Honestly we were a bit anxious going to buy a used car because of the current state of the used car market. We always do our research, but we presumed it would be a painful process.But to our surprise and joy, that was not the experience we had at Toyota of Greer with our salesman Dave Moorhouse. We never felt pressured in the least bit throughout the entire process. Dave was very genuine and relatable. More than that though, he was honest and upfront through it all. We also got a really fair no hassle price that everyone was happy with.All that was enough to have a great car buying experience, but the service got better after we signed the deal. I am a person who uses a wheelchair and drives with hand controls. Unfortunately, it can be a long process to get the hand controls installed after the purchase is made. I explained to Dave all of this and asked if it would be possible to get the Service Dept. to install the hand controls. Dave said he would check on that and get back to us. The very next day we got a call from Dave. Unfortunately the Service Dept. was unable to install it because of regulations around hand controls. When finding out about this Dave called every place within 50 miles to find a place that could install the hand controls as quickly as possible. Dave really helped us because he was able to encourage the local hand control installers to move faster. Dave also dropped off our car at the place where we got the hand controls installed.All and all, we had an incredible experience going through Toyota of Greer, and we can’t thank Dave enough for all of his hard work and going above and beyond his duties to help us get into our new car. We highly recommend going to Toyota of Greer for your next car buying experience. No wonder my Dad has bought his last 3 new cars from there.

They went above and beyond to make dreams come true!! I have told all of my friends and family to go there if you are in search of a new vehicle. Toyota of Greer was excellent!! I spoke with David Moorehouse over the phone and told him what we were looking for and told him about the cars we were interested in. He kept in contact with us until we came out for our appointment!! We got a GREAT deal on our new car and recieved a more than fair amount on our trade in. He and the financial team made sure we got the lowest interest rate possible for us and were very knowledgeable about warranty options. Never felt pressured and the experience was quick easy and painless. We couldn’t be happier with our Toyota Corolla and will definitely being doing business with them in the future. I did not feel like this dealership or my salesman (Tony) had my best interests in mind throughout the process. The numbers were always off (if I did not check the final numbers I would have paid $3,000 more than I should have). I was promised and told things throughout the process that were not true. I feel like at the end of the day everything worked out as it should have, but I had to invest way too much time and effort into checking all things to ensure they were accurate and as promised. If I did not do this, I would have gotten screwed on this deal. I did not feel like anyone was in my corner at this dealership throughout this process.

I recently was deciding between Toyota RAV4 and a different manufacturer for my new vehicle. The RAV4 lease I had was ending and I wanted to purchase something I would want to keep for many years to come. The number one thing that made me stick with Toyota (along with the excellent reliability of the brand) was the great customer service from Ace and everyone else we encountered at Toyota of Greer. Ace was always happy to help, was easily reached through phone or text, and was determined to get me into the model I wanted with the options I wanted, even though supply is somewhat limited after Covid. She made the process so much easier and less stressful than I had anticipated. I ordered my new car and it was actually delivered almost 2 weeks earlier than expected. Ace even sent me a little video of it when it arrived. We had a question about the settings for the rear lift gate and the guys in the service department were great in helping us figure it out. Everyone we encountered throughout the process was great. I highly recommend this dealership and would happily send friends and family to Ace to find their next vehicle!

I went in for a used 4Runner to replace my 2019 Rav4 I purchased there back in 2019. I was planning to use my credit union and did not want my monthly payments to increase too much. I was a little weary about a used vehicle. It had all the bells and whistles but who knows what it had been through already. Kelly listened and observed what I was looking for in a vehicle and presented me with an alternative. A 2020 Highlander. Lower on gas use and Ill be the original owner, so nobodys headaches to deal with. I would have liked fog lamps, and a 20 wheel, because to me, the 18s look a bit small on the vehicle, but I can definitely live without those things. Everything else is perfectly fine! Im simple in terms of a vehicle. 3rd row, dual climate control, running boards and push button start is all I was really looking for. Kellys service was phenomenal!

