I rented storage with Extra Space. I only needed it for 6 months. It was so easy and convenient. I opted to do “easy pay” automatic withdrawal from my bank account. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The unit was spotless. The entire facility was clean and very safe. It was an awesome experience. If I ever need storage again I will definitely come back. I couldn’t ask for a better deal.

My partner and I moved to Oxford a few weeks ago but needed last-minute storage—our original storage space in Oxford ended up being too small. Tired from a 1,000-mile move and unloading furniture, we walked in and Ashlee took awesome care of us. She is very knowledgeable and personable. We got a 1-month deal (after that, month-to-month if we need) and the setup process was pain-free. Easy access to the storage unit. Secure, safe, and clean. I had a phenomenal experience with Extra Space Storage. A woman named Ashlee was working when i came in to a very clean, and well maintained Office. She stood up and welcomed me to Extra Space Storage and she introduced herself. Then asked me what she could do to make my life easier. She was well dressed, and very professional.

Very friendly personnel, their prices are very reasonable and the space I rented was very clean, looked well maintained, and didnt smell musty. I was really impressed.

Used this storage facility for several years! Great place; dry, clean, quiet, super-safe, friendly helpful management, never any issues with gates, codes or billing, just smooth sailing! They also provide flat dolly type carts for patrons to use. Just an awesome place, and I have utilized many other storage facilities in the past. This was by far the very best,... only left due to moving out of town

The move in experience was fine. The customer service was even better showed me how to use cylinder locks, expeditiously got me into my unit. I had to do a transfer Within a week of opening a unit and that process was smoove. Thanks Ashley she’s the store manager and also the assistant manager was knowledgeable and very caring about tenants. The rate is exceptional. Store here!

Very clean inside and out during all seasons, nice employees, easy access to any unit really. Improvments needed would be to smooth out the door ways as there is a trip hazard and when alone hard to pull a loaded cart in and out over that gap. And better lighting inside and more sensitive I was left in the dark longer than I liked and had to stop climb out and walk a ways to trigger the motion sensor. But even still I wont lower my rating because this was the lowest cost place and he very nicest I found! And close by too. Very convenient.

Seems like a very clean and secure place. But very hard to get things in the door for the inside areas. Need something to prop door open.also need a little ram at bottom door because hard get Dolly over the dip.

Location and units are easy to get around, the staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I had no problems getting a unit when I needed one. Everything is really clean, it is cleanest storage facility I have seen. The site is very secure, loved the coded gate entry. I was worried about how I was going to get into my unit after we had a lot of snow, but much to my surprise they had everything shoveled and plowed and I had no issues at all. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a unit.

Extra storage space is a pleasure to work with. They always call me if there was an issue with my payment to help ensure I don’t pay late fees. They where flexible on my move in and out dates. They are always a pleasure and helpful.

I have been to some downright SCARY storage places, but this one epitomizes A clean and well lighted space. Seriously, you could eat off the floors in this place, and the staff was almost eerily cheerful and helpful. If you have reservations about storage places, use Extra Space and reset your mind!!

I went in looking for a storage unit to rent and Chanele the receptionist started talking to me right away. I told her what I had to put in storage and she took me out and showed me a unit that was perfect for what I had. The price was perfect for me and the first month is free. I asked her about a lock and she showed me a few different locks in which I purchased one so that I would have something to lock the door on my unit. The whole experience was a joy. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to store something.

Prices are a bit higher than other companies, however like anything in life, you get what you pay for. Great service, clean properties, office is always professional.

I have a small unit that is perfect. The buildings are always clean. I have actually seen the staff cleaning the halls and unit doors! That is 5 stars in my book alone. The young ladies in the office are always neat, polite, helpful and above all they smile at you and are friendly. Chanele is the person I have had the most contact with and she could not be nicer.
