I cant say enough about harbor freight tools. Great resource for DIYS. Ive had so few minor issues with them in 15 years that I cant even remember them anymore. My 17yo $89 pancake compressor is still going strong. Inside track club pays for itself if you shop more then just a few times a year and its a great way to get deep discounts on tools you might not need just yet. Just bought a great 6gal compressor for camp (light as a feather), which I had to exchange do to shipping damage. Received easy and awesome return service from their great crew! My future wish is that coupons, someday, are able to be used with no brand/item exceptions. I do love a great sale, after all. Lol. Keep up the great work and service!

I was out in Orchard Park N.Y. It would save me time stopping at the H. F. there to pick up a few things that I needed instead of the H. F. by my home. The store itself ... No complaints. The woman at the registrar, was very, very rude, not only to me but the shopper behind me. The Hot Headed person that I turn into while I am in a store, ( I should get help for that!), I actually remained calm. I thanked her when I was finished with checkout, and left the store which I will never return to.

I love the small store feel and customer service. I always buy my patio umbrellas there because they are reasonably priced and great quality. This year they were marked down to $39!!!!

The prices are the same.since the elimination of the 20% coupon You would think they would have gone down some... its best to comparison shop before you even buy anything...

Receipts r accurate, just sometimes hard to duplicate for the customer and employee today did excellent on a return. Very happy with her (Jill) representation for HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS! Strong enough too carry air compressor from store to vehicle, Wow X2 No weaknesses.

Convenient location, in-and-out. Only complaint is that they only had 1 cashier open.

Was in store and not even acknowledged by anyone. Walked around aimlessly unsure where anything was and not once did an associate ask if I needed help finding anything. When I asked a question it seemed to bother the sales associate I was asking. When I asked a different associate who was doing nothing they just pointed in a direction and said by the other rather than showing me where. When I cashed out the lady seemed to be annoyed at having to be working and was trying to rush me. I have a skin conditions which cause it to hurt when I grab things a certain way. But she expected me to just put it all out infront of her which was about 3ft away from where I was allowed to stand. Because others were waiting in line I believe was the problem. Maybe a sales and customer service seminar or workshop would better the way the employees are treating customers. It seems they dont like the position they have. I understand being over worked trust me. But you represent a 1billion plus company when when you slip that shirt on. So leave your issues home. Put aside your feelings towards whatever is up that saddle and smile, greet the customer, and fake it til ya make it. Generosity is free, you spend time being unhappy.Add on:Heaven forbid if you dont have your coupons right away...was told to just come back with it. Its ok for another employee to jump on an empty register rather than hiding with a cigarette out back to help for a few customers to take the load off one register with 7 people in line...aint it?Only reason for 2 stars is because the store was clean.

One lady she works the register is very rude . Did not help us with deals and would not let us return something because it “looked dirty and used” when it wasn’t. Will not go back to this location

Cool store alot of inventory reasonable prices.

Terrible. Drove 45 minutes after calling and bring told they had 4x38 size sanding belts. Arrived and there werent any. Additionally the manage shrugged off my complaint by just saying sorry about that and sending me on my way

Was going to have several items delivered but, decided to go to the store. Clerk helped me gather everything in 5 minutes!

Cant give less than 1 star. I renewed my club membership 6 months ago. At first I was told they had a computer problem and it might not show up right away. I have been told it expired every time I go in since. Today is the 3rd time I spoke to a manager. Was told for the third time they would look into it and call me. Like the other two times, probably wont happen. This time they did tell me that without the receipt we probably wont be able to help you ... excuse me! You cant find it? I dont get out the door before its in my email, but now you cant find it?

Got everything you need without realizing you need it lol watch out with spending a ton of money when going there. Things are cheaper so be aware of the quality not being always the best though.

Workers always make it a pleasure to shop.

I like Harbor freight for bargains and its a good place to get many hard to find items that prove to be very useful regardless of how long they last, especially if you only need something for a few uses.

Yes I go there sometimes I find what Im looking for sometimes I dont the worst part of it is whatever I can keep you the only hair last couple weeks and then breaks so I dont know whats going on but sometimes its cheap enough that its worth it thank you Bill

Very good source for decent cheap tools, been buying for years and spent a lot of money their overall. The biggest problem there is for inside track club members they need to know the yellow tag items at the register. If you dont know what ones were red yellow tag For the savings they have to look them all up on a book and it takes forever. Need a better system there otherwise store is always good

There quality has come along way. Most items are of same or better quality with a huge price difference. You can get so much more for your money here. Plus always have a 20% coupon ready.

This store seems to have everything you could need as far as tools are concerned. I used to go to Phillips Brothers until my son told me about Harbor Freight. The store is well organized and always clean. Employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. Parking is plentiful and free. Worth the trip.

Some say its all throw away tools, but Ive had some of their power tools for years and without any issues. Its not professional grade, but if you dont make a living with your tools, than this is the place to buy.

Ive been wanting a new butane solder iron. They have one choice and it has a built in igniter. They did not offer a service plan, I would have bought it.

They have a large selection of tools and supplies. The quality has greatly improved over the years. I have purchased several high end tools and am very satisfied. They still have entry level tools which are priced accordingly. Service at my local store is very good.

Great place for cheaper tools this one didnt have a few items I was looking for in stock. But the cashier I went through was nice enough to add a coupon (I forgot to bring in) for an item I purchased.

Love the store for cheap tools and other stuff. Its not always the most well made stuff but for the money its a good deal. The staff here is friendly and Ive never had an issue. Its also kind of nice because theres an advance Auto Parts next door and I can do one stop shopping basically because if I need car tools I can go get stuff from the auto parts store too.

Lynn the manager was very rude to me.

This store has quality tools and supplies. Price wise nobody can beat. Their warranty on tools makes me a believer.

Great place to get low prices tools for small jobs around the house. Probably not for co tractors, although many, new, heavy-duty, tools available.

I love this place ... So many tools! You can pretty much find anything you need here, and a lot of things you dont need as well! You really have to go down each aisle, because they have stuff that you cant find anywhere else, and that makes it easy for me to complete my projects.

My favorite place to shop.Definitely a guy atore.Look online for 20% off one item coupons and freebies. Theyre always there.A huge selection of trools, albeit made off shore. Over the years they have gotten much better and I am buying more than I used to there. The prices are half of Lowes, Home Depot or Craftsman..Returns for detectives or damaged hand tools (lifetime warranty) is a piece of cake. Never an issue.I could spend hours there.

I’d give a 0 star rating if possible!! Extremely rude workers. Just went in to grab a gift card. I was waiting and waiting in line. Then I was told that the line I was in was closed after waiting 10 minutes? Again all I was getting was a gift card. Customer service is terrible. Take your money somewhere else because if they can’t take the 2 seconds to cash me out with a gift card they clearly can’t take the time to help with other matters.
