Have 3 guinea pigs and their prices for what I need for them are beyond reasonable in fact youre downright a whole lot cheaper for a whole lot more!!

Terrible customer service from rick. Grunts to communicate. Fills my propane tank to 4lbs when it easily fills to 4.7lbs. I use it to keep my family warm. First time I was there I purchased the tank he told me the machine was broken. Most likely lied to me. The store itself I cannot complain about.

Terrible customer service. Do not buy anything from Tractor Supply because they do not care about their customers. I have done a negative survey that they sent to me and asked for a response, I have done a complaint with the BBB and on their website and they have not responded to me. Bought a trailer that has no paperwork with it. Left a girl to work by herself that I am guessing is a shift manager that was clueless and unfair to her. We are having issues with the trailer and no one wants to answer us at all from corporate. After the card is paid off, we will not be doing business with Tractor Supply.

Love tractor supply! Good place to get wild bird food and other pet products. They also have lots of other stuff, I just go there because I have animals and their prices are very competitive.

I dont use Tractor Supply a lot. I have a few family members that do however and on this last trip our main purpose was to get some propane. It took about 15 mins for someone to come outside but I did notice they were a little busy inside because it was finally a nice day. When the gentleman finally showed up he apologized for the wait and he was very quick with filling the tanks as a line of customers had, at this point formed behind us. He was friendly though and made conversation. Overall a successful trip we ended up getting everything we went there for including a few items inside the store.

Great place with a wide variety of items to choose from. They have plenty of pet toys which we looked at and purchased a couple of them. They also carry a nice range of outdoor footwear, rugged boots as well as carhartt gear. Plenty of choices for pet food. Every thing is reasonably priced and enjoy spending time there. Nice selection of dog food as well as other things. The people that work here are very helpful, always. They have a VIP pet clinic that comes every so often (check online for dates/times) so you can bring your peers for low cost vaccinations. Ample parking and easy to find.

I go here all the time for supplies for pets (dogs & rabbits mostly), hunting, horses, garden, etc... The staff is always quick to help. Very friendly and easy place to Shop. Ive also used their brand foods for my dogs (4health)and my rabbits (Producers Pride) for years and they do WONDERFULLY on them. I breed rabbits and my nursing does never lose condition w the feed.

Online ordering please be cautious. This is the closest one to me(25 minutes away) and I ordered deer feed because I didnt know where it was in the store so thought they may have been easier for me to do. Unfortunately the one I ordered they didnt carry at the store even though the website said so. So it was a big ordeal in the store but the gentleman was very nice and helped me get the correct corn for my projects.

Good selection and I could almost skip one of the big box stores. Some items were priced really competitively and were good buys. Some items are definitely overpriced, but thats the retail game, right?

Tractor Supply is an urban farmers nirvana. I love to just browse the aisles while I contemplate chickens, a raised garden or whether or not my dogs would respect an invisible fence. Everything from garden gloves to vintage candy. I love Tractor Supply!

Great, clean, tidy store. The most friendly staff always available with a kind answer and if they dont know, they will find out. Love that they allow fundraisers for ill pets and have barrel racing presentations on site at special times. Love to shop here. Live the womens clothing and especially the 👢 boots. Yee-Ha

Clean, has alot of things you might need from the hardware store for farm, they sell regular pet stuff too. All types of animal food including for wild game. They get their baby chicks rolling for sale around mid March. If they had more people inside to help customers I would have given a 5 star but when trying to get help with 50 pound bags of feed, the wait can be quite a while in my opinion, but this whole post is my opinion, so take with you what you will.

They have smething for all. I got cat food puzzle books,and cold water bottle. Really like this store. Nice people who take care of you.

I didnt have the money for a wood fence and tractor supply cameto the rescue! I bought a roll of cow fencing that looks good and was an affordable price. You can find everything from farm feed and tools to clothing regular pet food, boots....a great place to shop

Tractor Supply was great. I called ahead for an extra large crate. The staff was great in carrying it up to the register and than to my vehicle. The cashier was very pleasant. Thank you!

I make the trek all the way out here because I have a cat who refuses to eat ANY OTHER FOOD except for one provided through TSC, and we use the pelletized wood normally used for bedding in stables and even in pellet stoves. Believe it or not, it actually helps keep some of the smell in check, and it doesnt have that wet clay smell from regular cat litter. The price is right, the people are friendly and helpful, and I will keep coming back to this store as long as I can get what I need.