Typical old school dealership. Zero customer service after the sale. After cancelation of an extended warranty, I attempted to ascertain where my refund was after two months. The finance department would not answer the phone and mailboxes were full so no messages could be left. I then tried the accounting department with the same results. Finally I left a message for the general manager who never answered his phone. And yes, you guessed it, he never returned my phone message. Only after involving the Better Business Bureau after three months of waiting for my refund did I see immediate results. I would highly recommend a dealership that can offer service after the sale. This one has no clue and could care less about their customers.

I bought a 2018 Yaris. The maintenance and roadside services were included in the sale price. I recently lost my roadside assistance membership card. I have been calling multiple phone numbers and called Toyota of Greer seven times. The last three days have passed and still do not have my roadside assist membership number. I am driving with no protection and I cannot seem to receive any customer service. I have only been able to talk to the operator with no personal service. No protection is very upsetting. No customer service for an existing customer.

I only gave a one because there is not a zero. There is never anyone to take your call when you have a problem. I put money down on an extended warranty I never got a warranty and after a dozen calls over a 4 month period I still have no extended warranty or my money that I put down on the warranty back. I was welcomed by Keith Kirkland. My appointment hadnt come through as it was supposed to on the internet. He promptly corrected that with no argument. He said they would call me and explain the needed repairs ASAP. He did that with a clear explanation the air conditioning technician said needed repaired. He gave me an idea of what to expect as to cost.It was fast friendly service and honest. I dont think you could ask for more. I recommend them and the Toyota automobiles. We have owned four Avalons and its extremely RARE to have anything go wrong. Thankfully this was pretty routine and needed freon. After 10 years of driving no complaints. Good example for the Toyota Company.

This dealership has some really great sales people. I also trust their service department very much. They’re awesome over there! But there is a finance manager that is very shady and not trustworthy at all. Her name is Brooke B. When we purchased a new highlander this month, she tried selling us a warranty. When we declined, she told us we’d get a rate coupon and could cancel the warranty anytime within 90 days and keep the locked in rate. We clearly asked what our payment would go down to after canceling the warranty. She used her calculator and gave us an exact number as to what our payments would go down to with the new interest rate after we canceled, which was $48 a month less. I told her we were definitely canceling it and she informed us to give it time for the deal to go through. When we canceled 2 weeks later, we learned from another finance person there that the payments were not going down at all and that it just comes off the bottom of your balance. This was reiterated very clearly when we were purchasing, as we knew what we needed our payments to be. She denied ever saying such, and was also very nervous when she saw us show up. Very shady person that doesn’t care about you, but only about her pocket. Be careful!

Will never buy a Toyota car anymore, the worst experience ever!! I bought a brand new Rav 4 2021 and because they didn’t have the car they had to deliver it from Georgia which is the closest store. The manager at this location is bad, he tries to rip me off trying to get me to sign the contract without even negotiating the price with me like he was forcing me. After a month of having it, when my boyfriend was putting the license on the back, he came to the front and realize there’s a burn hole on the lower bumper. The next day we went to the dealer and the manager came out talking about it’s a “visible” hole. (Yea of course, once you notice something its noticeable)The funny part is that when I first got the car I took a picture of it the and the hole was already there on Dec. 25th. I didn’t realize it until today. I went to the picture that I sent to my friend to see if it was already there before I got it, and It was there already. Basically, that means they sold me a damaged car without telling me. The manager said it has been inspected by multiple people, so if it has been inspected by multiple people how come they didn’t find the hole when it was delivered?? Stating that its a visible hole. So don’t buy a car here, you might get a scam by the people here since they are not honest.A word to Toyota, hire someone that is trustworthy or honest the manger here definitely ain’t it.

The first time my boyfriend and I went to this dealership we had the worst, and I mean an absolute terror of an experience. it was sad cause I had my heart set on a rav4. Fast forward a few months I had to take my car there for a oil change and decided to look around while I waited. When I was looking around I met one of the sales guys (Ben) and he did the typical let me help you buy a car sales pitch. We got to talking and I told him of our experience and how I vowed never to give my money to them again and he completely understood why, so he asked what he could do to make my experience better this time around. Let me just say that Ben MORE than made up for our previous experience! He was awesome! He went above and beyond to get me a killer deal on my dream car. (Lower than even I thought was possible!). He made the whole experience stress free, listened to what I needed and more than delivered. I even spoke to his manager Robbie, who remembered us from our first experience, and he made sure this time around was different and apologized for our last experience. If you are looking for a car I HIGHLY recommend going to Toyota of Greer, AND ASK FOR BEN!

