Had a great experience at this location (multiple times, actually) and the representative that helped us, Elijah V, was super helpful and not pushy at all. I struggle with sales reps sometimes when they suggest too many things instead of letting me browse, but Elijah was great! He explained some delivery processes and helped us find the best pieces of furniture in the as-is section of their warehouse. Absolutely will be back!

Told mattress was in and off from work to pick up. Got there and was told sorry. Still being unloaded and I will receive a call by the evening for scheduling a pick up. Called next day and same excuse. Truck not unloaded and will receive a call in the evening. Sorry. Nothing we can do. BS. They wait until the whole truck is unloaded? Two days to unload? Lame brush off excuse and condescending replies. We purchased there since we were told we would be able to pick up yesterday. Could have gone to Ashley for same price and waited for now what seems like the same timeline

We had Max as our sales person and it has been one of the best experiences we have had in a store! Max wasnt pushy when it came to getting us to make a decision. He was extremely helpful with letting us know details about items we are inquiring about. He gave us time to process before he would ask if we had other questions. I would 100% recommend finding Max and having him help with your Bobs furniture purchases!

I have been here few times and service has been strong and prices generally pretty good. I bought a recliner and the woman I dealt with was very helpful on that transaction. Recently I have needed buy split box springs. I went on Sunday and checked availability. Gentlemen I dealt with that day was very helpful and quoted them at $75 a piece. I couldnt fit them in my car so I came back to purchase them on 10/5 and the bald skinny gentlemen I dealt with told me they would be $99. When I asked about the price difference he just shrugged and said he didnt know. It was clear he didnt care about figuring it out either. I need the box springs so I didnt argue but I feel like his indifference cost me $50. I wont disparage the entire operation over one guy, everyone else involved was very lovely but that guy could use some coaching up.

They have great furniture for bedroom, dining, kids, living room and patio. Great prices too and good quality. Service was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delivery and setup somewhat pricey but good benefit of if furniture doesnt fit, they can help out and if it definitely doesnt fit they exchange for another piece.

We came to the store a couple weekends before, and William S. only gave us an invoice quote on pricing, but didnt present us with any possible discount opportunities or alternative payment options. Anita J. the Bobs Discount Furniture Sales Associate that assisted us on our next store visit in our purchase & shopping experience was totally Awesome! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and made us aware of all of our options on our 3 hour journey inside the store finding the furniture that is the best match for our new home! The Manager Josh was Spectacular also, and Bobs is so lucky to have these 2 teamed up on their sales floor!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First - I tried leaving a review on their actual website and it was deleted by them in less than 10 minutes. No wonder their furniture only has good reviews on their website. Their furniture is SO CHEAP. We have bought twice from them and have issues with both pieces. The kitchen table scratches so easily and is falling a part 2 years later. The living room set (the avenue set) we bought is breaking after 6 months. The arm rest of the chaise came broken, the cushions are constantly sliding off, the pillows are sagging and already losing their fill and it just looks so terrible and 25 years old already while in our living room. I contacted bobs and they are replacing the chaise since it came broken but we’ve been waiting over 6 months and still have nothing. Now the armrests on the loveseat are broken and bobs said there’s nothing they can do for us. Furniture is so cheap and terrible quality - do not buy

I was very pleased with the no pressure yet still attentive sales approach used by Max. He was very knowledgeable on all 3 products I was interested in purchasing. At one point both Max and the manager actually picked up a queen size mattress and moved it around on several lower bed frames so I could actually try the mattress out as the frame it was already being displayed on was to high for me. I felt that they went above and beyond in servicing their customer. This was first experience with Bobs and I would highly recommend both the quality and the service that was shown to me.

Reasonable prices. In the back of the store they have furniture that people return (a scratch or even small rip) if that doesnt bother you go for it. Its well worth it to me. They even mark the prices way down. The lady thay works there explained theyre short on drivers for delivery so, its best to go with a 3rd party. So, if you see something in the back and go with there people its not guaranteed you will get it. Delivery drivers will take there time to pick your stuff up. (Crazy). So if you dont want to wait its best to have a truck, a U-Haul or somebody willing to help you. The picture below is a glass stand/dresser I believe, that came off the floor marked down, I didnt see anything wrong with it.

