The folks Greenville Toyota Collision Center were outstanding, customer service was excellent. I continually updated on the progress of my repair. The work was excellent, looked as good as new. Everything put back like it was supposed to be. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied, customer.....the were extremely responsive to any needs or requests or concerns.

Our Lexus was in a fender bender and we brought the car here for the repairs. Kathleen and the TCC team did a fantastic job and kept us in the know along the process. I also used TCC in the past to repair my 4runner that was also in a wreck. If you want your Lexus or Toyota to be restored to new, this is the place to go.

Quality of the paint repairs were great. I did have to take my truck to my mechanic the day after getting it back because my check engine and traction control lights came on. Found that the gas cap had been left off during repairs. I suggest this being on some sort of checklist after repairs.

I was very, very pleased with the professional work that the Greenville Toyota Collision Center did to repair my truck after a limb fell on top of the cab. I would recommend their repair service to anyone. If you need repair work done, talk to the fine lady named Becky. She will take excellent care of you and make sure you satisfied with the repair work before you leave.

I had a great experience with Toyota of Greenville Collision recently regarding my 2019 Corolla Hatchback. I had a minor rear bumper accident and Ken Keffer and his team handled my repair with professionalism. The estimate was accurate and the outcome of the repair was flawless to include assembly of the rear bumper and paint paint and finish. The alignment of the bumper was perfect. On top of that they detailed my car and returned it in better shape than I dropped it off. I am very happy with the results and appreciate that Ken kept his word and delivered a great result.

My original estimate was for eight days it has been almost a month and I still have not got my truck I’ve been told 4 different times that they are extending the amount of time on it. I have spoke with the estimator He is very unprofessional in not calling you back or doing the services that he says that he is going to do. Like taking care of a rental and he leaves you hanging wondering when you will have your vehicle. I sure hope they made it look like a brand new truck as much time as they take they will have 1 million excuses but they’ve had all the parts and more than amount of days for the whole job since the parts have come in

Had work done they did a great job with that, but couldnt do the easy part.....keep themselves from digging through my center console and stealing stuff. Asked to speak to a manager about it and the manager showed 0 signs of being helpful, simply said there was nothing they could do about it and I had no proof.

Ken and his team of clowns are horrible. This location can promise to have a vehicle done on Friday for a 3.3 hour job and it is now Wednesday with no vehicle. Everyday I call, I am given the run around and lies about the progress of my vehicle. I have been put on hold for hours (almost as much time as the job itself I have been waiting on hold for a response) DO NOT USE if you value your vehicle or time. This place is not an ethical business... Ken and his crooks won’t even return a phone call when promised.

The repair was fix and looks good but Very very disappointed with communication from staff and after I picked up my truck I found that there where items that had been taken from inside of the truck and a bottle of medicine that was a narcotic, I know it was simple repair on the hood and there was not really a need to be inside of the truck other then moving it around but. I finally received a call back from the management and still really didn’t get a sorry for what happen just a have a good day. I don’t not recommend this auto center at all I think they have thieves working there.

I made a mistake and damaged a car that I had towed. I told my customer that I would pay for the repairs so she had Toyota of Greenville do the repairs and I informed them that I would be responsible for the bill. Most dealers will give others in the industry a bit of a price break. Not these folks, they actually charged me more than most. The other problem was the lack of communication between the dealership and myself. I was originally told that the repairs would be completed by Monday but it was Wednesday before it was ready. The work was satisfactory. I will not be towing anymore vehicles to this automotive group.

I just had my car repaired at the Collision Center of Toyota of Greenville. I am very please with the whole process of the repair. They were quick to get me in and to get the car fixed. They were quick to write the estimate, and very quick to get the car repaired. I am very please with the outcome of the repair as well. The staff was so nice and helpful to me in this process. They ensured that the rental car company got me a car as soon as possible as well. They even finished the car a day before they had initially told me that it would be finished. Again, the staffs assistance and the repairs were above my expectations. I would highly recommend Toyota of Greenville for all of your needs whether it is a repair or to buy a new Toyota. Very nice people and easy to work with. We were hit by someone else and my frustrations came from the other sides insurance with some things but Greenville Toyota Collision was great. The contact I was working with (Eaton? Sorry if I misspelled that) was great at explaining everything. I would easily go back. My car looks back to normal AND they cleaned the inside and washed the outside. I was surprised to say the least.

