Purchased a power lift chair from BILTRITEs vast selection. It seriously beats out the big name stores in Milwaukee for variety, big and tall, and function options.My sales rep Lynn was outstanding in her efforts as well as comprehending the needs requirements as well as style selections.I know mine is not the latest release, but the eclipse function to move feet over heart level was the biggest selling point for my wifes needs.

We were shopping for living room furniture. Started at penny mustard, so glad we wound up at Built Right. They have the same products and more. Cindy B. has been an absolute gem to work with. No pushy sales just trying to help us design our forever furniture. Looking forward to designing a chair in the future. Thank you for such wonderful service.

We had a great experience here! We didn’t end up going with any of the sectionals here but the salespeople were overall very informative welcoming and not too pushy. BILTRITE has been our furniture store of choice long before they moved to Greenfield. In our opinion, the quality of their products and their service has always been far above the competition.The couch we purchased from BILTRITE is our the second recliner couch that theyve sold and delivered to us.While the couch is great and was very reasonably priced, his time around it was the delivery of the couch that actually impressed me the most.This couch is large and our doorways are not. However the delivery crew, Brian & Alex, seemed to know all the tricks of the trade and had my old couch out and the new one in quickly and without any problems whatsoever.I also appreciate knowing that they had unboxed, assembled and tested my couch prior to loading it on the truck.I dont post customer reviews very often, but I find that BILTRITE is one of those spread the word exceptions.

Not very friendly at all ! When I first walked in the door I notice one of the salesman turned his back on me and walked away as if he didn’t want to be bother with me and the lady at front desk looked down at me, not even greeting me. I walked with through the whole without any asking if I needed any help.. So as I was about to walk out I asked if they had a layaway they were then in a hurry to say no we have financing only Sarcastically not know I was looking to buy 4 bedroom set and I had CASH to purchase the all .. I only wanted to know about layaway cause I seen a living room set I wanted to buy for my mother. I’ll take my business to Ashley Furniture we’re everyone is happy to help!

Love Biltrite. This is our 3 purchase from them. The employees are very helpful and you’re greeted as soon as you come in. I went to Steinhafels down the street and I was in and out in 25 minutes looking at furniture and no one offered to help or greet me. The quality is great and I feel confident that our purchase will last a long time.

These guys are the best!We needed a very size specific hide a bed for our RV. The sales person was very nice and the technicians went the extra mile to take apart and reassemble the couch in our RV. I thought the price was a little high but the quality is unmatchable.Two thumbs up for the entire operation.

I needed a lift recliner, so came to check out what Biltrite offered. Im glad we did. There was a sale and we were able to purchase the floor model of the only chair big enough and long enough to fit me. Its a wonderful chair, and the salesman and the finance person were both helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. This is one of my favorite stores to shop or windowshop at.

Our first BILTRITE experience was less than what we hoped. We purchased two dressers in February of 2021 and paid $179 for delivery. One of the dressers was ready for delivery on 5/03/21. When it was delivered, the drivers backed into our house and damaged part of our gutters beyond repair. I noticed the damage that day and called BILTRITE. Their response was to pass the issue off to the delivery company sub-contractor. The delivery company was apologetic and paid to have the gutters replaced. That process took several follow-ups to finally be completed on 9/24/21. During those almost 5 months (which included the delivery of the second dresser) no one from BILTRITE took time to contact us to apologize or check in on the repairs. There was one call from the delivery department manager in early August after I had to email once again to get the stalled repair process started up. She did apologize for the damage and the delays in getting it repaired. She also sent along a $100 gift certificate for the trouble.We will not end up using the gift certificate as we will not be back to BILTRITE. It was our experience that they like it when you purchase things there, but that they dont really care what happens afterward. There are plenty of other places to buy furniture.

We wanted to let you know that Ray in the pick up department was great. He was pleasantly and patient while we checked over our chair. He took the time to wrap our blankets around the chair and helped load it securely. Ray is an asset to your organization.