Bob’s Discount Furniture at Greenfield,WI is a great place to buy your furniture! We’ve just moved to WI and need everything for our new home. We first bought a sofa with them and it was delivered at the day and time that it was scheduled, no hustle at all! The BOBtastic Delivery is great and worthy of the price paid. The team that delivered our sofa was great and professional. We so regretted buying our bed in a different furniture store, we bought it in May and haven’t received yet. So yesterday we cancelled our bed purchase at the other furniture store and bought our bed with Bob’s Discount Furniture TODAY, and they already schedule the delivery date for THURSDAY, yes the same week we bought it! I couldn’t be happier!!! Just want to give a big shout out to the Bob’s Discount Furniture in Greenfield, WI, you guys rock and your customer service is the best I know for furniture stores! Visited Bob’s last week originally looking for appliances. A friend mentioned to me that they carried them but they actually do not. I went in and was greeted right away by a gentleman by the name of Nate. He was very polite and asked what I had come in for. I told him I was looking for a washer and dryer and was informed they do not carry appliances. I thanked him and proceeded to walk out. He asked if there were anything else that I needed and I’m glad he did because I was also shopping around for a mattress. He took me around to the mattresses and went over the selections. I needed a twin mattress and decided to go with a memory foam one. I feel it was priced decent. I also saw this pink and white polka dot recliner that caught my eye and I had to have it for my daughter so I purchased that as well. I walked around to the scratch and dent section and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of items they had back there. There were some really good items back there and also the prices were really good. So now to my purchase. Nate took down all my information and told me I would receive texts/calls about when my delivery would arrive. I like the fact that they have another employee come over and double check everything to make sure all of your info and items wanting to be purchased are correct. I was highly pleased with the way everything went and the delivery prices as well! I got my mattress and recliner delivered that weekend. I like that you can track the truck and see exactly where it is as it’s driving. The guys who delivered the furniture were very polite and got in and got out. I’m glad I went to Bob’s and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We had been out shopping all day and this was our last stop—we were pretty worn out. Katie greeted us as soon as we walked in and explained the layout of the store as well as the pricing. We found a living room set we really liked and the price was reasonable. Katie helped us with everything and was absolutely wonderful to work with. After a long day, she made the process easy and answered all of our questions. I’d definitely go back to this Bob’s location and recommend anyone who needs furniture to work with Katie and Lisa.

***BUYER BEWARE!!*** Bought a sleeper sectional. It wasn’t cheap. 1. Sectional didn’t lock together. Guy came out now it locks but it’s crooked and just doesn’t sit right. 2. Sleeper mechanism was broken on pull out. 3. No one freaking answers a phone!! Finally they delivered a new mechanism 9 or 10 months later after I spent hours calling every month and being put on hold. It had someone else’s name on it. It was used?? 4. They would send out delivery guys to install it and (nice guys and all) but they didn’t know how and weren’t trained to install the mechanism. I think they sent 5 guys out so each time I had to be home within a 4 hour window; a couple didn’t even bother showing up. Then, It took over a year, yes, over a year of phone calls, and re-explaining the situation over and over. Finally they “approved” getting a store credit to pick out something different because the sectional was discontinued. Low and behold a month later they sent part of a sectional that was the sleeper part of the sofa. Guess what? It doesn’t match the rest of my sectional. The colors are not the same. I sent it back wanting a whole new sofa which I was promised. I just got a notification that I can’t get a new couch because I’M OUT OF WARRANTY. I would laugh if I weren’t about to cry. Please don’t waste your time on the ‘Goof Proof’ phony baloney promise unless you like spending your time and money and sanity on this horrible company. I’m sitting on my broken couch we bought for extra company which we can’t use, as I write this. Never, never again.

Dont waste your money! First it took forever for my chair to arrive which I understood because everything has been delayed lately. The chair finally arrives and it is defective. They sent a technician out to look at it who said it was not repairable and they would send me a new one. Over two months of waiting and having two different delivery dates set up and being told twice they still didnt have it in. Now I get a call thats its no longer available and they will do an even exchange. I want to return and not deal with this store again and they say they can not accept a return. Save your time and spend a little extra money and go to a different store!

The staff is AMAZING in store as well as the delivery team‼️ But the organization of bobs is POOR! I got a delivery one day of two pieces and both of the pieces were defective, then my kitchen table came and they didn’t have the right screws so I have a unput together kitchen table on my floor for another week. My frustration is high with them because I paid cash for all of my furniture and spent a nice amount of money just for everything to take months to get here because it keeps breaking or does have the right equipment.

We went today to browse around for couches. Kyle immediately introduced himself and helped us out with the couch we were interested in. Got a referral from a client to go check them out and Glad we did! Bought a a Sweet New Black Memory Foam Couch for half the price they were charging at Colders & Steinhafels! I was able to Purchase it right from their website and they delivered it 4 days later. The delivery guys brought it up and set everything up! For Couch Features both end seats Auto recline, Middle seat pulls down and has 2 Cup Holders and there are USB Ports on each end of the couch so you can charge your phone or devices. It feels like you are sitting on a cloud. Also If you need financing you can apply right on their website and get approved instantly. Love this Place. Customer for Life!