I had a really great experience at the body shop here. I came in for an estimate, and they were able to get me in for a fix within the hour. The pricing was really reasonable (part + labor for what I would have paid for the part myself) and they were super helpful.They replaced my tail light and were able to buff/touch up a couple of small scratches at no additional cost. Will definitely come back if I need body work.These folks were honest, straightforward, organized, and fast. What else can you ask for?

The staff were super friendly, prompt and courteous! The entire claim process was easy. Brought my truck in to get checked, they did an initial estimate, set up my appointment and brought it back for repair. I was told it could take up to 3 weeks but it was done it less than 2! They handled all the correspondence with my insurance so I did not have to! Great job!

I dropped in without an appointment with my car that was recently vandalized, the drivers door left inoperable. The two pros in the shop who took a look at the damage spent the time to get the door working again, so that I can resume entering and exiting the car through the drivers door. That leaves some work to be done when I return for an appointment, but I am so relieved to be able to enter and exit the car normally in the meantime. Thanks again to the great people in the shop!

I was greeted shortly after I arrived. I do not recall the gentlemans name. I told him I was there for a recall notice. He examined my letter and said it would take about an hour. He was professional and courteous. True to his word, he came to the waiting area and told me my car was ready about an hour later. The entire visit was pleasant and I will return to Toyota of Greenville.

Because of the large number of hail damaged vehicles I had to wait a long time to get my car repaired. It was worth the wait. My car shows no sign of the many dimples from the hail. Not only that the specialists at the shop found damage the insurance adjuster missed including two dented chrome trim pieces. High quality service from quality people.

I was involved in an accident where another car backed into me. I wanted my Toyota to be repaired with Toyota parts so I called the Toyota collision center. I went in February to get it inspected and made an appointment for it to get fixed in March. I had insurance set me up with a rental car for the time my car should have been in the shop. Long story short they estimated my car to be finished in 5 days, ended up taking 11 business days. I asked why this was while my car was still at the shop they said the first part that was sent had been dented and they were waiting on a new part. Well the 6 extra days I had the rental car was charged to me even though my car was still in the shop getting repaired. So the estimated amount of time my car should have been fixed, they didn’t take into account the time it would take to order parts even though I had made an appointment well in advance, and they knew they would have to order the part for my car. This has been a huge problem for insurance. My advice for anyone thinking about using this business and dealing with insurance, DON’T.

Just came back from the shop at 8:20 pm. The service I got from the shop was excellent. They replaced my passenger car door first several weeks ago. Then I found there was some wind noise came from that door so I went back to the shop. They worked very hard and located where the problem was and fixed the problem. The manager of the shop and the technician were very professional. I am very happy with the high quality job they did. The wind noise issue was related to the Toyotas part.

The receptionist was kind and helpful and had Keiton Westfall inspect our car and determine we were safe to continue to our destination. After being in an accident and researching a body shop for the repairs, I found that the Greenville Toyota Collision Center had both an excellent online standing and BBB rating. Their staff were courteous and professional. The work was completed within the estimate that was given, and they were very forthcoming with information on any changes that occurred with the plan. After being tasked with additional items that they found, the work was still completed within the timeframe that was given. Once completed, the repairs looked amazing and they were very patient and helpful with my questions. I will use them again in the event of any accident as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I went for an estimate on a bumper repair on December 26th. I was told due to the new years holiday there may be a slight delay in getting the part. I was told once the bumper was there they would color match and the repair would take one afternoon. First full week in January I call to check on my number and the phone never gets answered. I tried 3 times that week. The 2nd week in January I called and finally spoke to someone. Was then told they had forgotten to call me my part was there. I asked when we could schedule the repair. Was then told I need to leave my car 3 or 4 days which was not agreed on. Also was told they never did the color match so I had to come back to do that. I called again on week 3 to try and schedule the repair. Still getting the run around. I believe there may be some kind of fraud involved with this location. And if I dont have the repair completed by the end of the week I will contact the credit card company and report it as such. Not once has this location reached out to me to get anything scheduled, I have had to chase them. Ridiculous service. Go anywhere else.

You guys are a nightmare. Lie, lie, and lie again is the philosophy at this place. I have a minor repair, 22 Days!!! later and just ordering parts! The number one reason the car was not drivable was the seat belt. The part ordered last seat belt? Really? Excuse after excuse one simple thing is do your job and do it well. Otherwise you look like a bunch of monkeys trying to look busy. Right, Leanne? Corporate Jaguar called and you guys, well guy Gilbert said he spoke with me today. Lie. I dont know Gilbert or who he is but nope never said a word to me.The insurance adjuster, I , and my grandmother even called you guys to own up to your less than adequate response for owning up to your failures in communication. I spoke with Jim Gibson, he said a Steve would call me. Never got a call. Beware luxury car buyers of Greenville. If you have to deal with these guys as unfortunate as it may be already, they will make it worse. Stress and anxiety ridden. I work hard to have what I have at 33. How you treat a customer and consumer that feeds your table is poor and down right rude.

