Was stranded with a flat tire traveling to Cincinnati. Had to have my vehicle towed to this Discount Tire shop and spend the night at hotel. Next morning we went to the shop to arrange a new tire. What a wonderful customer experience from Eric. He got our car in first AM to get us back on the road. When we came back to pick it up Eric told us they were able to repair the tire which was a major relief. When I pulled out my wallet to pay he told us no charge on the repair. Discount Tire has earned a customer for life....not only the no charge which I was willing to pay but more so Eric and his team for a exceptional customer experience. Well done guys!!!!!!!

Don’t go here, I went to have my tire rotated and balanced and when they put the tires back on they destroyed 3 of my lug studs and I now have to pay to get the repaired. Would have thought for a tire place, it was common knowledge to hand tighten them first then use the impact to finish the job…. Guess not.

Stopped in to get a lawn and garden tire seated on the rim. Figured I may need to leave for them to get to. Stopped what he was doing, aired it up and in no time I was on my way. Great customer service. I have other tires to replace. Guess who is getting that business. Not worth the aggravation to do myself.

Yesterday I went in thinking I needed to plunk down some money to get a tire for my SUV. But they wound up fixing my flat tire at NO CHARGE. I am definitely going back when I do need new tires!

Only charged me $40 to mount and balance new rims and tires that I brought in. Other places wanted $100.They got me in quick with a same day appointment and treated me as though I purchased new rims and tires from them.Will definitely be coming back because the overall satisfaction I received from them.I was in and out in less than an hour.Thank you all!The place was very clean and well kept too. So far my experience has been poor at best they lure you in with i can get it here and installed tomorrow but will more than likely take a few more days than they expected well I’m here for my 2:30 appointment and the teller says there is no appointment setup so I’m now having to wait 2+hours on top of a week long wait for 1 tire yea won’t be coming back price was fair but service was a bit snobby

Ordered 4 low priced tires last week online and made appointment for install today at 10:00. Received a call today at 8:40 that the tires I ordered are no longer available nationwide. They offered me a more expensive tire they had in stock and would split the difference in price. The tires were $65 more each but the price he quoted me was well over $300 more! Sounds like a scam to me. Why didnt they notify me as soon as they discovered the tire was no longer available instead of waiting till an hour before my appointment?? Never Again!

I order Gloss Hell cat wheels for my car and still waiting. They said they will call but they didn’t so I called them. They told me that FEDEX didn’t pick up the wheels that I have ordered. Ok so I order them on August 21,2021 and today is September 7,2021 and still don’t have them. But they blamed FEDEX for being late. Why didn’t someone check on them? They took my money. Manager called me and ask me what can he do to help me. Ok give me discount or toss in 2 tires something. Well I didn’t get anything. I am still waiting. Don’t go to Grove City Ohio store. Thanks.

I’ve always come here when I have a nail in my tire and usually have no problem. However, my last visit will truly be my last time. After waiting over an hour after I had made a reservation to get my tire fixed, I was first told that it was fixable. As soon as they were ‘done’ I was then told I needed new tires because it was no longer repairable. I found this very odd and asked for a quote to see if it was actually unrepairable myself. Not sure if they pulled this because I’m a woman and didn’t spend any money since the nail repair is free but little do they know I am certified in auto body work. Got home and for the last week have checked the pressure every day with no change. Today was my first day back to work and I also noticed my brand new pop socket phone holder was missing out of my vehicle. I had used it for the first the day I brought it in to Discount Tire and haven’t physically driven the vehicle since until today and it’s missing. If that was the last place I was with the vehicle and they were the only other people in my vehicle I can only deduce that someone there stole it out of my vehicle. At this point I’m so infuriated and will never return.

Overall good prices, not sure why but bother making appointments here. Both times I set an appointment and I still waited an hour to even get in to the shop. They improperly balanced my tires twice, leading to severe driving issues. Went to another store and they fixed everything. Photo shows how out of balance the tires were with the weight s still on

Dude. This place is my go-to tire shop and I dont even live nearby. The tire warranties they sell are totally worth it and every time I go in with a blown out tire thanks to the highway potholes of central Ohio, they make it hassle-free and they always cover it. No BS. I have been to other Discount Tire locations, but this one is the best in my experience.