Shopping local is really important to me and Biltrite is an amazing, family owned (multi-generation!) store with great selection and even better customer service. They helped me pick out great pieces that are unique and a great value for the quality!

Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. The quality of the item I purchased is excellent. The store was clean and smelled like fresh wood, which was very enjoyable. The only reason I did not give them a full 5-star rating, is due to one factor. Time. I ordered a simple and very small item. I paid for it and was directed to wait for my name to be called to pick up my item from the warehouse in back. The person that checked me out made it sound like it would be a quick process. I waited NEARLY AN HOUR for them to pick and give me my item which again, was an item smaller than a kitchen chair. It was very hot outside that day and I really didnt appreciate having to wait in my car that long. On top of it, I didnt appreciate that the mans attitude changed when I dared to ring the doorbell again after waiting 45 min, when I was told 20 min ago that it would be only 5 more min. That whole process needs fixing. There was NO ONE waiting before me either, so I dont get the hold up. I would have been less annoyed, had someone inside the store warned me somehow. Even the man who handed me my item said I dont know till they hand it to me. Why is the chain of communication so poor?

Exceeded my expectations! It was raining when our dining room table and chairs were delivered. The delivery guys were so careful and protected every piece from the rain. The furniture itself is beautiful! I get so many compliments. Love it!

I LOVE this furniture store! They have the most amazing beautiful quality furniture to pick from and lots of it! They are a local family owned (multi- generation) business and this makes it different then other stores you visit. My sales person Barbara was a pleasure to work with, we spent a long day together since I was buying furniture for an entire house!!! I went with all Amish builders for all my wood furniture ( you pick your style, wood, stain and hardware, it’s really fun and it’s beautiful quality furniture) I also can’t wait for my two grace sectionals, different configurations for different rooms. For a Friday afternoon large object (mattress/ frame) shopping excursion, J.D. and Dawn (sorry, Betty -maybe next vfc time) made it very pleasant. J.D. was knowledgeable about the products and was happily willing to know the physical attributes -and limitations-of my mother to consider what would be best for her. Dawn made the Wrap Up process easy and seamless; I appreciated of her informing me of the delivery days and needing to know of the (future) facilitys allowable delivery times. Service is what brings about loyalty in both employees and customers. 😀

It’s family owned and has that feel. Not like other local furniture stores that claim to be quality family businesses but sell poor quality products. We purchased a dresser from Biltrite - it’s high quality and beautiful. The price was higher than we had budgeted, but we expect to have it for a very long time. We will stick with Biltrite when furniture shopping, hands down.

My wife is a repeat customer while this is my first visit to Builtrite.Our purpose was to purchase a new mattress set.We were introduced to Barry, who connected with us the instant we met. Personable and professional, Barry truly showed interest in what our needs, and our budget were. He was patient with our questions and gave knowledge answers and solutions, without selling. Barry let the products speak for themselves. Plus helped us understand our sleep positions and what would meet our needs.Barry gave us amazing options in all categories and never pressured any part of our experience.Barry even took time to review questions regarding our future plans for furniture needs, and again with no pressure to buy.We also met Kristine when it was time to make our payment, and delivery arrangements. She, too, was very personable and helped with finishing our purchase.The final icing on the cake, as we were getting ready to leave, I asked the young lady at the front reception if I might speak with a manager. Turns out, it was Randy, one of the founding family members, filling in so another employee could take a break.To my amazement, she knew very well, Barry and Kristine, but what was more astonishing, she remembered my Christine as well, as they also struck up a short conversation.Needless to say, when we left the store, there was no hint if buyers remorse, we were able to get not only what we came for. But the quality we expected.This kind of customer care is not something you can order on line.It was a true blessing to receive such amazing quality service, not to mention a new loyal customer. I took my elderly mother to buy a new bedroom set earlier today. I am not from the Milwaukee area and had no familiarity with Biltrite.We were warmly greeted by Andrew, who spent a great amount of time showing us many bedroom sets. As my mother wanted quality, we ended up in the Amish-built section of the store. The selection of mid and high range furniture was fabulous. The bedroom set she ended up selecting is a set that will certainly be an heirloom. However, even better than their selection was their service. From Andrew’s assistance to the wonderful woman (sorry I didn’t get her name!) who handled double checking special order status/reviewing her entire purchase, the customer service was simply exceptional. Though we need to wait a bit for delivery due to the special order nature, I have no doubt this process will continue to be fantastic.In this day and age of customer service suffering due to worker shortages, it was refreshing to see a company that had long-standing employees who know the products and business philosophy of Biltrite.Thank you to this wonderful team for making the experience of shopping with an 81-year-old a very pleasant experience!