Ordered a pair of mens work boots online. Went to the store to pick them up, no problems at all. The person who was to get the boots didnt care for them. I went to the store to return them. The assistant manager, I asked another employee his title, who was cashing was also busy reaming out an employee in front of me. That took about 5 minutes. Then he tried to access my order and couldnt find it. He asked how much I paid for the boots.. I couldnt remember exactly. If I was a dishonest person I could have jacked the price up, believe me, I didnt and wouldnt. I had all the paperwork sent with the order and the order number was on it. That took another 5 minutes. He told me he was going to the other computer terminal in the back of store that handles the online purchases for pickup, to look up the price. I waited at the cashier check out and looked back at the other computer, and he is hanging over the counter talking to another employee (female). I looked back after another 5 minutes of waiting. I picked up the package walked back to where he was and he had since picked up the phone. I asked him for my receipt back. He started to mumble, I just have to get the price. I informed him of his level of competency and horrendous customer service and left. Customer service is the key to retaining a solid customer base and good customer service can convince a customer to want to return. Now I will take the time to go back again to the store and get these boots returned, but I will think twice before I purchase from them again.UPDATE: returned to the store within two days to try and return it again... The assistant manager wasnt working. The employee who gave me the assistant managers title was cashing. Gave her the same information and she processed the return in less than 5 minutes. Lickity split I was in and out. Now that was a pleasant store visit.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we got from Bill! We were looking for a Sunny Point square picnic table and we found out through another Tractor Supply store that the Hamburg store had a couple. Since we live two hours away I called and spoke with Bill and he went above and beyond looking for this table that was buried in inventory! Thank you Bill!

Not helpful at all. Literally nobody was available to answer any questions I had or assist me in any way. I waited for at least 5 minutes before I have up and decided to just do it myself. Baby chicks were adorable though 😍🐥❤

Never been here before and happened upon it looking for a piece to my lawnmower. They didnt have it but were quick to offer help in finding it and special order it. Much more than it appears as it carries home and garden decor in addition to repair items.

Rented a trailer today. Morgan and Bill helped me with this. Morgan knows about customer service and was very friendly. Can not say enough good things about her. 2 people working the whole store! Its getting worse Everytime I go in there! Plus the managers usually reply to you like they dont want to be bothered! Carts all over parking lot so if you want a flatbed cart might as well go looking in the parking lot!

Fridays specials that I wanted were sold out! Asked an associate, They were extremely polite. TOLD ME THEY WOULD GO CHECK THE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT! 3 Minutes later.. They came out of the back room with my Super priced torpedo heater..Very polite......I love the place.....With this season people get so focused that sometimes bad manners and stress show.....NOT HERE! I love and hate tsc. Some trips are better than others. Generally, when I need anything from the outside yard, its quite the process for the cashier to find the item in their book, then it becomes a waiting game for someone to come out to unlock the gate. On one trip, I was charged for the right fencing, but the wrong one was loaded on to my trailer, then I wasnt allowed to return it for the correct one. Other than that, the people are usually really friendly and they are our closest option for farm ( and now felling too) needs.

I always like going in to see what they have to offer I can get unique things for my mom and dad that I could not find anywhere else. They have really friendly people working there.

Cashier was excellent. I arrived with a defective return, cashier promptly greeted me, asked the right questions, then told me where in the store i could find a replacement.The process was comforting, i will continue to shop there.

Usual merchandise at this chain store, neatly arranged and well stocked. Polite cashier. But when you have about 500 pounds worth of large bags loaded onto a cart that then spills in the doorway out of the store(20 feet from said cashier), its time to provide some customer assistance. No one offered to help pick these bags up or lend a hand loading into the truck either. Employee actually in the parking lot ignored it. Complete customer service fail here today TSC.

I generally like Tractor Supply Company, but for this visit I have to give 2 out of 5 stars. I placed a large online order for four cases (96 cans) of canned cat food, for in-store pickup. Within 24 hours I received an email that said my order was ready and could be picked up within 7 days. I got there on the 7th day, and a polite young lady told me she couldnt find my order. After some searching she politely advised me that they didnt have it because I didnt come to pick it up in time. I told her I have an email, even showed it to her on my phone, which said I can pick it up within 7 days. Then she told me the email was wrong and it was actually 5 days. At that point I got a bit irritated, and she said let me go talk to my manager. Then she magically shows up with my order, and tells me that they still had the cat food in stock, and she was able to fill my order anyways. This all sounds a little bit weird to me.

Very helpful staff and I like the fact that they sell their nuts and bolts by the pound this makes it so much easier for the customer to keep track.

Bought a mower here , young women who started to serve me was very ,nice and caring. One person who took over from the young lady was cold , and didnt want to be there.

Friendly, helpful staff, and TSC stores are dog friendly as well, so bring the furball along, as TSC stocks a decent variety of dog and cat food, including some of the higher end brands. (Merrick, Science Diet, etc.)
