I cannot begin to tell you just how wonderful this place has turned out to be. My family member suddenly died, and we were desperate to find a place to store all this stuff that we suddenly had no place for. At that time we just happened to be driving by the Public Storage and went in and there were two Super Heroes inside, let me tell you they saved us that day. Thank you Laura and Lindsey for going above and beyond to make us feel like there was nothing to worry about and everything would be safe and secure. It was one less thing to worry about and allowed us some peace of mind in our time of greatest need.

I needed help to find storage for my family that lives in the area. I had called around a few places and mostly felt the people there were indifferent at best to my request. But not Public Storage! I called and spoke with Lindsey and not only was she very informative and helpful but she set my mind at ease about renting there. I had forgotten to ask something and called back and spoke with Laura who was also very excellent and helpful. For someone who was out of town and just trying to help my elder family members find a place they can count on to store items, Public Storage hit it out of the park and these ladies are the reason!

Had a wonderful experience here thanks to Chrystal! I asked her how long she had been working there and was surprised when she said she was fairly new there because she knew exactly how to put my mind at ease when I told her my worries about water damage or other things happening to my stuff while being stored there. She told me everything I needed to know about their units and the security of their place. She also has a very out going personality and kept me laughing the whole time. She ended up turning a stressful bad mood day into a complete turn around!

Not only is it clean and I feel as if my things will be beyond safe, but with Jamie and Laura behind the counter, you will not only get all the help you want and need, but you will walk out of that office with a smile! I had water and mold damage in their unit. I live out of town and have been attempting to contact them about a simple form I need for my insurance company. No one at the location answers. So I call the call center, who keeps telling me to call the location, but no one at the location answers their phone or calls back when I leave a VM. Call center gave me district managers number, but he doesnt answer or call back either.

I had the opportunity to work with two associates during my check-in process. Laura, the property manager, ensured that I was able to switch into a more appropriate space for what I was storing and helped to make my experience exceptional. Kristy helped me with most of the process, from touring the space to signing my final documents. There were specific things, such as a lock, that I had forgotten but was able to be assisted through Kristys recommendations. The entire process of inquiring, reserving, and actually moving items into the space was fantastic.

I have always had great service at this location. I forgot my gate code and was assisted with a smile from Lexie. 3 years later still excellent service. My kids and my brother rent at this location and access is easy never have an issue with Laura not being available.

Today I went to public storage after checking 5 other facilities and was greeted by danielle and Laura with the best customer service and prices hands down . Because of the experience I had with them i will be a forever customer of public storage . If you ever need a place to store items these ladies and facility will for sure take care of you.5 star rating for sure .

We have had our units for 7 months, well today we were moving out of one unit. It’s finally winter here in Ohio so the locks are frozen, our key got stuck in a lock (which we bought from public storage).We walked to the front office asking for help/bolt cutters, we interrupted the employees FaceTime/ movie time.. she stated it is nothing she can do “only district managers can cut locks” I can put a work order in for you and maybe sometime over the next week(s) they can cut it for you. I am unable to cut locks, but you’re welcome to go buy you own” then she gets back on her phone..After we spend $50 for bolt cutters , we empty our unit and tried to go back to the front office to close our unit.. Four! Yes FOUR other customers are trying to get assistance and the worker locks shop and leaves for the day.. 1:30pm on a Sunday! They close at 5pm, no she was not out helping a customer get a new unit , her car was gone.. The other customers said this isn’t uncommon for this location , they also had frozen locks unable to get in their own units.We called customer service to close out the unit, and they said it’s the workers duty to have a daily walk to make sure the units with no locks are properly emptied.. the customer care representative did not seems to care about the experience since we are closing a unit so it’s no big deal..This is supposed to be a place of business, and it was not represented as a 4.7 rated business! I can’t wait to move out the rest of my items and stay with Uhaul .. where at least they have bolt cutters and a staff that actually helps customers!

Crooks they raise your rent when they feel the need to. They said they are allowed to raise it to what ever they please. They are crooks. They will add late fees on top of other fees behind your back avoid this place as much as possible I’ll. Be relocating my storage been real soon. Ask them for a contract that proves they are allowed to do this they said there isn’t a contract.
