Wasnt worth the trip. Specifically looking for an adjustable frame with new mattress. There were 2 mattresses on adjustable bases. No way to lay on what youd be buying. The salesman seemed a little sketchy. After all the ads, Wasnt impressed. Not looking for a name brand, but something comparable to what we liked at Mattress Firm wouldve been nice. Do not recommend.

Customer service is outstanding. Chose a mattress and when we got it home it was definitely not what we had tried at the store. They replaced it with no hassel and did not count it as our swap. Although the second mattress was significantly better than the first which must have truly been a dud, it wasnt what we were looking for. Another 5 minute conversation in the store and the new one was on the way. The salesman recalled our names and situation on the 3rd visit, over a month long period. Great experience and good quality.

Cant even tell you about the comfort of my bed because it went bad starting at the delivery service. After 2 minutes of trying they said they couldnt get the bed up the stairs. I offered to take the railing down and they said they couldnt wait for me to take the railing down didnt have time but yet when I called to complain the guy said that they could come back so they obviously had time just poor service. It wont even matter if my beds comfortable or not too many other mattress shops stay away from this one. Not even deserving of 1 star but had to give it to post. We were not given an exact time was told anywhere between 8:30-11 am. They called when in driveway, no advance call to say on their way with an actual time because if so we would have had our railing down. The gentleman who came for delivery right off back DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO TAKE OUR BED UPSTAIRS. So needless to say, I have a frame and boxspring not even set up and mattress downstairs. Because the delivery service was not accurate on giving us a direct time nor a call ahead of time to even say on their way. May have offered to come back but we didnt want same people who were so rude like we where bothering them to set it up and actually do their job. Either way delivery service was again horrible from beginning as well as the warehouse manager who was just as arrogant as his delivery men.

I got a great deal on a mattress. Delivery was free and they brought within two days.

Store was very clean and organized. Employees including the store manager had masks on. No pressure here, Bill Fisher the store manager was very helpful, kind and made you feel comfortable deciding on which bed to choose. Xtreme mattress is definitely half the price of other stores, and I definitely would recommend this store to anyone.

Lies and deceit. Was told they had three sets in of the twin mattress and box spring I wanted. Was to be delivered to the store in 7-10 days. Were heading into WEEK 5. Ive called and it changed to 3 weeks, then 4 weeks, now 5 weeks until it reaches the store. I would have understood and accepting if they had been honest in the beginning. This isnt a special order, just a twin bed. Unacceptable.

You get what you pay for!! It was time to replace an expensive mattress we got 10 years ago so we figured what could it hurt... turns out our backs, legs, necks, etc. Within 2 months time, and WITH regular flipping and rotation, it developed 2 bone crushing dips and straight to the trash it went. Nice people though!

Amazingly comfy mattresses, with a great selection, price, and quality. Plus, the sales people were nothing but kind and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend starting your mattress shopping here!

The stores manager and the guy (salesman) keep tell me you should go to another place , ,go to City Mattress or Mattress Firm or any Mattress shop and see. and I did . Thank you for your help

I assisted my son in buy I ng a mattress weeks ago. Weeks ago it was bought and paid for and we still havent heard a word when it will be delivered. Well Over a month now and not one word....who does business like this???.