Don’t trust this place! My husband and I ended up going to Greenville Toyota !! That place is a 5 star!! Don’t waste your time here! My husband and I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla!! Better customer service, all the way around! I am still so furious that they checked my credit score without my permission, and my information! Set up a scheduled appointment for accessories installation for my Toyota. Initially I was told that it would be a couple hours then thereafter while I was waiting in the lobby I was advised that they would get a rental on them because the vehicle won’t be ready until next day. So got in a rental until the next day. Unfortunately this is when you guessed it it went down hill 👎 for some odd reason the rental amount showed up on the bill when they stated it was on them thereafter the vehicle was left with greasy dirty hand prints all over the vehicle including on my leather seats and flooring. Last but not least left a message for the manager to address this issue but no one return my email, phone message as to this date. But funny that the customer review app got in contact with me 2 twice and yet no call back from a real person from Toyota Greer aka Matt Williams. So sad in conclusion will not come back to this dealer.

I called to get a diagnostic and in spite of the fact that they were busy, they made the time to get my car in and to diagnose the issue! The service agent Elijah was very nice and he was very caring, professional, and attentive to my needs! It didn’t take long and they were very thorough with my vehicle! By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership acted professional and courteous. I traveled from an hour away so I made sure I was pre approved. Made an appointment for the following day, and upon arrival they had the car clean and ready for a test drive. My salesman Rob W. was above and beyond excellent! Never pushy, just kind and patient. Not her intentions, but while I was doing my paper work my wife went on a test drive and ended up buying a car as well. Same for the financial team by far the best I’ve ever dealt with! She basically scared my mother, who is an older lady who does not do well in negotiation situations, into purchasing things for the car that she did not need. Had to get a recall handled on our old Toyota. When the mechanics started to do the job, realized it was going to take longer than the 2-hour window. They called to tell me, had already ordered me a rental car covered by Toyota, and all I had to do was pick the car up at Hertz. Then when they called to say job was completed, I left the rental car, keys and paperwork right there at the Toyota counter and drove away. They made this whole process simple and stress free. Great job!

This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I knew exactly what I wanted and found the perfect truck at Toyota of Greer. I live in Virginia and was able to work closely with Ace who handles internet sales. She was amazing! She was quick to respond to text messages and even sent me a personalized welcome video. She took a 360 degree video of the truck I chose as well. I do not like sitting in dealerships, let alone haggling over prices. Ace was responsive to my busy schedule and aside from a few quick phone calls, we texted back and forth to get the deal done. To avoid a flight to South Carolina, the manager had the truck delivered to us at no cost two days later. Wow! When the trailer showed up and my beautiful truck was in sight, I was so incredibly happy. Only a few finalizing documents to sign and my truck was offloaded into my driveway. My experience at Toyota of Greer was the best I have ever had at any car dealership. The sales person was very helpful and cooperative (Kelly) she helped me find the car I wanted. Did not push one certain vehicle. She helped me find the (Rava4) then the model LXE with the options I wanted, within my budget, then we decided on a color. VERY NICE people, ask for Kelly.

