They did an awesome job. Got 4 new tires, an alignment, and oil change. They came to the house and got the car so didnt even have to interrupt my day or anyone elses by not needing to get a ride home. Great place with great service.

I requested to keep my old tires. They did not put them in the car as they said they would. They charged a disposal fee. They put extremely uneven amounts of air in each tire. When I went back they said it will take 2 weeks for a refund and argued about the brand of tires they took off my car. They also put the wrong mileage on the receipt by 12,000 miles which could affect the warranty. They fixed everything except the mileage. Cameron told me it didnt matter 😒

Nice people, good prices and quick service. Had to replace a couple tires and they got me in and out quick and were very polite while doing it. Waiting area was clean and had fresh coffee, too.

Amazing service! Dropped my car off after hours with a flat tire and 20 minutes after they opened the next morning they had my car ready for me. I have 4 aftermarket wheels that i took to tire discounter an they try to quote me $193 to mount and balances all 4 afternarket wheels ..ya crazy i walk out so quick then I took it to discount tires charge me $88 to mount all 4 tires and balances with lifetime balance ..dont go to tire discounters they are a bunch of rip off.. discount tires has better prices best way to go

I called around 530 to make an appointment for the next day due to a flat. The manager on the line told me to come in that night to get my replacement. As it turns out I actually needed a full set which I knew was coming. Unfortunately I really needed this new set now and couldnt put it off. This team works hard yall! They got me in and a whole new set of tires in 1 hour. I couldnt thank them enough.

Was getting ready to put my snow tires on for the season when I realize one of them is flat with a decent sized nail I mustve run over last winter. Stopped in on a busy Saturday with no appointment to see if theyd be able to patch the tire up before the next snow. Had it done in a few hours, and they even gave me an awesome discount. The team at the store was customer oriented, courteous and professional. I was able to make my purchase and complete the service as quickly as possible. Two suggestions: #1 update your on line scheduling and messaging system. I tried and it did not work. Eventually called the store for assistance. #2 only one credit card reader worked at the store, delaying checkout a bit. I know they cost the business $ but you really need two!

I stopped in on an early Saturday (8am) without no appointment to inquire on purchasing tires for the Cadillac STS.The manager, Todd, welcomed me with a smile and a great attitude. In a matter of minutes, he was out at the car getting the tire size. Even though, the tires were not at the his location, he said he could get them and the car should be ready around 1 or 2 pm.Sure enough, he called me about 12:55p! Upon my arrival, I patiently waited while he worked with another person BUT he acknowledged my presence with a smile and some banter. Todd made it an enjoyable purchase, overall.I’ll return to purchase my tires from here due to great services

Dropped my car of without an appointment to get my tire patched. Staff was friendly and fast to make sure I was taken care of. Went to go pick my car up later and was ready to pay. Told me not to worry about it and have a good day. Yup, free of charge! AWESOME! Definitely recommend the Grove City location.

Bought my CS5 Cooper tires at TD and go in about every 5000 miles for a FREE rotation.Great tires and even greater service. Takes about an hour because they are always busy but its very much worth it.Did I mention FREE pressure checks and FREE flat repair. Ill never go back to those Other Guys...They dont have Nitrogen to make my tires last longer with less maintenance!!!!! Way to go Tire Discounters.........

Had my truck in for 6 tires out of 6 tires 0 was balanced correctly. Needless to say this was a problem in trying to drive my vehicle. The shaking was terrible and seeing that I just had 6 new tires put on the last thing to look at would have been the new tires.Took the truck to my mechanic and had him drive the truck. He pulled all the tires and balanced them correctly now the truck is back to running great.

From the initial phone call with Alex to finalizing everything with Ryan, I cannot tell you enough how amazing these two are. I’ll always come back here for any tire needs, as well as refer anyone I know to them.

Purchased new tires a few weeks ago. Everything was great until I got on the freeway. As soon as I hit 60 mph my vehicle started shaking. The balance was wrong. Took it back to have the balance fixed. They had it done in less than 10 minutes, which made me feel like they did nothing at all. I got on the freeway and it was still shaking at 60 mph. Took it to another location that actually did the balance correctly. Will not be back to this location.