Max was absolutely wonderful, very informative since it was my second visit. He wasnt pushy when I explained my budget plan, however my dad was the one that twisted my arm and again Max was delightful.Though what I was asking for is going to be pushed off until August, he was still respectful and didnt hide a single detail of the process.10/10 would go again and I highly encourage anyone looking for new furniture to view the store.Thank you Max 😁Update:Didnt get my bed.The first time there was cracked headboard, the second time (which was today) Im being informed that they cant complete the delivery because one piece is not the same color as the rest of the bed.Im quite angry, as now my son and I have to sleep on the floor YET AGAIN until something gets figured out. I canceled it, I DID get the refund (or at least am waiting for it) and do not plan to do further business with Bobs furniture. Truly this was a bust and I had so much hope.

We placed an order for our dining set in November 2020. Here we are today, and we still have not received it. We have been lied to on countless occasions by their customer service. I think we have spent more time the past 6 months talking to their customer service than we have to our own friends and family. Worst experience Ive ever had. DO. NOT. SHOP. HERE. Salesman said it would take 2 weeks and it ended up taking 2 months. The supplier is probably to blame but that is only part of the issue. Customer service is slow and doesnt care. After prying, I was told I would be compensated for the delay after it was delivered. Nothing happened for a week after it was delivered. I finally contacted them asking about the reimbursement and customer service said they would process it that day. That was a week+ ago and still nothing. Two of the three recliners arrived broken but at this point I dont feel like waiting another 2 months so I guess Im dealing with it. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this store.

I have been waiting since February for my sofa to arrive. After months of waiting, we finally got a confirmed delivery date. On the day of delivery, I received text updates about when my delivery would be. I got a “2 minutes away” text. Forty minutes later I called customer service asking where my delivery was. They stated that my sofa was not put in the delivery truck according to the warehouse notes from the night before. They stated that they could “guarantee” that my sofa is currently in the warehouse but could not be delivered for another 5 days. After telling the customer service agent that they would lose me as a customer as well as anyone I may have referred in the future, all she could say was “sorry.” When I asked for compensation of free delivery she stated that all she could offer me was “a gift card to Bob’s”. This after I assured her that another purchase would not be made there. When I asked to speak to someone higher than her she said it would be 48 hours before someone would call back. Customer service was HORRIBLE! They have zero interest in keeping a repeat customer or any additional customers. Now I will sit on my living room floor for 4 days waiting for my delivery to be “guaranteed “ again, on their time and not mine. Going to the store today to talk about a full refund so I can go purchase furniture elsewhere.

Bought living room couch awhile back no issues. Just bought a bedroom set. Paid there expensive delivery charge. Told some items on back order. We said we want one delivery. Not multiple separate deliveries and are willing to wait longer to make this happen. After a few weeks they called our furniture was in. Delivery came missing base for our mattress and drawer for bed smashed. Ok now its an argument on deliveries. The base came still dont have the drawer. Now if we dont take the drawer when they want to deliver it we cant get it until September. Customer service us rude. So if you want damaged goods delivered in multiple separate dates on plan on wasting time off work to fit only the dates they pick. And hope you dont have any other issues. Im calling Monday to tell them to come and pick up everything. I will spend my money somewhere else. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

We just moved and the process is very overwhelming in many ways. At this store we had lots of help and information, we felt no pressure on Saturday when we were shopping around, browsing. On Sunday we came back, refined our choices, and by the time we decided on our preferences, Jimmy worked with us to get our furniture as quick as possible. Mike was also great, I would have purchased on Saturday with him but wanted my partner to try out the mattress. I also appreciate the mattress warranty the company offers.

Came in with my husband and mother-in-law to make two separate purchases of living room sectionals. We’re all satisfied with the furniture but service is awful. First off, they’re extremely too pushy with the finance option and protection plan, if I decline the first 6 times it’s offered, why have a “manager” come over to try and swindle me, DESPITE me constantly declining. Our salesperson, Katie, was not really that friendly. The vibes she gave off were very nonchalant and we felted rushed, like she really didn’t want to deal with us. She didn’t even tell us that there was free ice cream and other treats, even though we had a child with us.The true kicker during the purchase was when it came time for us to pay. Me and my husband were paying cash. I understand when paying more than $1000 you have to have someone verify the amounts, but they ran our cash through the cash counter 4 times, the First Lady counted the money 3 times and the 2nd lady who was supposed to “verify” the amounts counted an additional two times, wrote denominations down and still managed to count the money wrong. They treated us like we had counterfeit money. And even after being ran through the cash counter and two people verifying the money, they still counted the money again.

We ordered a couch in early spring in March and was promised early may/June to have our item. This is the 4th delay with a scheduled delivery involved and lost work time to be home for the delivery. They delayed it again. It’s the end of august now. And now no delivery date. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!! If I could give negative starts to this place I would!!!

