So let me share my Blessing for the day. Stanley and Reynaldo were awesome. Great customer service. Affordable and great quality. Family oriented and great music😊 Thanks for my new ToySo update on my review!!!!!to sell you the car they do everything right with a smile. But once you drive off the lot you are done for!!!! It took 2 months for me to actually drive the car because they BLATANTLY LIED OVER AND OVER saying they would fix the seat which both seats were broken from day one. The passenger seat was reclined forward so far that you could not drive the car you could not see out of the passenger side!!! So i parked it!!They do not return calls I had to stop paying and call everyday.. take time off work running back and forth. Just to get the car fixed. Renaldo STOPPED communicating with me all together!!!! They fixed one seat the drivers seat they had held together with zip ties .. things you will not see when looking at a car. So I have to pay to get it fixed. the car needs brakes and God knows what else.... THE SALES PITCH IS GREAT but beware because my friend and myself both have lemons and I think this car has been wrecked but not showing.... I regret this purchase more than any car Ive ever purchased..

Edited: My experience here, like most people at any given used car in America on the first day and/or date of purchase was the same - excellent. They will always be nice, make you feel special, and cater to you, telling you everything you want to hear. But once your signature and initials are on the dozens of dotted lines of the paperwork they quickly go from Dr. Jeckyl to Mr. Hyde. The very first thing that switched with me was that Reynaldo quickly told me that my warranty would only 90 days. He had originally said they offer a standard one year warranty. I financed a 20014 Chevy Equinox from them. I had test driven it beforehand and there seemed to be no problems. No exaggeration, literally two hours after driving it off of the lot the check engine light came on. That was the start of my nearly two month long back and forth dissatisfaction with them. The place that they begrudgingly finally agreed to send me to take the car to get diagnosed (Meineke) told me that many of the vehicles Anerican Car Credit sends their way have issues and that there was a waiting list because American Car Credit had yet to pay them for work done and thus they (Meineke) was backed up. They told me I would have to leave my car their for up to two weeks just to be in line to be diagnosed. TWO WEEKS!!!! Do you think my job would wait two weeks for me to come back? Do you think Uber or Lyft would gove me free rides for two weeks? No it’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my title with temp tags expired. They at American Car Care have stopped returning my calls and ceased to answer my email messages. My advice to ANYONE thinking of purchasing a vehicle here: Do NOT do it. This company is just another used car lot that will sell you a lemon the the biggest smiles on their faces. Don’t be fooled by those smiles like I was.
