When I got my storage unit the lady was very nice and accommodating. However I realized that the unit I got was way too small for what I needed. The lady came out and showed me another bigger unit which was perfect. She sent all the paperwork to resign. Staff here are awesome!

I am so impressed with this location. I have used a wide variety of storage companies (from here to Denver, Colorado and various other locations), and this one is at the top of my list! Their online reservation system is easy, and user friendly, the staff is at the top of their game. Getting in and out is not complicated at all, greatly appreciated when you have a load of stuff to store! And cleanliness? Oh, my, these folks need to come clean my house they are so good. It is immaculate. Very pleased to have found such a great place to store my overflow of stuff!!

I was so lucky to find the CubeSmart Bee Safe Storage in Greenville, SC! Everything about my experience there was top-notch. Moving in was so easy with the available carts and elevators. The facility was always clean and well-maintained. I definitely had peace of mind with my belongings in storage at Bee Safe. The best part of my experience was the outstanding customer service I received from Mikki Harris and Abigail Yost. They both went above and beyond to help me find the right size unit, move-in, and followed up to make sure everything went well. A year later they once again went the extra mile to help me rent additional space for work related items. I appreciated their kindness and understanding so very much during two difficult times in my life. They made two difficult situations manageable, and I am forever grateful!

Customer service and cleanliness of facility

My mattress was damaged but they did everything possible so that the guarantee paid for the mattress, Abigail is very good at her job and attentive. I recommend this place, it is very clean and the employees of this place care about the customers.

I called the 1-800 number to ask questions and they were very helpful making my reservation. I then received a follow-up call from Abigail at the store. Very nice customer service. She did a very thorough job explaining everything and showing me around. Awesome customer service! And the facility was very clean.

Customer service and housekeeping is top notch. Weve never experienced a pleasure in paying a bill until our first encounter with this establishment. They watch for their customers and by the time you get to the front they are holding it open for you every single time and welcoming you in like your the star of the party making a grand entrance. They follow you out making sure to open the door for you again and wishing you a great day. You just dont get this attention or service anywhere anymore and its very refreshing to know they genuinely appreciate our business. The location is the best and safest in the county in our opinion. The cleanliness of this building, both inside and out, appear as if the building hasnt been used by the 1st person yet, immaculate. The soft music playing throughout the inside of the actual storage unit part as you load or unload your unit is a nice touch as well. If you skip them and rent from somewhere else your missing out.

I only went to buy a few things from a lady that is moving her stuff out, but the place seemed really nice. Kind of an upscale self storage place. The unit she was cleaning out was a good size and she had so much in it, including a washer and dryer, a couple of dressers, tables, and side tables, and loveseats, a couch, and so many boxes and bags.... So really these units may look a bit small and feel it due to the way the building is, and the hallway being a bit small, but they will hold a hell of a lot more then you think. They also have huge elevators and carts to bring or take out your stuff with. I would definitely rent from this place if ever I needed the extra space.

Abigail and Mikki were very kind and helpful, as well as informative and professional. The facility itself looked amazingly pleasant and clean. The security they offered gave me the feeling my belongings were safe from the outside elements, or any unwanted intrusions. They, and the facility, make you feel like you’ve found a safe and comfortable home for what you need to store. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for safe, clean storage with very friendly service.

Clean facility thats climate controlled too. Interior access is controlled so random people cant be wondering around creating a more secure environment for the storage units. The management and staff are friendly and helpful as well.

My family and I made a last minute reservation on a Sunday, and Mikki treated us as if we were the first appointment on a Monday morning - took her time and helped us with each question and concern we had. It was such a pleasant change from what other people consider customer service in todays world. Mikki provided a more than satisfactory experience, and allowed us to take our time in inspecting and choosing our storage size, and took the time to explain each part of the process to us. The facility was well-lit, clean and seemed very secure.

After months of craziness from other storage facilities, the staff at Bee Safe has been amazingly helpful and the pricing is fair. The facility is clean and easy to maneuver. So glad we found them!

The staff at this facility are incredible. They are helpful, friendly, and quick to anticipate needs. One note: be prepared to buy their lock, as this facility uses cylinder lock mechanisms.