What an awesome experience. In a time where people rush and go through emotionless pleasantries, I was lucky enough to encounter such a friendly and charismatic young man this morning. His shirt said Bailey and he was such a rockstar of interpersonal skills that I immediately contacted my husband that is in sales as well. Most experiences we have at NTB have been positive so I recognize a great company culture here, but this is a very impressive employee. He was positive, shared how he enjoyed working for the organization and was thorough, answering questions I presented. Look out, NTB. This person may be recruited from you if you don’t ensure he is properly compensated.

Its like the Indy 500 in there. They had me in and out on a rotation and balance in like 20 minutes tops. They are definitely following all safety procedures--they even have you pull the car into and out of the bay.

Great management, I ordered new wheels for my car and needed some fresh rubber, so i contacted the guys at the GC location and honestly could not be happier with with the experience.With new wheels I was nervous about getting my wheels damaged, but the techs did a great job of making sure my wheels are just a nice as when i came in. The guys here really did a nice job, Tim, and Braxton made sure to be careful and keep the wheels looking new.Most importantly you could tell from everyone there that they care about their customers and thats awesome in the auto industry.Its really apparent at this store that they have great management, i wont be taking my car anywhere else for my tire needs!

Unfortunately I picked up a steel screw in the side wall of my front tire. When this happens tire cant be repaired. I called Discount Tires to schedule appointment to discuss new tires for my vehicle. Tires installed by the factory were obsolete. They were very knowledgeable and gave me multiple choices and discussed the features of each brand of tire. They offered fantastic service and were very friendly as I made my choice.As I was driving on the freeway the vehicle started making a very strange noise from the front of the vehicle. I called the shop and they had me return to check out the noise. After pulling the front tire and spending time looking for the noise they discovered a wheel weight used to balance the tire came loose and was jammed inside the brake rotor. You couldnt see the wheel weight without a high powered flashlight and the determination to diagnose my issue. This is the 3rd set of tires we have purchased from them do to exceptional service they provide they have a customer for life. I highly recommend them!

Got 4 new tires last week. I have an unusual tire size but they made quick alternative recommendations and got me in quick. I expected an hour or 2 of a wait so I called my wife to pick me up by the time she got to me the text came through that they were done I spent maybe 30 minutes total. Excellent work and they stand behind their service.

A great store run by a guy named Stewart who genuinely wants to help the customers. Every time Ive been in there has been a good experience. Their prices are tough to beat.

Well good service, good prices usually busy though. But in the end job gets done right and with good warranties most tire repair is free. And free is always a good thing. Had an appointment at 1030, still waited 45 minutes. Price quoted for install was $21 per tire. Then was charged $7 per tire extra to dismount and another $7 per tire to mount new tire. I was told because I didnt buy my tires there. Install was great, just cant get over the extra $14 per tire...

I stopped by to have them take a look at a low tire. They found a screw in it and repaired it for free. I will be coming back when it is time for new tires. The great service provided to a person who has never been a customer was impressive.

I spent $570 for new tires - they told me Id have a $52 mail in rebate...thats fine until I receive a prepaid debit card vs a check. If I would of known that I wouldnt have gone with them. First someone on the phone said Id get the rebate in the store...then wasnt true...then I get it mailed as a debit card...what about people who pay for their cars on their credit cards why would a prepaid debit card work or seem like the best fit.

I went in having purchased 4 tires elsewhere and just needed them mounted and balanced. I was also keeping the tires i had on the car because they only had about 10k on them. Everything would have been great if they hadnt completely disregarded my request of bagging the dirty tires before placing them on my light leather seats. I get that it is pretty simple to clean but so was grabbing some bags from the many dispensers placed around the shop floor. Just made it seem like my request was just too much for them.

Yesterday, I got into my car to start a long drive back to NC, and found that a rear tire was way under pressure due to a nail in it. The people at Discount Tire were awesome. They fixed my tire, were friendly, professional and helpful. I was able to complete my long drive with confidence that the tire was safe. Every customer who I talked to at the store while I was waiting was very positive about this store.

