Pharmacy is always backed up, never do they have enough help back there. The only reason customers go in that store is for the pharmacy. Many times the pharmacist is there alone, having to do everything. Its bad enough they have 12 hrs shifts there, but to have no help is very disrespectful. Management needs to go back to family dollar or wherever...he came from. Im a former employee and pharmacy tech of CVS, the stores have declined so much, its hard to find anything to like about it anymore.😪

You can buy anything you want but this nationwide store lets itself run out of bags in which to place your purchase(s). they also have no public restrooms with no indication on the doors before you walk in, so everyone in the store gets to hear them tell you that. the message is clear: just spend your money, then get the heck out. no customer service, only cashiers-- better to shop elsewhere

Spent 2 hours uploading photos from 2 phones on the only computer that worked of my child’s life only to be told they were out of DVD’s when the lady came up to me when I first started offering to help

I am not going into detail, but the experiences I have had with this store has not been pleasant. The company I work for,, obviously has a plan to get their employees to buy from Cvs. They give you no choice but to purchase from Cvs or you pay full price at another pharmacy.I dont think this is right, I think it also gives Cvs the leeway to treat you anyway they like. Because they know you have to use them or pay full price at another company.

Absolutely the worse pharmacy ever, screwed up my prescription 3 months in a row..had my scripts moved to another pharmacy..never will I use this CVS..I wish I could give a zero rating

Worst pharmacist I’ve encountered. After waiting all day yesterday and over an hour this morning Matt told me he couldn’t fill a refill prescription because of another drug already filled. This Is known and recognized PLUS it’s a refill so past pharmacists have approved. Matt told me to come back tomorrow so another pharmacist could fill. This is for pain medicine for post major surgery and it will run out noon today. But he didn’t care because of his conscience. if I could rate this a negative number I would. Go anywhere else but here.

Just had the best experience tonight at this CVS. Not only was the pharmacy tech pleasant to work with she also helped me with finding a coupon online for the prescription I was getting filled. I ended up saving $55 thanks to her help. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thanks CVS!!!

This pharmacy is horrible. I can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. I was literally on hold for 6 and 1/2 hours today, 4 hours yesterday, and 4 and 1/2 hours the day before. I guess their strategy is to not answer the phone because the customer will eventually just hangup. This pharmacy seriously needs to under go NEW management.

Drop off prescription said it would be ready in and hour went back about 1.5 hours later my wife still in store waiting 45 minutes later very bad customer service

If I could rate this place as a zero I would! The store manager Mrs. Angelina was extremely rude. She profiled me for the simple fact I have tattoos and proceeded to accuse me of stealing then dug in my purse without permission in front of other customers. When I asked for managements contact info above her, she refused to give me the contact information. Most embarrassing moment!!! This woman has no business managing! Im beyond infuriated!!!!

Having a sick child and an unreliable pharmacy sucks. The website says they are open, HOWEVER, no one in ANY dept will answer the phone. Ridiculous

Waited about 15 mins on hold just to hear the phone pick up then hang up. When I called back, waited a little over 5 mins, got a hold of someone but they seemed unhelpful in checking for my prescription and getting it swapped from another location. Just wasnt very friendly or helpful. Not the first time this location has been rude either.

I went there on 9/12/16......my father and I were doing a bucket list daddy/daughter trip. I had 2 prescriptions that needed to be filled, so I went in there because this is the pharmacy where I have all my medication filled. There were 3 African American women working.....and I walked up to the counter and was not greeted nicely, but with a FROWN and then a WE DONT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS out of state.....I said to her ok, but what would you suggest I do being I am traveling several weeks out of town? If you have to call my Dr. To verify I can give you the number etc.....and she turned around and must have given me a rude face, because the other girl says aloud......OH IF FACIAL EXPRESSIONS COULD TALK and they both started laughing......she proceeded over to the pharmacist and she looked over at me and just says rudely NO! The original girl comes back over to me throws my 2 scripts back at me and says dont know what to tell you.....soooooo dad and I go down the road to another cvs...where they were very helpful but didnt have one of the scripts there......but could fill the other, so I said well I think Ill just wait to see if I can find another pharmacy that can fill both and thanked them. Went down the road a little further and found another cvs....same state same county.....walked in was greeted very friendly pulled my information up on the computer .....said give us a couple of minutes and we will have both filled. Upon checkout the Caucasian white male pharmacist was extremely professional and asked if I had any questions etc....and I went on my way.....I hate playing the race card, but I honestly feel that this pharmacy point blankly refused me due to the color of my skin. I also dont normally do reviews on bad service but often give reviews for great service.The treatment though at this location was absolutely uncalled for and I hope management will consider this review and try to rectify this behavior in the future!

I hope you do not need to drop off a prescription and expect to pick it up the same day cause it will not happen. I dropped one off at 9am and was told to pick up at 4. I came back at 4 and still not done. If I didnt have to go there because if my insurance... I would not!

So rude,disrespectful,and slow with what looks as if they have no drive or care for the work they do never again. Its time for a new pharmacy. If your doctor calls in a prescription dont expect to receive it soon.

If I could give a zero I would. Not sure what the womans name was I spoke too, but she was very rude and apparently helps people go to Walmart or Walgreens.
