I go to this location to have a prescription filled every month. I deliberately go in the early morning hours so I never have to wait more than 15 minutes to have it filled. Usually there is a very nice man there that gets me in and out very quickly. Today I arrived at 4:30 am & was told it would be an hour to fill my prescription. There was no one else waiting inside or at the drive-thru. I realize the pharmacist has other things to do, but when there are no other pharmacy customers in the store, and I am made to wait for an hour for something that takes 10 minutes at the most to do? That’s ridiculously poor customer service! During the time I was waiting, there was only one other customer that came in, and that person was told the same thing. If this is an isolated incident, I will gladly come back and change my review. We’ll see what happens next month.

There is a guy named Peter that works at night that is just a fantastic person and such a hard worker! He is really an asset to Walgreens from what we have seen. He is friendly and takes care of customers so they dont have to wait forever like some of the pharmacists make you do. Walgreens you have a great employee named Peter that works at night!

Great 24 hour store. Definitely better than the non-24 hour-Walgreens immediately across the street -.-Since its COVID19 some strain or another season: Its actually the only place to shop that isnt a gas station once Wal Mart closes for whatever silly reason it is that they cant be open although Walgreens can. Go figure.

Not the 24hour one but the one across the street. They closed their gates three minutes early costing an elderly woman to not be able to get insulin syringeThe guy was rude and did not care to hear anything he claimed he closed them at 7 himself but thats not true he closed a few minutes early and this Walgreens was the only one nearby who had any in stock. I hope to God he needs something or someone he loves needs something that crucial and goes to get it and the place closes their doors a few minutes early. Karma will come back. Disgusting little smirk he had on his face too. Check yalls cameras because he closed early yet wouldnt expect anywhere else to do the same. Smh uncaring pharmacists is what the world needs less of

I just called here to see if they have albuterol bc I evacuated from New Orleans and misplaced my pump. The lady I spoke to was very unhelpful and basically said that despite of my trouble of difficulty breathing that there would be no way to supply me with a pump even if I paid out of pocket. This is completely ridiculous and inconsiderate. Please do not shop with these people they do not care about you or your health!

I love shopping here. They have many varied products from food to beauty supplies.24 shopping, drive thru and pick up for online orders is extremely helpful.

Be careful when you pick up your medicines here they don’t staple the bags very carefully and I actually cut my finger open on the staple. They do an OK job but being a diabetic I don’t like to cut my finger on anything and that’s an obvious safety hazard.

I was able to find what I needed very easily. Also, I was able to go online via the Walgreens app and register for my Covid vaccine.

Horrible curbside service!!!!! Twice now and by far the worse customer service. Management needs to retrain entire crew.

The staff will help you if you ask, but its obvious most dont like their jobs. Ive been stopped by panhandlers a few times. When I mention it to the staff, theyll go outside and shoo them off, but they keep coming back.

Besides the fact that there is another Walgreens across the street. Lol. If you shop here, you either have to wait in a long line or there is no line and no employee to Check you out. Rebekah was super rude and more interested in chatting with other employees then helping customers . Store was clean and organized

Store is neat. Employees are extremely nice and helpful. If you dont want to go into other stores because of long lines. Walgreens has practically everything and very little to no wait.

Never had a problem anytime I go here the staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Store stays very clean and pretty well stocked. And the drive thru pharmacy is a life saver when you are in a hurry.

Even being a super busy Pharmacy, the people there actually seem like they care about me and my health. That is so hard to do when the telephone is ringing with what seem like 100s of calls per house and the drive through is 19 cars deep and more keep coming. Special shout out to Cindy the technician person helped me find an over the counter product. Yep, well worth the 10 minute wait for good service.

I tried to get a prescription refilled on time and they told me it was a control so I had to go to my original pharmacy, but I was unable to because I recently moved. Turns out they misread the bottle and my prescription is not a control and they could have refilled it but now it has expired so I am without my medication. I suggest verifying the literacy of your pharmacist tech on your visit to this pharmacy.

My husband and i took a mini vacay to Gulfport over the weekend and I realized i left my pen needles for my insulin injection pen at home! I called the Gulfport local Walgreens and spoke to Jennifer. I explained the situation and she said they had a damaged box of needles they couldn’t sell so she’d give me a needle for my pen! I drove there and spoke to Jennifer and got a needle for my insulin pen! THANK YOU Jennifer!

Best place for great deals and the pharmacy provides the best service on the coast... don’t believe the other reviews telling you it takes 2 to 3 hours... I dropped mine offf and got back within 30mins I was a waiter not a drop off...

I went to Walgreens at 8:30 pm to pick up a couple of things tonight and forgot my wallet. Knowing that there are some fluctuation in store hours due to Covid, I asked the cashier what time they closed. The cashier said that they were back to a 24 hour schedule. I arrived back at the store at 8:50 to find it closed.

So glad Walgreens has their drive thru speakers working. Went to pick up my moms medicine today and was very pleased at how quickly I got thru the line.

One star is for the crappy service I get every time I go to the hwy 49 and Dedeaux rd location in Gulfport! Ranessa, the short black girl that is a cashier during the night time hours is such a rude being and must hate her job. She never greets anybody or even says thank you.. NOTHING! When I go to a store, I want to hear thank you.. I didnt have to come in there and spend my money.... But when you are treated kind and respectful by employees itll make you want to come back and shop! That wasnt the case here! I do hope you find better employees that can make you more business!

Dropped off my prescription at 11am. Told them I would come back for it rather than wait. Went in for pickup at 3:30pm and they couldn’t find my prescription or any record that I had dropped it off. They literally asked me what the prescription was, like I could come behind the counter and help them find it. Waited 30 minutes for them to figure it out.

Always helpful and friendly to me. Will do whats needed to correct a problem for me.

My husband has a fever 104 the register lady denied me Nyquil for me to buy. No id she said so I bring in my sick husband and gives his Id no she said I had to bring in my id wow Im 33 years old and three kids. I never ever had any issue to buy Nyquil ever.

This is the worst place I will never spend another dollar with them just got of neck surgery last week and went to get a refill on my medication and the pharmacy refused to refill my medications and then told me after the last refill that was 7 days that it was a 10 supply when the dr know what he wrote was 7 days then told me that the ins company wasn’t going to cover it till the next day nothing he said made sense at all