First time visiting this establishment and I have to say that their customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I had a tire repaired at a local competitor and was not happy with the outcome, so I stopped in here after work. Not only did they get me in without an appointment, they professionally completed the repair which the competitor failed to do. I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend them and their team. You dont hear we took care of it often enough. :)

Fixes tire for free

These guys are the best. They never try to sell you anything you dont need or try to upsell. Always honest and up front. They fixed our tire leak at no charge! We cant imagine using any other tire center after doing business with this store. We have been using Discount Tire for several years, and they have always given us good prices and great service. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and it seems that they are skilled and able to do whatever is needed. You never see anyone just hanging around; they are always working. I would highly recommend this store for all your tire needs.

Good service and fair prices. However, this is the second time Ive been given under-inflated rate times. 2-3 hours (again) was 4-5. Was not advised, the 7 ahead of you, are not including the appointments. So either someone needs to do better math or fully disclose entire wait time (not just including the walk ins. After being up all night, getting a single tire in, customers shouldnt be inconvenienced by misleading terms when they could make arrangements given better estimated figures.

I highly recommend this location. I have been there so many times for car, van and truck tires. Never for a 33 inch or larger tire. I ordered a set of wheels and tires online from a very large company. After 2000 miles their still out of balance. Nothing against said company. Discount tire got them perfect. No more shaking on the freeway. Plus all the people are so easy to deal with and they make it simple and pleasant.

Came in on a Saturday less than 30 minutes before they were suppose to close and then staff and maanger were amazingly friendly and helped get my tire replaced. Great customer service and they even made sure the swelling lug nuts were swapped out for good ones that Ford hadnt recalled and the dealership failed to advise me of.

Great place!! Had a pothole problem come to find out it bent my rim. And cracked it. They could not mount the new tire on there but did come up with a great way to help me out and save so money. Always recommend this place.

I recently bought a used truck and quickly noticed that one of my tires was losing pressure. Upon closer inspection, sure enough it was a nail. I work 8-5 so it was nearly impossible to find a good time to get my tire patched. I tried 3 different tire shops during my lunch break (too busy) and 2 more after work (couldnt do it before they close). I called discount tire and asked them if the could fit me before they close (6.pm). They were happy to help, and worked on my tire and many other vehicles long after they were technically closed. Caleb was very helpful, and I appreciate all the other staff I interacted with. They even brought my truck around for me due to the rain, and this was all free of charge. 5 stars! *****

They always give me great service and great prices. I have been with them for over 20 years. The fact that they fix tires for free and will replace at prorated amount, makes me feel great about having their tires on my daughters car.

My wife got a nail in her tire on her way home from work last night (11.21.19). I work out of town (will not be home for the next three days) and she is not terrible mechinacally inclined so this was a huge problem. She called a competitor and they told her they would not be able to plug it until sometime the next day and she would be without a car.She ended up going to Discount Tire in Grove City. She got there at about 5:45 (they close at 6:00) fully prepared to not be able to get her tire fixed until tomorrow. The staff insisted that they would fix her tire on the spot! My wife was very concerned because she did not want the employees to have to stay late because of her, but the staff was adamant that they would fix her tire before they went home. The had her back on the road by 6:30.Not only did they stay late to fix her tire, but they DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING! Im blown away and Discount Tire is now my preferred store.

Amazing place. Braxton and Mark really took care of me. I rolled in needing a tire changed on my travel trailer. They got it changed ahead of time, and when I came out Braxton was checking the lugs on my tow vehicle. He checked the pressure on every tire. Great guys, super attitudes, good prices.

They are great, they will help you and take care of their customers. It would be best to have an appointment time. But they do take walk-ins an emergency calls.

This place is the sickest place to get your tires put on your new ride for old ride for that matter. The guys behind the counter really know their stuff and they always do everything they can to extend the best discounts available. I plan on getting some new rubber on my slowbra soon..lol

I was a little upset with the way a couple of things went down.I called and talked to the manager Stewart and he did not hesitate to tell me to please bring my truck back in so he could make things right. When I left there I was more than satisfied. I will never go to another tire place other than this one. I dont experience customer service like that very often.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Maybe they treat you better if you bought your tires at this specific location. I have made appts here for my rotation & balance. The 1st visit, they said my lugnuts were swollen & charge me $70 for a new set. Of course they didnt have my size in stock. So the had no problems putting the nuts back on. Didnt even rotate my tires. This last visit, I had a nail in my tire. He tried to state that the crack that was professionally repaired was the issue even though I showed him the nail. Of course they couldnt do anything. I will NEVER go back here for anything & I would recommend the same to you unless you already bought your tires from that location.