Selection is fantastic with lots of options IN STOCK! Everyone I worked with, from the receptionist to the sales woman to the finance people were exceptional! This will always be my first, and last, stop for all of my furniture and mattress needs!

The sales associates were helpful but not pushy. All of our questions were answered. The delivery drivers were pleasant and set the furniture right where we wanted it. Setting up a delivery date and time was easy. We were kept advised of delivery progress and it arrived promptly. The entire process was smooth and we highly recommend BiltRite.

We purchased a sectional November 27, 2020 and as of today 8/6/2021 do not have the furniture we paid for. We were told end of March or early April for the estimated delivery window when placing the order. In mid-April we had not heard a word so we called for an update - we were then told they tried to send an email that did not go through (when looking at our form we never provided an email). During the call we were told the new estimate was July. In July we called to get an update and after multiple attempts (leaving voicemails that were not being returned) to get the status update we were told hopefully it will be ready in August. While on the phone (end of July)it sounded like our order had not even started production. We have been without the furniture for over 8 months and counting - with no other furniture in its place. We also paid 100% upfront, not giving us much leverage on the issue. We hope for good news this month, however based on the call suspect it will be pushed back once again. We understand that things can take longer than anticipated, however we never anticipated it could be getting close to a year.

I was looking for a blue leather sofa. Initially tried another store that took my order but then said it would be 3 months to fulfill. I went to Bilt Rite and John showed me the nicest sofa I have ever seen. It was in stock and would be delivered in two days. He also helped me regarding my purchase at the other store. Every person I encountered at Biltrite was super knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I found exactly what I wanted--a sofa bed and a recliner in a very short time. Everything was on sale and available for delivery next week. My sales person was Anthony and he was outstanding, as was Dawn, who took care of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this store!

The in-store experience was very helpful and friendly and the experience picking up our glider chair was efficient and smooth. And our chair is a beautiful piece that fits perfectly in our nursery.

We like to shop local when we can. We’ve had excellent experiences dealing with Biltrite. During our shopping (and purchase) they were so busy that one of the owners helped us. Everything was explained thoroughly. They cover all their bases including having a delivery person confirm they can get the item you ordered into your home - before everyone wastes their time.

The delivery team was top notch. Doorway was protected before any furniture was moved. Great care was taken during the move and set-up so as not to damage any piece of the new or existing furniture. I would buy more from Biltrite only because of their delivery service and care.

Yesterday I purchased a bedroom chest to store a comforter in, & approximately a year ago I purchased a kitchen table & 2 chairs - excellent quality & custom made to fit ones lifestyle. This last purchase a Cindi helped me. She pays attention to customer preferences; thus, finding you exactly what youre looking for. Also, customer pick-up is excellent.

We have purchased other recliners that have lasted many years and provided many hours of rest from Biltrite. So when we needed a new one we went back there and ordered it. I had fallen several weeks prior to my visit and broke my pelvis. While in physical rehab, it was suggested that I purchase a lift chair to assist me when I got home. I called several local furniture stores and BiltRite was the only store that had more than 2 chairs in stock and available for immediate purchase.After my release, I went to the store and found a chair that fit me well, was very comfortable and also on sale! My sales person was very patient and kind and was not pushy at all. When I made my choice of chairs, she did additional work and made the delivery happen 2 days before the delivery schedule indicated I could get my chair delivered.I received an email and text the day prior to delivery and the delivery people arrived several minutes early on my scheduled delivery day. They too were very polite and efficient and set my chair up quickly and in the location that worked best in my room.BiltRite definitely earned a returning customer from me. Their service and selection was outstanding and I love my lift chair!