The staff was really friendly and personable. They were able to get me in same day with an appointment. Even though I had an appointment to change out just 1 tire I still had a very long wait. They had 2 lifts down for most of the day and were playing catch up so I was understanding.

Alex did a amazing job helping me throughout the afternoon. From having my brakes checked to getting my parts ordered and delivered on the same day. My wife went to Tire Discounters on 8/12/2019. We had a car with a very slow leak. So slow we would only have to inflate every couple of weeks.The shop was very quick in looking at the tire at the appointment time. They found a small nail and a very minute puncture. Once sealed my wife asked for the cost. They said there wasn’t a cost.My wife said the staff was prompt and the facility clean. Even when we was waiting in the waiting area the employees would come and let us no it wouldnt be much longer. I also seen them do slot of cars that came in and they got them out just as quick. Stopped in this location to have an emergency flat tire fixed. One person waiting and the lot empty. Said Id have to make an appointment or drop it off for 4 hours. This wasnt Preventative Maintenance. I was stuck.

Stopped in without an appointment. Todd said they’d look at the problem right away and it would take about 45 minutes to assess the problem. They took the car; I took a walk. About 30 minutes later I got a call from Todd. He explained the situation and said I needed a new tire-I really shouldn’t be driving on it as it was. Since they already had the car up and the wheel off, I told them to go ahead and replace the tire as I was driving to Chicago later in the week. The tire was more costly than other places. I probably should have taken it to my usual place but since they were near where I had errands, I opted to stop at Tire Discounters.

Fast service. After I left, I noticed that the tires I purchased were not inflated equally.

This is a great Tire discounters location. The staff is always super helpful and the job is always done quick. I had a few issues the first time but they were able to rectify the all the problems I had.

Wife had a hole in her tire, took it there on the spare, dropped it off on a Saturday mid morning, place was packed...they suspected belt damage from driving flat, prolly coulda sold the wife another tire, but repaired and inspected the tire and replaced it on the car, put the spare away neatly....No Charge!

Wow! Im at a total loss for words. Ive had luck with TD before but lately it hasnt been very good. I recently purchased a set of tires and when I left there was a crazy vibration (very extreme) I immediately knew there was a problem with the balancing. When I called Todd, maybe 30 minutes later, he explained that didnt know if he would be able to correct the balancing that day. (Keep in my Ive already been waiting for the tires for over a week and had an appointment.) I asked if I could come in and watch the tire be balanced and when would be a good time. Todd proceeded to tell me that he didnt know if would get to it. - making me feel less than a priority. (It takes 10 minutes or less - and I had JUST left their shop from having the tires installed) I suggested calling corporate and going to another location - at which time he hung up on me. Upon reaching out again he said that he would correct the mistake.. but at their convenience - not mine. I work a lot and cant play games to have wheels balanced that should already have been balanced. Ive had other issues there as well in the past, and while they all seem like small issues.. they add up, and are unwilling to correct them in a timely fashion. I have multiple vehicles and usually run winter tires through the season and swap for summer. Long story short, I will NOT be using Tire Discounters again!

I went to the store on 665 in grove city for a tire repair. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! I was in and out with in 25 minutes and they washed my car. Excellent service! We will continue to get our tires there. Kudos and thank you to both of the guys that helped me tonight!

Simple issue - called for a price on 4 tires for my Jeep and I was quoted substantially more than WalMart, Tire Rack, and Discount Tire ($225 everywhere - $244 at TD). When I explained this, he immediately took off the difference, and then removed some imaginary discount that he said he had included. So, the price went down by $4 total. When I questioned this, he said, You get one or the other. When I told him that it didnt make any sense and that I would be going somewhere else, he just hung up on me. Very unimpressive.

While driving down I-71 to take my daughter to college, I noticed that her rear wheel had a shimmy. We looked for the nearest tire dealer and stopped at Tire Discounters to see if they could look at the wheel and possibly tighten the lugs. Although not a previous customer since we live near Akron, Todd and his employees went far above what was expected. Instead of just tightening just the lugs and after hearing that brake work was done by a different nation chain and discovering untorqued lugs, they removed the wheel, checked the brakes (tightening a caliper bolt) and eventually checking and tightening the rest. Three wheels were not properly torqued! Needless to say, Im more than grateful and hope to see you eventually come into the Akron market. Thanks again !
