage unit so I believe they will be better. Just as of 2/19/2021 its a work in progress

They dont offer the studio workshops anymore but the regulator storage units are great. No complaints. Friendly staff. Clean.

Callie gave me a call earlier in the day to remind me of my reservation and was SUPER helpful in answering my questions and showing me how to store my things safely. Overall a great experience! I will definitely be back :)

Staff was always very helpful. I never had any issues. Transitioning from a large to small unit was easy. Highly recommend

Good employees bad company. Had a few problems with my health got behind on payments when i got back on my feet tried to fix the problem wanted to charge me tripple.

***UPDATE: Elevator still not fixed after ten plus days.... Owner doesnt mind raising rent but refuses to fix issues in the building. If you were considering renting workshop space from About Space; dont walk away; RUN as fast as you can! Looks like company is in a downward spiral.Went to get pics taken @ at one of the businesses inside your building. Elevator didnt work, after climbing rickety stairs that are extremely steep, it appears there are people living in their spaces with pets. Canceled my appointment. I will go elsewhere... to someplace I feel safe. The photographer needs to find a new place to work from.

Let me tell you.First the two guys that run office are great, helpful and answer your questions.That’s the good part.The rest horrible. The company wants a deposit up front like any place- I understand. I have given them that over and over because I have rented a couple places.I moved out the 9th of last month. They said 3 to 4 weeks I would get my 600 dollar deposit back. I called before then to see what was taking so long, they said can take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Well it’s been over 4 weeks and still never received it. I called on the 30th day- and the location manager was shocked I still haven’t received and he contacted owner. He called me back saying they never received the paperwork from their location which I think the owner is just saying that. A million dollar company that I’m sure gets notified when a space becomes available and someone leaves. They fill out forms when I turn in the key. So still haven’t received my money, she told him it would be sent right out. Then the manager calls back and tells me the owner says the billing department person is on vacation and the check would show up this week.! It is now way over 30 days and I am still without my deposit money. Bad business right here- I cleaned the room and left and expected the money back quick.. now it’s been forever and still haven’t received it.!I will make sure to keep leaving bad feedback and hopefully then I can receive the money I’m owed. Also by reading the other reviews on here the elevator is broken yet again.! How are people suppose to run their business there in the rooms they pay for if the company doesn’t keep the place running like it should.

Wow.... Management at this place seems lax or they just dont care... Recently came in to use friends photography studio. Have a guy on the floor smoking inside the building; didnt look like he belonged here... Unsure why he was in the building; but have seen him here more than once. Will be reconsidering coming back knowing what management allows to take place... Cant have my clients feeling creeped. Apologizes to management if you werent aware of this issue or if it was a new occurrence, but considering there are cameras all over the building I dont know how you wouldnt know... Maybe cameras dont work? Elevator works sporadically… guess they dont care about that either.

Bad Place , My mother isn’t even behind in payments , she didn’t make it there at 9am so they said they “ auction“ her stuff off .
