Hardworking team. Prices are unmatched. We spent all day price matching. I think they have the best warranty policy on the market. No other facility holds a candle to this place. Its well after 6 pm and they are still working hard to get all the cars taken care of. Even tho we came around 4 pm, they didnt turn us away. Any other place would have turned us away and said they werent taking anymore cars for the day.

Ordered my tires online and brought them in to have put on. The sales team did a great job taking care of me and seeing up everything. They were quick to get my van in and tires replaced. Plus they were really friendly. I look forward to my next visit. Having worked in the tire industry, it was nice to chat with others and be able to relate.

Great experience! Place was slam packed and the wait was close to 3 hours. However, they honored my appointment and had a bay ready for my new tires. I was in and out within 30 minutes. 10 minutes BEFORE my promise time! Impressive place, but make sure you have an appointment. Most importantly though, be graceful to these folks. Theyre working hard with a short staff to stay on pace!

I made an appointment for 5 days out and had to wait almost 2 hours. They were so busy. And the tires I ordered hadnt arrive. However they had similar tires on site they gave me for the same price Id already paid, and all the staff was very nice and trying to be very helpful as best they could.

Ive been going to Discount Tire since 1989. Ive used multiple locations and they have always treated me Right!!!I highly recommend them.

This location is simply AWESOME. I originally need two new rear tires. My technician came out with me to inspect my tires and found that one front tire was a different size than the others. He replaced the different tire with a new tire and insured it for FREE. I was astounded by the customer service and I will forever use this location for my tire needs.

My truck had tires on it from 2014. One recently got something in it and they couldnt fix it. The tires were still under warranty and they gave me a $270 replacement tire free! So excited that they honored their deal even though it was 7 years old! 👏👏👏👍👍 Way to go Discount Tire!!

Great place to get new tires. They took care of my car and met my high expectations for customer service again. This location was very busy when I arrived, but it was worth the wait. Ill definitely return when I need tires again.

These guys were super slammed weren’t getting lunch breaks and still fixed my flat tire without one complaint. They are ver efficient and didn’t ever charge me for my tire. Chance was also helpful on finding me new tires. Amazing staff and very friendly. Highly recommend

Great service, you can tell they train their techs well. When you do come in, give the staff grace. They are short staffed like every other small business and the folks in there are still working hard to serve customers. It’s unfortunate I had to watch two customers belittle the staff over wait times. If you don’t want long waits, write your local representatives encouraging them to work on legislation to get people back to work, don’t yell at the worker who is pulling OT to make sure you have safe tires.

Never had a bad experience here! The staff is excellent and I have seen several of them work with pretty disgruntled customers. They are so kind, helpful, and quick! Forever a customer of this location.

Came in on a Friday about lunch time for a tire pressure check. They were busy and I had to wait a few minutes but that was okay given the circumstances. Young man checked my tire pressures, added more air and I was good to go. Thank you Discount Tire.

They were extremely busy and still were polite, patient and moved quickly to get things done. I like this location because of those reasons.

First off this was the first visit to this location that I had a bad experience. Unsure why today was difficult. I saw a handful of employees that worked very hard, then the others walked around to look busy or stood and watched the other employee. Did not have an appointment, so I understand waiting. I went for a single tire repair, it endedup just gettinga patch. I was told 1230 my car would be ready. They took my car to the back at 1245. After I watched the manager go to the back and yell at the employees for having 5 cars in the bay instead of 8. Before he went back there, I watched employees goofing off, fighting over opening a door while the other one held it shut on the other side. I love having fun at work, but I also understand crunch time. I was on a 2 hr lunch break and had to call my employer to tell them I would be late. Arrived at 1115 car was checked in at 1131, car was finished at 120

Have to give them props, had a 4:15 appointment and they were swamped with walk ins when I got there. While I had to wait 15 minutes to check in, they promised the car in an hour and it was returned in an hour. So kudos for honoring their commitment if you make an appointment!!

Had special ordered tires and set my apt for the next day. Showed up, waited 20 mins to find out the person never scheduled my apt!!! Super annoyed. Guess I suggest calling and verifying so doesnt happen to yoi!

