Located in a crowded area. Parking is available but can be filled easily so better to go during non peak times.The store has literally everything one would want in terms of hardware, kids puzzle toys, automobile accessories, etc.

Was looking for a tumblers on Amazon and didn’t think to look here until I came and saw the collection here and I was not disappointed I got what I want from here simple and easy and didn’t had to wait a few days until it arrives. And I’m happy about the fact that I could literally find whatever I need here. Great place to find what you want online in a shop in your country. 😊

I have a bad experience with their security guard but it was compensated with their customer service staff. He is truly kind and accommodating.

This place has everything you need for Home Furnishings. They have: furniture, hardware, supplies, tools, paint, sports equipment, and much more. The prices are typically higher than most places, but you will find what you are looking for once you walk through the door. And the staff are very helpful.

This is a big hardware store with a decent collection of tools as well as home decor, organization accessories, toys, paints, cleaning tools, stationary, baby safety accessories and kitchenware.

Great staff and well organized store. Even though it needs some remodeling and renovation, some of the aisles are a little bit messy. But, I understand they’re trying to keep up with the enormous amount of various products. The best hardware store in terms of quality. Some items are overpriced, others are reasonably priced. There is something for everyone. Items sold here include: paints, tools, gardening tools, toys, pet food (cheaper here than other places) and accessories, bathroom accessories, bedding, car accessories, kitchen utensils and others!

Poor customer service. Staff are unwilling to help customers with purchasing items (Bbq grills). Upon going upto staff and asking for help, they told us someone else would come and left us. Staff are only interested in talking to each other, lazy and incompetent behaviour. Associates with blue shirts in the same region are lazy, not noticing our need for shopping help or being available. Would highly recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Best place for hardware items

A fine One-Stop-Shop. However, they are lacking a bit on camping gear. And if they do have some, they are not the serious type of gear. They are very superior in both garden’s stuff, and repair/garage tools. I definitely recommend shopping there.

Im a frequent buyer from Ace hardware, they are very helpful and professional to the most part. Did not like my online shopping experience though, a faulty tool arrived and I had to go to the Ardiyah showroom to exchange, they took the dysfunctional tool and gave me no paper work and I have to understandbly wait for the refund. The App needs a lot of improvement in the navigation department.

I love this place, you go there and find any thing you need to get your things done (mostly American brands) stuff that you cant find in the local markets. every time i visit them to buy a product i spend more than 30 minutes roaming around checking other stuff

I usually go there for cat supplies as they have the best supplies for cats and dogs but they also have great tools for house improvements

Please keep this location open... ACE has waaaaaay more hardware than the other places. The seasonal variety of home decorations is nice as well.

Some stuff are OK with good packaging but some are opened packing make you feel they have been used or returned items in USA and they sell it here also very tight and limited parking they need big Hardware space like the one in Dubai .But the staff is very friendly and helpful also they have Online service and they deliver same day or next day without a flaw .Most items are out of stock online

Pretty reliable. Customer service is always helpful. Only problem is when they have to fetch something from the warehouse, youll always end up waiting. Regardless, the service in store is always on point. Delivery service could use some work but its getting there. Best place in Kuwait for pet supplies apart from Petzone (and sometimes they have what Petzone does not).

The hardware store of choice for an American style hardware store. They have a very good selection of they just got a shipment in and are stocked up. If they are on the tail end of a resupply then things can get a bit thin.You can find holiday decorations, grills and grill accessories, pool supplies, pet supplies, paint, some sporting goods, in addition to the standard hardware store selection.

One of my favourite destinations as I love tools and home/car DIY stuff.. usually the staff there is helpful and know about the items there...Unfortunately this time I asked for an Item which I was absolutely sure I saw there before, and when I asked about it, their manager insisted they have never had that item whatsoever.. I told him I saw it, and he was like: Im here for the last 19 years and that item was never here.So I went to theit shop online and ordered it and got that item the next day !!Wullaaah!

Your typical hardware store, has all the stuff you need for your home, garden, farm, and workshop if you have one.Wish they have a better parking lot than the current one.Pretty expensive thou should reduce the prices a bit IMO.Still I get most of my workshop need from them.
