When I step inside the door, I am greeted with a friendly voice, that is always ready to help with filling my propane tanks. We have rented there before and always have had great service.

I needed help with a u-pack trailer the lady helped me a lot, she went above and beyond, very professional, she gave me the confidence that everything will be ok and she did. Very stressful process for me to move my belongs to another far state, but she did my process there in the storage way more bearable. I will forever appreciate everything she did for me, keep up the great work lady! I just want you guys to know that as long as the lady is there she got your back, i think her name is Jay. Jade was very helpful in purchasing a storage unit. Storage Rentals of America had a storage unit available after my daughters family had to cancel a pod because it was not accessible at the time it was scheduled.

Very clean property. I work there and we do our best to make sure our customers have a great experience while storing there belongings. We also do our best to make sure we maintain our property. We do a walk thru of the property daily to check and make sure everyones space is secured and safe.

The storage unit is great and the on-site manager was nice and helpful. But the company isnt making things as COVID-19 safe as possible. They advertise that you can rent a unit online with no contact. Thats true. But you are still required to come in to the office for a face-to-face identification and to have them scan your drivers license. Thats NOT no contact.While the on-site manager did everything very quickly and did maintain social distancing, there was no way around my having to break six weeks of isolation to rent this unit.So, dont believe their ads. If youre worried about contact, this isnt the place for you. There are other places that claim to be truly no contact. Look for one of them!

I called 1 local place and left a message. By the time they called me back, I already had moved my stuff into my new unit. Fast, efficient and courteous. Jade is the best.

This place use to be the best storage place but in 3 short years my 10x20 unit has more than doubled in price which is now almost 180.00 and the only thing thats changed is that now you can not enter after ,9:30pm where as before one could enter ,24-7. Ive never gave a bad review but this is just pure greed

We rented a U-haul (one way) from Columbia to Taylors, and found this drop off location on Google Maps. The facility was accessible, very clean and organized. The managers were awesome and knowledgeable of the system and were able to solve a milage glitch quickly, that was created by others. I highly recommend this business for storage and moving rentals.

Rented two units here. One climate controlled and one not. My climate controlled unit has not been under 90 degrees for a month and a half. I have asked both on site managers multiple times for details about a fix. One only says there is nothing she can do and the other has emailed the district manager with my complaints. I have called the call center and put in an escalation so it flags the dm to give me a call back. I did not receive a call back for a week so I called the call center again and she put more notes onto my account. I received a voicemail from Frank the dm telling me to call him back at the Simpsonville office number and to leave a message if I couldnt reach him. I called and Michael the on-site manager told me he was in a meeting and he would pass along my message and number. I did not receive a call back from Frank and so I called the Simsonville office again asking for Frank. I was informed by Michael that he could give me the Greer office number and he could leave a message for Frank again but that was all he could do. This was a couple days ago. I talked to the on-site manager in Greer(where my units are located) yesterday 8/8 /2019 asking when they thought the issue would fixed. The manager said she saw where there was an escalation on my account and that she was supposed to know something today 8/9/2019. I received no call and the unit still is above 90 degrees. It seems to me that there is a problem with the different levels of management and no hurry to get anything fixed no matter how many complaints are received. The on-site managers repeatedly said they cant do anything and the only thing the call center can do is put in an escalation for it to be seen. The only person who appears to be able to do anything is the District manager Frank and I cant even get in touch with him. He also doesnt appear too interested in the issue having multiple messages and complaints but cant give a simple call in return. Really unprofessional atmosphere and poor problem solving capabilities all around. Hopefully this review can get some attention so I can get the service that I pay for fixed.
