I highly recommend Mattress & More for their outstanding service, and casual/ no-pressure sales. I stopped in to inquire about a Full sized mattress for a guest bedroom. Mark was very friendly and suggested the American Bedding Cascade Firm Mattress. I returned with my wife a few days later to show her the mattress and see some comparable options that were available. We were then assisted by Matt, the owner, and were able to successfully purchase a comparable hybrid mattress with a metal platform frame for the same exact value as the Cascade Firm Mattress. We didnt need a box spring because the foundation was built into the bed frame, and we were able to transport the bed and frame in our own car. I never thought wed be walking out with a bed and frame the same day, but it was compact and vacuum sealed in a box. Both Matt and Mark were very helpful and made this process seamless!

I came in to buy a mattress during the week and had a couple in mind. I sent my 18 yr old son back just to see which one he likes and I have to say the two guys that work there didn’t take advantage that a kid was coming in to look and the prices remained the same. They didn’t try to sell him the top of the line mattress or jack up the prices. They stuck by everything they told me a couple days earlier. Great customer service and very professional. I would recommend everyone if looking for a great mattress to take the time to stop here, you won’t regret.

Ive bought beds from them twice in the past 2 years. I absolutely love the store and the great staff. My most recent purchase was for my teenage daughter and got a great deal! I purchased a full size scratch and dent frame but the salesman opposed and sold me a twin at a discount price but made up for it with a full size perfect frame for the same price. I also received an amazing memory foam pillow free with my cash purchase. I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a great mattress and bed at a great price! Just received my new mattress from Mattress & More and I cant say how much I love this bed. I had been shopping around for the last few weeks trying to find a bed I liked without breaking the bank. I found exactly what I was looking for and received the bed very quickly. Matt delivered my bed the next day and was very friendly and knowledgable. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

Matt was great to work with! He pulled out a ton of options for us, and didn’t automatically try to sell us the most expensive mattress. My wife and I visited five (5) mattress stores about six weeks ago. We were in the buying mode. Matts store was the first stop.after several hours and many miles (yes we went to Lockport) we returned to see Matt and made a selection that we are extremely happy with.Although prices were nearly similar in all stores the reason we came back to see Matt was because of him and his treatment of us. He listened to our needs and wants. He never spoke about those other guys and how his product was much better.He seemed to care about us more than just a cash deal. Its 2019, The last mattress that I purchased at a brick and mortar was over a decade ago. I have purchased 3 mattresses since, all online. I was going to give this local retailer a shot, but after seeing Call for best price all over their website, its clear theres a lack of confidence in their pricing being competitive or they are deciding to not invest in their online presence.

The owner the was really nice and patient with me while I kept changing my mind. Would recommend seeing him for a new bed.

I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to mattresses & frames etc.. My experience here was a great one! Matt was really friendly and personable and he even kept my 5 yr old son involved in the process and was joking with him & making him laugh so that it was fun for him as well and that kind of service is almost non existent these days. He knew I needed a few items and was looking for the most affordable items I could find. Matt went above and beyond for us and gave us a really amazing deal so now my 15yr old & 5yr old sons and I have gotten some amazing mattresses and frames and he really worked with us on price to get us nice items, not just the cheapest. To top it off he delivered the items to my house at the time promised for free and really took the time to make sure we were getting the best and we definitely did. My 5 yr old still talks about that funny Matt guy from the store lol. This is the only place to go if u need a good deal and quality products. I will be purchasing all my future beds here and will recommend this place to all my friends and family and anyone I can!!! Great mattress buying experience!

Steer clear of Matt Sauer and his Mattress and More store in Hamburg NY.Heres why:1. He will say anything to get the sale. He says he has a warehouse, but my latex foam mattress had to be sent from California. He told me it was on its way the day after I paid for it. In reality, it didnt ship until four days later.2. There was no printed, itemized receipt or invoice. Everything was handwritten, no invoice number, no transaction number. An exact description of what I purchased was not stated.3. There were no mattress care instructions, brochure or written warranty.4. The latex foam mattress and box spring looked like a matching set in his store. When my set was delivered, the box spring was too small for the mattress. When I complained, he told me the mattresss height would expand to 9 and that the sides would shrink inward so that everything would eventually fit properly.5. After 4 days, my mattress was only 8 high and not 9 as advertised. And the mattress still hung over the box spring by 2 inches on all sides. I told him this was unacceptable and it looked like I purchased these items at a garage sale.6. He then admitted there was no box spring to perfectly match the latex mattress. Yes, after all this aggravation and unhappiness, he finally told the truth. Only, Im still not happy with my mis-matched set and I dont want it.7. He insulted me by saying Id eventually forget about the box spring and mattress not being the same size. REALLY? Every time I make the bed, Ill be reminded of how he lied and deceived me.Bottom line, Im stuck with what I have unless I take him to small claims court. Matt Sauer is big on talk but small on integrity.