This being the second time dealing with Toyota of Greer, my wife and I are completely satisfied. We knew our dealing wouldn’t be typical, so we warned Rob, our salesman, over the phone before we arrived. Rob was personable and very helpful, and he had the car we ask for warmed up and ready for us to take for a drive. He allowed us to drive our new Corolla extensively so we could make an informed decision about the vehicle. Because our trade was difficult at best, Rob had to consult with the next higher pay grade, and we couldn’t have been happier! Rob and Robbie worked with us extensively so we all were happy in the end. All transactions were prompt and professional, and not only am I a Toyota customer for life, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere but Toyota of Greer when in need of a new vehicle. I’ve made a few trips back to the service department because to work I’ve paid for haven’t been completed. I purchased a set of tires the other day along with an alignment and oil change. I recently had a flat and my spare was a brand new tire so it only had a few hundred miles on it before getting the new set of tires. Went to pick my car up yesterday and the spare tire was replaced with one of the new tires and the flat tire was still in the truck. I’m glad I checked it before leaving. So I left my car there and the service advisor called later on and said that he forgot to tell the technician what specifically to do. No problem was my response but only the find out tomorrow when I went back to get it that I have one of my old tire on the spare in the trunk and not my new tire on the spare in case I have another flat on the road. I work third shift and will go back by tomorrow to hopefully get straighten out. 🤦‍♂️

I was able to book an appointment online no-fuss, and the service representative met me outside to take my car in. I forgot my mask and Michael offered me one even though he didnt have to. He pointed out some services that should be done (and under warranty), and offered to do those too, which I appreciated. The estimates of when they would be done were spot-on, and Im happy I picked this location to service my car.

First time to Greer of Toyota. Michael in Service was so nice and accommodating on the phone and got me in and completed the service on time. I cant remember the ladies name, I think Janet, but she shuttled me home and picked me up. Very friendly. They will be my service center/dealer of choice going forward. Loved the overall experience.New Trip to Toyota of Greer. This time to lease a new car. I had two Robs helping me. They listened to me and gave me a few choices combining what I wanted in a car. The whole process took 2 hours. A miracle in buying/leasing a car. Other places I have been there 4-5 hours.

Had scheduled 2 days ago to come test drive a car. The day of I rben recieved 2 more emails and phone call from Kelly Clancy a sales consultant. Everything was set up and fine. After getting there and her getting a bunch of information from me. She goes to her the key. And comes back and says someone sold that car earlier. Tried to pick me out another car! What a joke. Liars and not good work skills. Never recommend..

My service advisor was wonderful to work with and very helpful as always!However, almost no one in the dealership was wearing a mask. The majority of employees were NOT wearing masks and were coming and going walking through the waiting area & kitchen with no mask on. I observed no cleaning or social distancing. The Covid numbers in SC are growing rapidly and there was no effort to keep customers safe. I have been a long time customer buying 3 cars at this dealership and having them all serviced there, but I will not be returning and will look for another car dealership in the area.

We got swindled at Toyota of Greer!! When attempting to negotiate a car for my teen daughter, they totally bait and switched the final price. First it started with agreeing on payment, we had agreed on 60 mo. but when sent to financing it was 72 mo. You sign on a tablet, I only ever saw the monthly payment amount, no paper copies, it is given to you on thumb drive for records. Agreed on price for car was 16,500! Final Financed amount $18,500. Our down payment totally disappeared. What a scam, Never Again!!

Staff and customers walking throughout with no masks on. My sales guy got an attitude about me asking him to wear a mask as we sat across from him. Wouldnt answer very basic questions about inventory unless I gave my information. Somehow thought making fun of the Toyota I pulled up in would sell me a car, which I found strange because its a beautiful 02 Camry with 280k miles. They probably could have sold me one today, but Ill never be back. Do much better to care for your customers safety and comfort.

My wife took our Sequoia in for a recall on an airbag and decided to have the oil changed also.The service manager said there was a problem somehow a front strut got damaged in there care also they didnt have my wife pay for the oil change.They said they would pay all labor but we had to pay for the parts.Tried calling the service manager a few times to ask why they would pay labor if they didnt do anything wrong he was never was available and no return call.Admit fault and no customer service to rectify the situation.

I was visiting my family in Taylors, SC; shortly thereafter my car needed an oil change. I made an appointment online and my daughter took my car in. I asked her about her experience at Toyota of Greer. She was well pleased with the customer service she received, the wait time, and the cost of the service. Oh yes, prior to servicing the car, the gentleman who waited on her had her call me to let me know what the cost would be.How great is that! I live in the northeast and Ive had my car serviced by Toyota of Greer and have been completely satisfied.