I have never felt so helpless with a business. I brought my vehicle in to replace my carpet and other details. I spent over 1,800 dollars of my hard earned money so that I could be happy with my car. Everything worked properly when I dropped it off. Halfway home I got a call and realized my mic wasnt working. After calling them back they told me to take it to Toyota of Spartanburg who sent me back to lexus. After paying for an additional diagnosis out of pocket. They tell me its unplugged. I took it to a dealership so it would be done properly. After listening to the manger leave me a message that there not going to do it because of a stupid time frame, I feel robbed and very angry. I have to pay the price because I couldnt find the time to take my car back to a place where it should have been done right the first time. I will give Mike until Friday to return my phone call before I report it to the Better Business Bureau and further action.

The first repair was not done properly. After I took my car back, the shop did a poor job of reinstalling the parts. Clips were broken. The dealer cut the line to my windshield washer system. There was dirt baked into the paint. I was told that this was normal, because parts sit in the body shop to dry and dirt gets on the paint.When I asked the dealer to fix the paint, they put swirls all over the paint and stripped some of the clear coat. I cant believe this shop is qualified to work on luxury/sports cars.I would not recommend this shop for body work.Update to my review: 3/31/2015Recently, I noticed that the paint work done on my bumper no longer matches the hood and body. I called State Farm, and I would need to go back to this shop if I want it fixed. So, Im asking around to find another shop, and Ill have to pay out of my own pocket to get this fixed. The car is not even a year old. Im totally dissatisfied.

Had amazing service!!! My brand new Range Rover was rear ended on I-85! Hurt my feelings bad!! Fortunately, Toyota of Greenville Body shop was amazing. Westfall took care of me from day 1...even had it back 2 days earlier than promised, in pristine condition. The 2 beautiful ladies that work the desk are amazing...Im not sure how they keep it all together but it works like a well oiled machine!!! It was a nightmare dealing with this body shop. I had the same horrible experience described in other reviews. Lies, after lies, after lies... My car should have been ready in 6-10 days, it took them over 7 weeks to finish it and it wasnt even done right, I had to take it back for them to fix more issues. Every time I called they gave me a different date for when my car would be ready. I tried talking to management and customer support, none of them were of any help or even cared. I had to pay out of pocket for my car rental since my insurance company could not justify them taking so long. I should have listened to my Insurance agent who warned me not to take my car there for those same reasons. If you value your time and want to save yourself a lot of frustration, find another body shop.

***** horrible service! I cant believe this place is select service for my insurance, I was told to come here for repairs from the hail storm. Wait was almost two months to bring my car in, took them over a month to get done, then my car came out in worse shape than when it was dropped off. Scratches, chipped and damage parts but of course these crooks claim theyre innocent.I will never bring my business here again, and you can count on me telling everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Ill also be dropping State Farm. If this is their recommended service, no thank you, Ill be going somewhere else.

This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop. I was hoping the other reviews were simply the worst cases, and that in general this was a good place because its part of the dealership. Now I think these reviews reflect the typical experience. This body shop has had my car for over a month, and the repairs needed were minor. Yesterday, I got a call to let me know the parts had just come in - after over a month theyve just now ordered the parts and gotten them in. I couldnt believe it. Every week they promise it will be ready this week, but it never is. When I spoke to my insurance agent about it, she told me that every client she has that goes to this shop has the same experience. Please save yourself a lot of time and frustration and find another body shop.

Update 9/16/17Seriously, take your business elsewhere. The headaches that come with service from this place are not worth it.To recap my whole experience: Dropped car off in June for hail damage repair. Took them over a month to complete. Went to pick up car, literally first thing I noticed was a visibly scratched front bumper with paint chipped off. Upon further inspection, doors had various scratches, trunk also had a scratch, rear bumper was scratched and poorly put back together, the interior had stains and they did not replace the roof rubber moulding like it said in the paperwork.We did not accept the cars conditions, and the guy said he would take care of it. Took them a couple more weeks, at this point Ive been without my car for over two months. They fixed the front bumper, barely cleaned the stains, and stuck the rubber moulding on with some kind of glue or adhesive that ran down the windshield. They said the scratches were there already and would not take responsbility for the rear bumper either. I refused to accept the cars condition again.Another week go by, the collision center called me to say our insurance denied the claim -- fed up with them, I took the car back and contacted the claim representative, who informed me the collision center reported that we were saying the damages were a result of the hail storm. Evidently more lies from this place.So forgive me if I dont have faith in your empty apologies, Mike. Ive already resolved the matter with my insurance and gotten the repair done properly elsewhere. Ill leave this review here as caution for potential victims of your employees poor service and dishonesty.

