Edit- Was a nice experience at the showroom, but that is where the magic ends. The Delivery process is one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. After a delivery cancellation due to lack of inventory, additional fees where added to the order that blocked the second delivery attempt. 2 day taken off of work, changed plans and multiple weeks since purchase in full still have not received and i have low hopes that they will keep there word on the next delivery date.OriginalGreat service and very knowledgeable. Will be purchasing my next mattress from here.

**EDit**We did return the following day and purchased a new mattress. I sure hope it loosens up soon. Its really hard. Of course doesnt feel anything like the one in the store. It hasnt been broken in like the display model. Im sure it will in time. The adjustable frame is wonderful. Our original salesman wasnt there, but we were well taken care of. Were very satisfied with our experience in this store.Great products. Salesman was a good Salesman. Took us right to what he thought we were looking for. Other than him telling us repeatedly about his back surgery, wife and father dying, having to put his dog down (it was all little much, especially since we were looking for a new, comfortable, adjustable bed for my husband with terminal cancer. Werent really Interested in his life story) We didnt purchase that day, but we likely will on our next trip up there, on our way to Roswell. Store was clean, well organized. Also seemed to be some friction between him, another salesperson and apparently one on the phone. Not very professional in my opinion.

Visited this location this past Wednesday. I have a crummy spine and neck and I decided I needed to invest in a mattress that wasnt made during a world War. Entered in and Keith, the gentleman that helped me with my experience, was incredible. Super friendly and personable and actually cared about helping me find what was right for my needs. He listened to my concerns and worked with me in getting a great mattress and a nice frame to go with it as well. He wasnt hard pressed to sell me on anything or drain my wallet, but made sure that I did invest in what I needed properly to get. Obviously Im hoping my mattress lasts for many years and am looking forward to it coming in, but if I had to go back for anything I would want Keith as the guy to help me look for what i need. I was impressed from the first point of contact with Hussain on the phone. Quality mattresses, very clean and tidy. Both manager and sales associate helped my mother find the right mattress and 0% interest. Gave her an extra discount, she felt good about her new mattress. No pressure, she went home to think it over, went back the next day to purchase.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with our salesman Robert from the McKinley store. He took his time, wasnt pushy at all, told so many great stories while we tried 10 different mattresses and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products he was talking about.We originally thought about going to a few different stores to shop around, but after our great experience with him we were sold. We told him we wanted to spend a night thinking about our decision and he was respectful and let us have the time we needed. We ended up purchasing the next day.Dont waste your time going anywhere else but to this great guy!

Great service and selection of mattresses!

Just bought a purple mattress and adjustable bed from Robert. After trying a few beds out we liked the purple the best. Robert was very professional and very informative. Walked in just to take a look at what we liked and didnt like as weve been trying out a few brands, but after the experience we had, we ended up buying one on the spot. We did agree that we didnt want the adjustable base because we didnt think we needed/wanted it, and not sure if Rob was just a great salesmen, or we talked ourselves into the extra cost, but we got one anyway haha. Overall had a 10/10 experience and had any questions we had answered confidently. Hopefully we wont be needing to go into a mattress store for the next 10ish years, but if so, we will definitely be going to this mattress firm and looking for Robert.

I came in with my daughters for a mattress a few days ago and did not find anything I liked. The bald man who claimed to be a manager kyle? said “brown people like them are always cheap” as we were leaving. I will not be returning.

Larry has been wonderful! My husband and I came in with his elderly father while we were here visiting him from Virginia; we were looking for a dual queen mattress in which both sides individually raise and lower. Larry was so nice to all 3 of us and treated my father in law with a very high level of respect. He found the perfect mattress for both him and my mother in law. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did for us. He also informed us that they do removal of all mattress- the ones that are in good condition they donate to catholic charities.