My husband and I bought furniture from Bobs furniture and I will say the customer service at the store was good however, the furniture came in scratched and had damages that was caused by the delivery staff. The delivery drivers dont put anything together for the customer and have every excuse under the sun not to bring furniture into the designated area its supposed to go besides the fact they take photos of certain areas of your home for whatever reason. Im not happy at all with the furniture or delivery services the experiencewas terrible and the furniture is expensive and most definitely not worth the price and the long wait which by the way it has taken about 3-4 months to receive some screwed up furniture. We wont be buying from this company ever again.

Awesome customer service---Junior was great. The delivery men werent able to get the couch that we had originally selected around the bend in our stairwell, so we had them take it back. The people at Bobs gave us in-store credit for the full amount that we had paid and were helpful in getting us set up with a new couch that could be brought up the stairs.

Good service in store. Mike was very helpful, he explained to us what we where about purchase warranty and how it covered. He also explained delivery of multiple items being purchase delivery. So, for right he did a good job. After receiving items, I will re-evaluate this post .....for now 4 stars...

My son and I had Max assist us in picking my sons new mattress. We were about to buy the wrong mattress until Max walked over and started talking to us about things that helped us to decide on the perfect mattress for my son. We are very grateful for his knowledge and would recommend everyone go to Bobs Furniture and talk to Max when shopping for a mattress. This is terrible! I buy my kids a bunk bed and it takes months to get delivered... then it gets delivered and it’s VERY broken. I go to there store the same day because the customer service guy couldn’t help me. I took pictures and showed them and they said they can get me a new one but it will take more months!!! WHAT?!? I waited this long already and you deliver me a jacked up bed and I have to wait months. I already threw out my kids bed because we needed to make way for the bunk beds. My kids will have to sleep on the floor... not I know why it’s called Bob’s DISCOUNT furniture... because they suck.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order online and tried to cancel it. Called the store number and was in a perpetual answering service loop. No one ever answered the phone. Press 1 to talk to a sales rep. I pressed 1. Restarted the answering machine. This is the first attempted purchase, and now the last. That didnt take long.

We bought a new house and furnished it with 85% of Bobs furniture. I was hesitant because the quality doesnt seem to be there. We spent $3000-$4000 and got goof proof on everything, which is extra. We purchased a futon that was literally sat on for a total of 15 min in the 14 months weve had it. Its in a room where we display collectibles. My husband sat on it and the leg broke. Good proof doesnt cover it because it broke when my husband sat it. I called customer service, the guy said it would be replaced, I need to call 3 weeks later when it would be restocked. I call, the next guy said its not covered since its been over a year. I know things wear out but we had it for just over a year. Without it being sat on, it didnt last. In any case, you expect things to last for years. Since I didnt get anywhere, I went to the store and the manger was as helpful as a bag of garbage. She said, I dont know how your husband sat on the futon. Like he did a back flip and landed hard on it. Dont waste your time or money. The furniture is as good as their customer service. The manager talked over me, the whole time. So frustrated.

Update 8 months after purchasing the wood underneath snapped in half and the couch sunk :( makes me wonder how bad the quality of wood is on a couch we spent so much money on.Whole experience was great! No one at the store was overbearing and there was someone close by as soon as we were ready to purchase. We purchased the warranty for any spills or what not as well just in case. We chose a delivery date and they showed up today in the time it said and we were able to track it the whole time to see what stop they were at before us and they got to our apartment right when we were hoping! Three guys got the couch unloaded and set up and were out the door within 10 minutes and all were extremely nice and made the process go so much better than we expected!We purchased the playscape sectional and we were surprised/happy to see the pillows come with it since we never asked!Couch is definitely more firm than the one at the store but I’m sure over time we will wear it in. Love that the end piece lifts up for storage and the bottom rolls out and lifts up into a huge bed/couch!

I love Bobs... its very affordable!!!Im a first time home buyer and was interested in brand new furniture within my $2500 budget. When I initially walked in I was amazed but everything looked over budge. Then an angel appeared-- her name tag read Nancy. She pointed me to the outlet section of the store. And the rest is history. I signed up for a Bobs credit card and dont have to pay off my items for a year with no intent added (I wont need a year to pay it off). Long story short Nancy was the most friendly associate I encountered in the build. Not only did I walk off satisfied but I found my go-to for any of my future furniture needs. My mom purchased a couch $1400 and payed extra for 5 year warranty. The sales associate who sold it to her , said with this 5 year warranty that if anything was damaged on the couch they would replace what was broken. Someone even came to look at the couch and told her they will replace it and she will get a call. No call No email No nothing they put her wrong email in. So after 3 months of waiting for a call She went in and apparently They no longer honor the 5 year warranty. The couch is only 3 years old and they wont do anything for her she talked to upper management they dont care. Will never buy a piece of furniture from this store again. Atleast give a refund for the warranty she payed for.