Worst body shop experience I have ever had in my life.I went in for minor superficial body damage, basically just a slightly dented bumper and slightly dented fender and a cracked headlight. It was my insurance companies recommended place and there were not any recent applicable reviews.First of all they exceeded the estimate by 15 days but they did it in the worst way possible. I would call on the day that they said it would for sure be ready by and they would say sorry three more days. And they continuously did this for 15 days. Not once did they preemptively tell me my car was delayed. I had to continuously extend my rental I was paying out of pocket for by 3 days instead of getting weekly rates and just renting for 15 days. After I got the car back I immediately noticed that everything they had touched was done incorrectly and I had to go back three times over a week to get some of the corrected.These are the things that are still wrong with my car:Basically every single part literally that they put on my car is not put on correctly. The front door no longer lines up with the fender or rear door, they somehow stripped my emblem so now it wobbles on the bumper(a 700$ part!!! I have the radar emblem), they somehow bent the bumper in two spots while installing, The radiator cover no longer fits properly, my left headlight is higher than my right headlight, The outside mirror is missing its gasket, the weatherstripping is installed incorrectly everywhere they touched it, The rocker panel clips all say that they are one time use and cannot be reused but yet they reuse them on my car and every single clip on my rocker panel is broken and not installed properly so the rocker panel wobbles. They are missing the clip that holds the weatherstripping to the right driver door. The driver side window goes up and down much more slowly because they installed the weatherstripping on the outside of the car in correctly and is pressing on the window. There is a DENT in the drivers door that wasnt there when I dropped it off. The bodyside moldings is not aligned properly and it is crooked right where the doors meet. I could go on and on and on there are tons more problems and fitment issues. I am also missing about 10 clips and probably 10 more broken. I discover new things every day. Theres marks from hair and dirt from where they contaminated the car while they painted it. I guess that hair is permanently stuck to my car now.Again, these are the things that are STILL wrong with my car. I bought this car BRAND NEW on February 18th and dropped it off February 21(a deer ran into my stopped car and caused some minor superficial dents, I contemplated not even fixing it because you could hardly tell. BIG MISTAKE) and received it March 20. So coming up on two months and Im still dealing with this. They were also terrible to communicate with and could not tell me what they were waiting on or why I could not drive my car, which was drivable, while I was waiting. You call and they will redirect you either to a phone that continuously rings and no one answers, or they redirect you straight to someones voicemail and they never ever call back.Run run away no matter what do not trust these people. Look at all of the good reviews they are all obviously inapplicable or fake. You do not have to use the place that your insurance company recommends and do not use this place, tell them no.I dont even trust them to correct the problems that they made. This was a brand-new 2017 vehicle that basically had three dents on it and a broken headlight. it is in far worse shape now than when I left it with them.I dont even feel comfortable leaving this review, like they will retaliate against me or something if I should ever have to use their Lifetime warranty on their repairs. They seem exactly the sort of people to do such a thing. I ultimately will probably have to pay out of pocket to another body shop to have the car correctly fixed, and this is on top of what I paid them.

Took my car here after a minor fender bender. When I dropped it off I informed them that the right taillight was pushed up during the accident and that was overlooked during the initial quote. They said they would fix it and did not. Upon pickup (and after driving around the damaged car lot to bring me my car) it was still pushed up and they said it was just the way the car was made and they couldnt really do anything.Upon leaving my car was handling oddly. I pulled over and my tire was going flat (Within 10 minutes of leaving the body shop). I put the spare on and took it back to the shop where they said they would not replace my damaged tire but would be happy to sell me a new one. From my experience they will get the job done, just dont expect good quality or service.

Terrible service they scratched my car at service they send it to collision and they hold my car a week without do anything to it because i need to sign a authorization form that they didn’t inform me about it after that they kept my car for another 2 weeks I pushed to get my car back when I picked up the windshield is broken and the paint labor they did not good
