I was a bit apprehensive about getting a storage unit, but this place is great. The facility is well kept and climate controlled. There are large steel deck platform trucks to unload your things on and wheel it to your unit. The elevators are very nice as well. The facility is code protected at the gate, the building door and the elevator. They also provided a pick resistant lock for the unit. I am so impressed. This storage facility had an answer for every moving and storage concern.

Been using these crooks for the past 13 months and in those 13 months the price has increased 4 times. Started out paying $88, and am now up to $126 total for a closet- in the non climate controlled section! I’ll be cleaning mine out very soon, I can buy a building for what I waste with them. I laugh at their response “we adjust/increase rates based on the market and so we can provide the best service, blah blah blah.. What they actually do, is determine who is planning long term storage and milk them with 7$ increase this month, 9$ increase in 2 months.. and so forth.No response needed, nor wanted. I don’t care to hear your justification on milking customers.

The gentleman in the office was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and showed me the storage unit. The unit is clean and climate-controlled. The move in was simple and easy. I recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage.

There was a little bit of confusion with having to buy a lock separately versus a line of text in an email notification that a lock would be provided in my unit, but had a chat with the store manager who cleared it up. Otherwise, the process was easy, pricing was transparent, staff is friendly, and I was able to find and access my space immediately with no problems.

Storage facilities are popping up like mushrooms over night in this area of GSP. This facility is new, clean, climate controlled [or not], easily accessible & priced to an amazing level of BIGGEST Bang for the Buck & Options!. Ive been in multiple storage facilities over the past 15 yrs & its almost like God saved the BEST for last. You wont go wrong here - management is on top of this game & ready w/ solutions & resolutions for every possibility of keeping everything right so that there is no wrong!

The link to the site was on the search and I was able to reserve a unit from there. At 09:31, Kevin called from Extra Space to provide me with more information and to see if I could drop in to look at the unit, to see if it met my needs.I dropped in around 12:30 and Kevin walked me through the process and I rented a unit. Originally Cube Smart, they changed ownership and went up on their prices. And then increased again. Hard to understand why they increased the price so much when theres a glut of new self-storage facilities in the Greenville area. We moved to a different facility closer to us at almost half the monthly rent.The facility itself is fine, and the people are nice - which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

This facility was awesome. I was met at the door by lorena and she was very helpful and friendly. She had me in my unit in under ten minutes. She explained everything to me concerning my unit and showed me where it was. I really love the facility and the security it has. For the units inside there are three key pads to go through to get to the units on the higher levels. I am glad I chose this facility to store my stuff.

Wow, where do I start. Well this is my second time renting space from extra space storage within 1 year,at this same location. I must say that my experience has been Wonderful. I was greeted both times with agents who was ready and willing to help me with my needs. Both times my unit was nice clean with the climate control. I love the gated security and always felt safe when I needed to come to my unit. Now the pricing was a little high. But hey I guess you get what you pay for. Like buying a BMW or a Kia. Well Extra Space Storage was the BMW And I would highly recommend.
