I love this store. I use this pharmacy all the time and even though I would not rate them as high as a few other Walgreens pharmacy’s I think dealing with employee shortage and COVID-19 they do a great job!!

Google asked me to rate my experience from my exciting trip to this Walgreens. Not that I like to give in to peer pressure but we all know how powerful Google is so...Went to get candy. They had candy. I bought the candy from a nice lady working at the check out that was happy to sell me candy without passing judgment that I am a 54 year old overweight adult going to Walgreens just to buy candy. Overall a good experience. They conveniently have parking available just steps away from the entrance which added to my experience.

The store is great and employees are helpful. Unfortunately the pharmacy is not. Pharmacy staff are rude and not knowledgeable or helpful. I have waited over 24 hours for a simple on stock prescription to be ready. It was estimated to be ready by 5:45 pm yesterday and was sent at around 2pm. I have be there 2 times and it still not ready a 3:45pm on day 2.

This has to be the worst Walgreens ever.. the customer service is horrible.. pharmacy is incompetent of doing it job.. the cashiers are rude and they dont have any personality.. except for 2 of them.. otherwise this place is horrible.. I would recommend driving to another place to get what you need.. horrible business

Absolute worst pharmacy service in the area. HORRIBLE customer service in person and when calling. Staff is always rude and unwilling to help. It is completely uncalled for. Prescription wait time is absolutely horrendous. NEGATIVE STARS. I only use this place for as needed meds as I get my monthly meds from the wonderful PillPack by Amazon. Walgreens pharmacy staff - take a class by Amazon customer service YOU NEED IT. This review speaks only to the pharmacy staff as any other time I have gone to this Walgreens for non-pharmaceutical needs the customer service is always fine.

The best..always busy, always good service!

Not a fan of the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens. I absolutely loved the Walgreens staff on treasure Island but since I’ve moved to Gulfport I have found that this whole staff are just not too happy about their jobs or the people who come in. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS!

Went there today new to the Gulfport Florida area. Greg was very helpful and kind help me make a poster and I lost my charger up there and he helped me find it back I hope his management sees this and give him praise

Twice now we’ve come to order multiple photo gifts and the customer service is terrible. The website says it’s done at a certain time and the disgruntled employees haven’t even started the project. They audibly complain how much they dislike their job, and just grunt and mope behind the counter. If you need someone thing done in a timely, or polite manner, I would strongly suggest a different Walgreens.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Pharmacy helped me with an issue, and Kayloni at the front check out gave me the best experience! She was very friendly and brightened my whole day!

Pharmacy is the worst honestly the worst!!

I can never say enough about Our Walgreens. The manager and clerks always seem cheerful, doing their best to assist us plus the premises are always neat and clean. Most importantly, this location has been our exclusive Pharmacy for many years and a very busy one however their Pharmacists have always made time to meet our needs. Explaining any medication concerns in detail, cross referencing their data with our profiles including inquiring of our supplements. Ever professional but also personable. Were always grateful for the trust and security they provide. Especially during these difficult times when they are even more exposed to the dangers than ourselves. We could never hope for more.

My wife take a prescription in from her Dr.for a 30 day supply on 9-17-19.when we go to g pick it up,the pharmacy assistant states that since you requested a 90 day supply,we have to contact the Dr. !.!! Wait a minute,the prescription stated 30 not 90 . He tries to tell us ,due to your profile,its a 90 day supply! When the pharmacy starts to overrule the doctor that is when we change pharmacy. Rest of the store,5 Stars

Cannot speak for anything other than the photo department but they do a fantastic job. Press the button when you go in and you will be able to pickup online orders in seconds.

This store has professional and friendly staff. I got TP here during the great drought!

Staff very friendly. Pharmacy is great and will really help you find coupons if your prescription is expensive. Sometimes there is a line at the register but over the past year theyve really worked to improve it and now there are no problems!

I have been going to this store for 9 yearsnow. I have had nothing but good experiences there. All employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is efficent.

Miserable woman (Beverly) checking out up front. Wow. She muttered under her breath that I did see a need help button at the photo department.. When I said I didnt see it she loudly proclaimed Full moon! No idea why she went out of her way to be rude and obnoxious. What a lunatic. Anyhow, avoid this place if you can.

This location is convenient and always well stocked.

The feller with the deep voice is really James Earl Jones in his younger years. Too bad there isnt any eye candy working there like there is at Publix, 18+ of course. At Walgreens its like 81+. I like standing in line waiting for a manager to approve a 2¢ refund for someone 10 customers ahead of me. I give it 5 stars because its close and isnt hood or habib like every other store around here.

The service at the pharmacy keeps getting worse. The have a blatant disregard for other peoples time.Update 12/31/2015 They did not feel like filling a prescription from the doctor so they voided it, They said due to other prescriptions you do not need it.