Signs posted in parking lot, on door, and every where inside the establishment; telling you 30% less wait time, if you book or check in online. I check in online, walk-in while there were no cars on the wait list. Waited 30 mins, while I had other customers, who came in after me, helped before me. Just to be told by the associate, Wesley, at the counter the he didn’t realize, online check-in was a thing, he took the mileage off my car, and proceeded to tell me even after already waiting 30 mins, because he failed to realize he had a customer due to “not knowing online check-in was a thing”, even though when I checked in 30 mins prior and walked straight in after checking in, with 0 cars on the wait list, I now has 5 cars ahead of me. Which is ABSURD!!! I will never be back!! Glad you got paid hourly to sit there and waste both our times, Wesley!!

Excellent service and affordable. I was in and out in about an hour getting all four tires put on my car. Even without having an appointment they worked me in as busy as they already are. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Will definitely be taking my other vehicle there soon to get the tires put on it also.

Beware. I had an item stolen out of my truck this morning when they were putting on my tires. It was an item I touched before I got there and when I left it was gone. I confronted them about it before I left and of course nobody knew anything.

I went to the Discount Tire in Greenville and the dude there was real cool and I think I got like two tires for $120. I think thats good because I remember I went to meineke one time and for one tire it was like $250 which is ridiculous.But you are better off just going to heron circle there is a little local shop there and you can get you a tire for like $20.

I have been buying tires from Discount Tire for years and have always been impressed by their professionalism and service. Their customer service staff is fast, efficient, polite and personable. I will definitely continue to support this business!

4:30 scheduled appointment and got my truck back at 6:00 for a simple rotation and balance (not mad about that). However, they did not use the TPMS relearn procedure after the rotation after I specifically asked if that was done. Also, when I got my truck back, ABS light is on, stabilic track is disabled, lane keep assist will not function, park assist will not function, forward collision warning will not function. I am not saying they caused this but everything was working fine when it was pulled into the garage and failed when the truck was returned to me. Coincidence, maybe? A trip to the GMC dealer is now required to diagnose the issues so I can make a fault determination. I have been a long time customer but no more. Very disappointed.

Traveling in Greenville from NY we got a flat. Had the car towed to Discount Tire and the repaired the tire for free, fast. Never have I ever had such great customer service.

Their service is awful. The wait time is unbelievable even when you have an appointment. It doesn’t matter. Count on spending all day sitting in the lobby with no access to water or any other options.

The entire team seems great, but my personal experience with this particular employee stands out and I must applaud him. Ive watched him deal with some customers who really would have tested my patience, but he remains steadfast in his professionalism. 10 stars.Ill be back without a doubt.

Crazy good experience here. I wasn’t even a customer (I am now) and they patched my tire for free. Desmond even met me outside right as I parked so I didn’t have to carry my tire in. I didn’t have an appointment yet they worked it in. 10/10 would recommend.

They were able to get ,255:80:22.5 Michelin xrv tires when Atlanta was sold out there only 120 miles one way to there location . They also had a great price for what we were looking for . Excellent location right off the interstate. Excellent customer service .

They had my boyfriend waiting for hours! He let them know we had an online appointment. The car was finished but we never got any notification. It does not take much to check in with a customer that has been sitting there. Customer service is TERRIBLE for what you pay.

I tried to get all 4 tires replaced. Before going to the store, I looked up the tire and price point I wanted, and made sure they had 4 in stock. When I showed up, I told Michael that my tires were bad and Ive known I needed to replace them, but I just hadnt gotten around to doing it yet. I still had to listen to a lecture from him about, Wow, these are bad, Im glad you made it here safely and I see you have three car seats. You really need to replace these tires to keep your family safe. (insert eye roll. yes, this is why Im here) Next we go inside where he walks me over to the chart just to show me once again how bad my tires are (more eye rolling).Then we go over to the computer where he proceeds to show me a tire that is the incorrect size for my vehicle (16 when I need 15) and 3x the price of the one I need. I tell him the tire I want and he says they dont have one that price that will fit my vehicle. As I walk out, he pleads for me to drive safely (again with the eye rolling).After I leave I get a voicemail and text from Michael, as well as someone named Kenny, just to tell me again that I am confused and I really need a 16 tire.I was belittled and talked down to from the moment I walked in the doors. I was made to feel as though I was endangering my family just so they could upsell me. (I assume the fact that I am a woman who came in with two small children made me an easy target as well).I ended up going to Firestone where they were kind and honest, sold me the exact tire I asked for, didnt question the tire size, didnt make me feel guilty for the condition of my current tires, and didnt try to sell me anything else (bonus, they were $100 cheaper). Firestone has my business from now on.

