I have shopped at most of the mattress stores in the area and noticed that city mattress sales people are by far the most knowledgeable and most professional. They point you in the right direction and give you the space and time to decide. I dealt with Sean and he answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales. In the past I bought a mattress at a different mattress store that advertises huge savings but i had to get a new mattress after a year. I will return to city mattress again and again. Their delivery people were also very professional and prompt.

I am a long time City Mattress customer. I needed a new bed for an elderly parent. The knowledge and service I received was second to none. From sales, delivery and service. I already knew what product I wanted heading into the store as I have purchased from City Mattress several times. I am a lifetime customer for sure and every time I make a purchase it just confirms that decision

Hamburg store was fabulous. Jim our sales rep. Was knowledgeable and so helpful. So far so good with our new mattress. I think City Mattress should promote the fact that they carry made in the USA I didnt know this and would have saved me many trips to other stores.

After shopping at five different mattress stores in the area, I found myself going back to City mattress 3 times just based on the experience. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, yet no pressure is added for sale ever. I love the fact that the prices are listed on the mattresses so that the car sales approach is not necessary. I initially went in search of the best deal for a full mattress set. I wound up leaving with an additional twin mattress just because it was a deal that I couldnt refuse. I love that they had next day delivery available and offer to haul away the old mattresses. This is just an additional perk with no additional cost that makes mattress buying that much easier on a working adult that doesnt own a pickup truck. I would highly recommend City mattress to all of my family and friends. I feel that the quality, service, and value are Leaps and Bounds above anything else currently in the market.

Bought last one from Diane and another new one this week. Her customer service remains outstanding. Delivery men were meticulous. Returned today and dealt with Jacob for grandson. Again stellar customer service and yes did you metro. And mattress firm. No where near the c/s or knowledge. And prices all about same. Would never go anywhere but city mattress

Would not recommend Simmons beauty sleep mattresses, as there lifetime seems to be about 4-5 years.

I didnt leave feeling like i got a deal but thats to be expected when mattress shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I chose this place because it was the only local store with next day delivery. I bought a mattress at 8pm and it was delivered at 1pm the next day.

Sales people were ice enough but then again they are trying to get you to spend your hard earned dollar.My issue is with the fact that the minimum wage delivery person seems to have more power than any one at City Matress. I have an issue with the very expensive simmons beauty rest (dont waste your money on it) and someone from the store came out and remarked that quality control must have taken the day off when my mattress was made. He told me he would process the warrenty claim for me and make sure they made it right.The day comes for the new mattress to be delivered and the CEO driving the delivery trunk tells my wife he will not replace my mattress.That was that. No call from anyone at the store or from simmons. So its been weeks now and still not a word from anyone other than the chairman of the board that was driving the delivery trunk.Dont waste your money on simmons and dont think that you will get any service from City Matress once they cash your check.

My son bought a Serta Mattress and bedsprings from City Mattress and it is terrible. They must sell seconds or something. He had it one year, and is throwing it out. Thats how bad it is.
