Fast and efficient!! Broken iPhone 8+ and was available to fix right away in under two hours. Dropped off my phone and came back to it looking brand new and with a glass screen protector placed on the front!! Best Buy and Apple repairs would’ve been $165 but this place was half the price and better service. Great business! Thank you!!

This is the best place of business I’ve ever been in contact with. I had a locked phone and I was told by other stores it could not be fixed. I had already switched carriers and didn’t know what to do. I called tech squad and they were the first to help. I now have my phone on my new carrier . I was always kept up to date and they are so nice and really want to help you. I 100% recommend and will go back for all my cellular needs.

I will first start by saying if you have an iPhone then this place is ok to use but beware your phone will crack break easier the next time it drops.So if your phone is any other brand I do not recommend you use this place. For starters it took almost a month for my phone to be fixed when I was told a week. I had to call and get an update on the progress of my phone for every problem when I was told I would be called. When I finally got my phone back it still didnt work properly and when it died it wouldnt even come back on. So basically I took it to them for NO REASON! To top it off they tried to charge me full price for a phone that wouldnt work properly and ended up not working at all.

Fixed my Apple Watch screen for $100 and used glue to replace the screen. Glue melted and screen was back off. Was not willing to properly fix it nor refund me for it.

I went in yesterday evening to purchase a new phone. The gentleman were very nice and took me through everything I needed to know. They even tought me things I was not aware of. The customer service was great. They were not only wanting to make a sale but they also wanted to have a nice and friendly conversation with you. Most businesses don’t conversate with their customers. I was in there for quite some time and they still made it their goal to be sure I was happy with the service. I highly recommend this place for any of your tech services/ needs.