Fed Ex screwed up the delivery of my wheels but they busted their hump to make sure I had fresh rubber for my trip. Thanks Michael and D.T.! It would have been 5 stars if they didnt damage my rims!

I got a nail in my tire last night and had AAA come and help me put my spare on. He told me to visit Discount Tire for them to patch my tire up and that they’d do it for free. I didn’t believe him but still went and I’m SO glad I did. What was a quite stressful event with me being away from work was turned into a very pleasant experience. Tomas was super helpful and they patched my tire, put it back on, checked the pressure in my other tires, and even checked my sensor system in my car and I left paying $0. AND it only took 20 minutes with no appointment made. Tomas was very friendly and patient and everyone was very efficient. 100000% returning with other issues. Too bad they don’t do oil changes.Also to make a point, I’ve never left a review on anything before. This place was THAT awesome!

I usually have nothing but good thing to say about Discount Tire. I have been a long time customer but this location is not well run. I will not be go here again. I set an appointment for 1145, checked in and was told to pull into the garage. Then did not have a single person say a word to me for over 30 minutes. What is the point of setting an appointment only to be ignored.

Great place!! I realized I had a nail in my tire about 30 minutes before they closed last night and they still fixed my tire even though it was close to closing time by the time I got there! Everyone was very friendly, too.

They have curbside. And then I just walked the parking lot until they were done. I think they were pretty quick.I do wish they would pick up the trash in the grassy and tree parts of thier parking lot. I got 2000 steps in while waiting and felt safe in thier parking lot walking. Great exercise opportunity.They have some nice trees to the right of thier parking I might bring a folding chair sometime. They will take your payment card inside so you wont have to.

I just had my tires re-balanced this afternoon. Michael was very professional! The guys there got me in and out so I could return to work within 25 minutes. Thank you so much.

I had a nail in my tire they plugged it free. Only down fall was i had to wait 21/2 hours, but it was a Saturday and I had no appointment so understandable.

Excellent customer service! Everyone was polite and stayed busy. Thomas was great and he even printed out the rebate form and explained how to get the rebate. Way more than expected, I recommend Discount Tire for anyone needing tires.

Made appointment 2 days in advance and Inventory showed 2 tires (what I needed) in stock. Showed up and after they had my tires off discovered inventory was short 1 tire. Manager got a tire from another location and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. I had time to kill and appreciated the courtesy and discount I was given. High fives all around!

I have always used another tire store. My tire was flat when I left work yesterday and went to my usual place. They were so rude to me (as usual) that I left and filled the tire at the gas station. My husband has always used Discount Tire on Haywood, so I took his suggestion and went there. They are the nicest people...I am still in shock at how kind Wes was to me. I had to buy two new tires and the combined price of BOTH tires (with warranty) was less than I paid at Goodyear for one tire (two months ago). I HIGHLY recommend this place !!!!!!!!!!!! What a GREAT experience!!!!!!!!

Good assistant

I needed two new tires to replace the two on back so I decided to have the front two moved to the rear and install two new ones on the front. Discount Tire refused to touch the one front tire because of a gouge in the rubber. Dude said he would replace the two tires on the back, but would not move the front two to the rear. All wires were intact and those were just the first set. Absolutely nothing structurally wrong with the tire, only cosmetic.So this dude (as Im walking away after telling him if he refuses to move the tire, I will take my business elsewhere) starts calling after me saying hes only looking out for my safety. Yeah right. He was arguing with me as soon as I defended my tire and if that were really true, he would have wanted to move the tire to the back because common knowledge is a blowout is much worse on the front than the back. This girl does not get to be pushed around by arrogance arguing for the sole purpose of being right.Sorry I wasted the tread on my tire and an hour of time to go wait in a waiting room where not even the employees were wearing masks or practicing social distancing, even though there were social distancing flyers posted on the door. The Discount Tire in Taylors performed the work I requested without question!

