After calling several storage facilities, I chose Life Storage due to price, the fact that we were able to get a free truck from the facility for helping move, and friendliness of staff. Aleisha McNeal, store manager, was a life saver! She went out of her way to help us during an unfortunate situation that we had. She truly provided great customer service and worked with us to help solve our problem! This facility/grounds are well kept and very clean and i would recommend it to any of my family and friends.

AJ took great care of me. He was super friendly and efficient! This Storage facility is super clean and spacious.

Truest pleasure of mine working with AJ ! His customer service was so immaculate. The storage lot was clean, quiet area for the most, parking area is a bit small.Life Storage however beyond AJ is impossible to work with. So they’re lucky to have him.

Rented my unit with life storage a few weeks ago and got the truck rental for $21 and change which was awesome! The girls there are very sweet, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I recently visited this location to inquire about renting a unit and was assisted by AJ. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The office was nicely maintained as well. AJ was able to answer all of my questions and guided me to view a few available units as I was not 100% certain on the size unit would be suitable for my needs. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends as AJ was very knowledgable, friendly, and courteous.

Moving is a very annoying, stressful, and mentally taxing experience. You have to deal with all types of people and you come across a lot of different personalities. It was very nice to meet someone genuinely trying to help and make this part of process easy. Alicia was amazing. You never know when someone is having a horrible day and today everything seemed to be going wrong and then I get to Life Storage and there is a sign on the door saying out for lunch. I thought I was experiencing another fail for the day and then Alicia ran outside to stop me. She stopped eating her lunch to assist me, got me the right unit I needed, made sure my code worked, and even walked me to my unit. You never know how much a little kindness can bring people so much joy and I say thank you to Alicia for just being a bright smile during a horrible day!100% recommend this place, ask for Alicia!!

I showed up at Life Storage on a hope and a prayer with no reservation and an SUV full of stuff. The store manager Aleisha was up front when I walked in. She was so helpful and friendly. The sign up process was easy. She gave me a tour and showed me different options. The pricing was great too! Ive been back and forth now 6 or 7 times both in the day and during evening hours. I feel safe. The facility is very well lit, very clean and secured. This temperature controlled facility also has some really nice amenities - such as coffee, public restrooms on every floor, elevators and rolling carts! I would recommend Life storage to anyone looking for storage space!

I had a great experience here, the place is so clean. Aleisha is so sweet and welcoming. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly.

I walked in and out with all of my storage issues settled in 15 minutes. It was fast and well done. The facility and staff were very professional. They also rent moving trucks at a great rate. I highly recommend.

The staff here are very nice.

I rented a unit it was a fair price although whenever i got my rafe and price over the phone they never mentioned these added fees and taxes so i was sort of in a bind. But other than that i drove about 30 miles in the truck first 20 miles are supposed to be free well when i got back. They take $30+ dollars put of my 100$ deposit. Then the people try arguing i did one round trip. I stay 15 miles from the storage place. 15 miles there and back thats for the long way. I took the short way. But they wont refind anything. And there is nothing i can do. I wish I could have found a better unit. If i had more time i would have. Thats the only problem i had was the rental truck.

Place is phenomenal I’ve been with it since the old manager and recently the new manager Aleisha took over and she was so reliable and very accommodating for any issues I had along with putting deliveries in my unit for the company I worked for. The place is immaculate and very clean and still looks brand new. If you need a storage unit this is the place for you!Thank you for everything Aleisha!!

Purchased a unit from the property manager La’Mon and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and has been doing this for quite some time I could tell. He went over every detail of what I needed to know, got me a great price and showed me around to make sure everything worked without a problem. He takes pride in his work and is willing to go above and beyond for his customers. The property is fairly new and looked very clean and has great security measures. If you’re looking for good prices, a personable manager, and a great location I would highly recommend Life Storage on Boiling Springs Rd!

I am a new customer with Life Storage in Greer. The atmosphere here is absolutely marvelous!! I was instantly greeted by the manager Lamon. He made me feel right at home. His customer service was amazing!! The unit is very nice and access was very simple. I would recommend this location to anyone. I live in another town and believe me the 15 minute travel is worth it!!!

Edited 9/18/20: Unfortunately the overall company is not what I consider to be good. This doesn’t have anything to do with the manager, therefore I won’t be removing any stars. I will be moving my things this weekend to another storage place. During these times when Covid has held many people back from gainful employment, charging a $20 late fee on a $34/month unit is absurd, especially when it’s only 5 days late. Thanks for showing customers they don’t matter.The manager was very helpful. I didn’t know how to get the lock in the door when I was done and she came up, and showed me how to do it. Thank you! I made a post of Facebook to recommend this place to my friends and family!

Convenient location. Staff was helpful at check in. Its great they offer a free van use within 14 days of renting. But, they will not make an exception to the time frame, if needed.

I was having a tough day. After working a long, tiring week... I thought I had the entire day to move the small stuff out of my apartment, apparently I was wrong. I had until 6 pm. The help I needed was no where to be found, and I drive a Mazda 3... so I decided to move what I could into storage. But where 👀‼️👀 With urgency I googled “storage near me” , I found Life Storage, with the best prices , and the best reviews!I rushed over, right before closing lol, and had the best experience of my day. La’Mon was the best! He quickly found what I needed, and had me on my way! Not to mention, you can use the moving truck for free 🙌🏾 exactly what I needed!

The employee became angry & rude to me & my insurance agent of 25 yrs. when I tried to change in-house insurance over to my homeowners after obtaining declarations pg for offsite coverage. Implied she & I were liars since she didnt have letterhead on which to print the pg. She asked to email him from her office, but responded he has no outside email (his competitors do). Very bad manners, argumentative, aggressive & disrespectful. Frequently mentioned how I have a lot to do & this is a new store & Im not having anybody sue me, even before I tried to change the ins. Had overlooked the thinly-veiled innuendos & how fast he blew through info at initial intake before taking my phone out of my hand and typing in his own glowing review (that Ive since deleted), but maybe its worth mentioning now - rather stressful. The msg to me was that he was doing me a favor by letting me rent there. I was nothing but nice. Never used the space. Having to cancel caused me & my family great hardship. Maybe some business management, customer service &/or communication training would help. For now, there are several other new & earlier-established storage venues available nearby & throughout the area.
