Fred is awesome!! They inspected my whole vehicle and compared photos from my last visit to advise me on some of the the things I will need to address in the future. But they gave their honest and professional opinion that those issues don’t need to be addressed at that time. They run a very efficient business.

I had my car worked on recently, and they were upfront about what they were going to do.The owner called me and explained everything in detail what was wrong with my car. I also received a detailed explanation with cost via email.The turn-around time was awesome! I would definitely recommend Sanderson Automotive.

Fred and Mike were very helpful and friendly. The online system with pictures of the issues and descriptions make it easy to pick and choose what you want to fix or not. They also guided me on what was more important to fix now and do other stuff later. I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

I scheduled a time for them to come to pic up my car and do a breaker inspection because another shop told me I needed brakes...therefore I wanted to get another quote on the price. I was surprised for them to tell me that I didnt need brakes, and that I still had a while to go before I did! They did a thorough inspection with pictures and everything.I really appreciate them being honest with me , because they could have just replaced them like I was requesting initially. Sanderson Auto Service is great! I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this company. They are upfront and honest with what they can do and their pricing - no surprises which I also really value. The first time I took my car there they literally could have had a field day considering how the car was acting and my general lack of knowledge for anything mechanical but they diagnosed the issue and quickly made the repair and didn’t charge me an arm and leg. Awesome customer service!! Explained in detail the issue discovered. Explained the plan to repair the issue, and gave itemized cost for the repair. Never tried to up sale more issues. Even had a 24 hour turn around on the repair, when other shops quoted at least a week. Definitely recommend them to all.

Went to this shop on a recommendation from a friend. Had an oil leak on my 14 wrangler. The diagnosed the problem and a few others but werent pushy about the other minor issues they found on the vehicle ( I appreciated this greatly). They gave me a time frame on when the parts would come in and kept me posted along the way. Pricing is excellent as well. They came in a well under what a dealer wanted to charge me for the work. Highly recommend this shop, will definitely be using them in the future.

My battery started to die on a Sunday. I took it to a few auto supply stores, who had the battery, but couldn’t install it for me because the location required specialized tools and would take too long. I called Sanderson Automotive first thing on Monday morning, and I was able to drop off my car. They did a full diagnostic check on it, confirmed that my battery needed to be replaced and sent me a text with all of the details and their suggestions. I had a brake light that needed replaced and needed new filters in addition to the battery. They suggested I get my tires checked at my next oil change because I would need them soon. I then got a call from the shop where they gave me all of the options and pricing. There was no pressure to get any work done, but they quoted me prices for everything. I let them know which work I wanted done, and they gave me the final price and sent me a text so that I could authorize the work. It was done by that afternoon, and they kept the car overnight for me since I couldn’t get it before the shop closed. They were very professional and friendly, and took of what I needed quickly when I was concerned it could take several days to find a shop with availability.

Sanderson worked with my extended warranty company to determine what would be covered. They kept me informed about that as well as other items in need of repair. Work was completed in a timely manner. It was my goal to shop local which is why I chose them. I would definitely recommend Sanderson Automotive.

Mike is very nice and easy to deal with, they made payment easy through an app. We had a car accident and Mike dealt with the insurance company and explained to them why we needed additional work so they would cover it. They are priced like any other shop, but the work and customer service in my opinion is excellent. I will use them again, high recommend!

I took my vehicle in with the expectation of a huge estimate for some front end work on my RV. To my surprise Mike called me and asked if I was having any specific problems with the vehicle. He said that they didnt find any problems with it. I told him that I had nothing to compare it to but with 143,000+ miles on the odometer I thought maybe it needed some work. Its a big vehicle and a lot of weight over the rear end so it tends to wander a bit.But Mike said everything checked out and it didnt need the work that I expected. I asked Mike how much the estimate was and he said no charge. We want to make sure our customers are safeSo I had to do something so I tipped him and his tech(s).Great people doing honest work!

Josh the service manager is amazing! I had a laundry list of things that I need done to my car and he helped me figure out how to do it in a manner that wouldnt be unsafe and wouldnt blow my budget. I believe Mike is fair and his techs do a great job of finding the root of the problem. I was getting a lot of noise coming from my wheels and believed it was a bad wheel bearing but it wasnt. Tires that I bought new a couple years ago from Firestone are the culprit. I really liked how the tech there went over about every aspect of my car and rated the areas of concern and even took pictures. Nice to see Mike and his crew doing the right thing so customers can feel confident they got their vehicle serviced correctly.

This is the only shop I will take my car to. Josh has been my mechanic for a couple of years now so I will follow him wherever he goes, he is fantastic. While service was good, cost was way too high. There is no way my car held the 16 gallon non coolant I was charged for. Also, I was charged $166 for a thermostat that is $28. Not happy about the markup.

Dropped my car off at 2pm to be inspected..3pm Josh sent me a link to the inspection with actual photos and detailed discription of each repair and its importancy..4pm ALL work was complete..Stabilizer bar link assembly removed and replaced,oil & filter changed,cleaned out housing and replaced air filter..$215..Extremely satisfied with the work and how fast I got my car back..very satisfied with the price..Highly recommend doing business with them..

My workplace began taking our vehicles here for oil changes, taking advantage of a coupon. Since then Mike has earned our trust and now we use him for various jobs on all the vehicles. I have also begun to take my personal car for repairs. He is honest in his abilities, hard working, seems to have a good knowledge of various problems, and never tries to up sell the problem. In fact due to his honesty on one job he lost money he could have otherwise charged, BUT will gain it back in our future repairs and hopefully more business from this good review!

I called knowing my o2 is going bad due to going to another auto place. So I heard about Sanderson and good reviews about them so I called and Josh was disrespectful and basically POS.

Mike is a great guy and very honest. My experience, although short was very humbling. I took my 1998 Rav4 to Mike to have it looked at because it keeps randomly dying. He drove the car around for 4 days trying to figure out what was wrong with it, and instead of replacing parts that didnt need replaced on my dime and lying to me about what he thought the issue could be, he was straight up honest with me that he couldnt duplicate the issue, on top of that this great man didnt even charge me when he could have easily stuck me with a diagnostic bill. I will be bringing all 3 of my cars to Mike because I can trust him and thats worth more in todays world than gold. I wish I could give him 6 stars!

They were great at Sanderson! Took my van in and was seen right away. Appreciate that they send you your digital inspection via text and break down what they looked at, where the issues are, how urgent each issue is, and even give pics and video to show you what theyve observed. Josh was great at helping me to figure out what the reccomended course of action was and didnt spend a lot of time and energy trying to sell me on extra work that could wait for another time or didnt even need to be done. Very professional, great customer service, and will happily bring my vehicles to them in the future.

I dont live in the area, but when smoke started pouring out from under my hood a few blocks away, I needed to find a repair shop nearby. Sanderson had just recently opened up for business, and I usually wont go somewhere if there arent a lot of reviews about the place. However, it was a holiday weekend and the other shops nearby were closed. Sanderson was open, so I decided to give it a shot. After looking at the car that day, they called me and were very honest about my options and what each would cost. I was looking to just get the thing running again, so, at my request, they only did enough to get it running again. Unlike some mechanics, they did not charge me for anything I did not need, nor did they try to up-sell any additional services. They were really honest and did not overcharge for the work.

Having to deal with auto repairs is never a thing you look forward to, however after getting to know Mike, I feel confident to know that when I do need repairs, Sanderson is the place I know I will be treated fairly. Thanks Mike!