Ill preface this with two things:1) This place was recommended to me by several people who gave it stellar reviews, so its possible my experience was an outlier.2) The only other place Ive ever given one star to is the USPS in Anderson, SC. Its that serious.I ordered tires online and made an appointment 1 PM on a Friday. The tires arrived quickly and the whole online process was fantastic. Quick & easy.Come time for my appointment, I arrive early and the staff took my keys to get started. I happened to be on a work call when I arrived but paused the call to speak to the workers and get everything started. I got back on the call after.An employee tried to ask me something while I was on the call but I had difficulty understanding him, so I wasnt able to speak with him until I got off the call around 1:30.He informed me they hadnt started on my vehicle because they couldnt locate & didnt have the wheel lock key for my vehicle. I just got this vehicle in November 19 so I didnt even know what he was talking about, which is admittedly my ignorance.I searched the vehicle on my own but discovered the key was missing from where it shouldve been. I was confused as to why they didnt have anything in their tools that would work, but it seems my vehicle is an oddball.A staff member told me I had to go to the dealership and buy a key from them. I asked if they would still honor my appointment when I got back from the dealer as I had a leaky tire, and he said no problem.So I drove to the dealership on my flattening tire hoping Id make it there and back, got the key, and returned to Discount Tire.Upon return the same staff member told me they had a lot of walk-ins and so itd be 1-2 hours before they could get to mine. I understand being busy, but it seems to me youd prioritize appointments.I chose to wait, and my vehicle was finally ready around 4 PM. Three hours after my appointment time.When they told me my car was ready, they instructed me to wait out front and someone would pull it around. I wait out front in the rain for about 5 minutes, and no one came.When I went back inside someone waved me in to the bay where they explained they were topping off the tires. I waited, and when I got in my car noticed one of my back tires was underinflated by 6 lbs.I told one of the workers it was too low and he said hed just filled it, so the sensor should fix itself after I drive for a bit.It didnt. I made it to the other side of town and had to stop at QT to add 6 lbs. to the rear tire.Whats more, my vehicle smelled strongly of weed. Even with an air freshener, there was still a weed smell in my vents the next day. And it didnt smell like weed before I brought it to Discount Tire.Like I said this may be an unusual experience, but it was awful enough to make me never want to go back.

I don’t generally write reviews but this will be my second positive review for these guys . I’ve had terrible experiences with other tire shops (cross threaded studs , loose wheels etc.) but the customer service at this location is always top notch . I had a very worn, very flat tire that was beyond repair . And I was in no position to replace it today . These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road so I could feel safe driving with my children in the car . AAA+++. I drive way out of my way to come to this location when I need flat repair or new tires , they’re simply the best !

Not as quick of a visit I would have preferred. Nonetheless, superior and cost effective solutions. I will return with my other vehicle!

Super friendly staff! This place has wonderful customer service. I have had a nail stuck in my tire twice in the past 6 months. I did not get my tires here but they fixed it for free anyways. In the future, when the car is ready for new tires, I will absolutely be getting them here.

Discount Tire is the best tire store around. Consistent, exceptional customer care from arrival time to departure time. I would pay extra for that level of service, but at Discount Tire you and your safety are part of their total value. I have been using Discount Tire for the last 12 years. They just cant be beat! Really great customer service and Ive never felt like they are forcing something on me that I dont need. Since moving to South Carolina Ive had somewhere along the lines of 8-10 nails in my tires and they have fixed it every time FOR FREE. I am SO grateful! Cant say enough good things about them and just glad that I discovered them.

Great Professional Customer Service. I watched them replace tires on my vehicles and notice them doing them doing extra checks. On all the vehicles i could see through the glass I noticed a standardized work process was being followed by them all to make sure the service given was safe and quality.

If I could give Discount Tire (across from Haywood Mall) 6 stars, I would!!I had an appointment scheduled April 29th and I arrived a little early. They got my car back right away and they were finished earlier than I expected. Less than an hour!The young man helped me access my account since I forgot my credit card. He didn’t mind at all and was very patient with me.The young man who brought my car to me and gave me the keys was very kind and had a genuine smile on his faceMy new tires look fantastic and I could tell they washed my rims for me!I would really like these two employees to be recognized by their manager.