Our purchase of a power recliner chair was our first contact with BiltRite. I had shopped three other furniture stores before settling on BiltRite, visiting this business three times before finalizing the purchase. On each visit sales associate Paul explained features of their stock. (They have over 50 such recliners, more than any of the other vendors.) Paul allowed me plenty of time to view and try the chairs, never pushing me to buy.BiltRites pricing is very competitive and realistic. Their Labor Day Sale is for real. Paul explained every detail of our purchase contract and arrangements for delivery. Though the store is a considerable drive from our home I absolutely look forward to working with BiltRite on future furniture purchases.

Looking for a power lift recliner and the other stores had a poor selection. The price point was higher but my experience has led me to bite the bullet and spend more for quality. Cheaper chairs dont last and the warranties are generally useless.

We ordered a custom made Smith Brothers sectional from Biltrite. We had exceptional service from our salesperson Nels. It was like working with an interior designer! He has a knack for design and really helped us with fabric and style selections. We are so happy with the quality of the piece we got. Of course, being a piece of custom-made furniture during the pandemic, it took about 4 months to arrive. But Nels was completely honest with us up front that production times were long and gave us that timeframe estimate BEFORE going through the whole selection process. We knew what we were getting ourselves into, and the wait was totally worth it. We couldn’t be happier with the end product and the process. We will be back to work with Nels again!

Quality furniture and very knowledgeable sales staff. My only caveat here is stay clear of their financing if you can. Absolutely predatory!!

Always great sales and delivery experience. Needed adjustable bed for 90 yr old dad with chronic back and knee issues Our fave sales guy Barry got us exactly what we needed. Patient and accommodating. The delivery team Adam and Ryan realized that the base would fit inside dads existing frame, and made adjustments. They made sure it was the correct height so he could get up without problems. The store contacted me immediately with a refund on brackets that we purchased and did not need. Bilt Rite is the BEST. Dad will be sleeping comfortably tonight! Thank you.

I bought a table from Randall back in February of 2019. Last year during covid a hair line crack appeared from the cut on the top of the table. It took many months to accomplish because of covid but Randall got it done. My table was out of warranty but he made some calls to the manufacture and was able to get the top replaced. He kept me informed through the entire process, I was so impressed with everything he did to make this right. I will shop here and ask for Randall whenever I need any new furniture because they stand behind there product. Thank you Randall for all you did to help.

Great solid furniture. Think about how often you need new furniture? Not too often because you want it to last for years! Well then this is the place to go! Sure they have some imports (which by the way are still solid good stuff) , but many if not MOST of their items are North American made and the quality of their wood products is strong, sturdy and available in tons of options and at decent prices. I always make it a point to stop here when I need something that will give me years of use. Over the years I have purchased a sofa set, counter ht. stools and dressers; and am now looking for a comfy reading chair and home office furniture. Plus they offer small scale furniture too. All my past purchases still look as good as the day I bought them and perform just as well too. In my own experience I have never had a doubt of my purchase or any regrets. I have looked at the chain furniture dealers (II always give them a chance) and I just cant see throwing money at anything with wood veneers. They just sell stuff that isnt in it for the long haul.

I love biltrite’s selection of furniture and the ability to get furniture custom made. I go there first to get quality made amish furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Greeted by a nice receptionist to direct you to where you need to go. I had the pleasure of working with Rick (mattresses). Told him what I was looking for, got to the point, and I gave myself a few days to make a decision. This place is great, as they have a lot of double sided mattresses and mattresses that you wont find in the other giant furniture stores around town. Dont expect pillowtop mattresses here, (they sag after a while and they suck.) Do some research, check the website and get an idea of what you need or may like and try it out. No X-amount day mattress trials so study well...

Recently purchased some clearance items. The process was simple to pick up the items and the gentleman in the department did a really nice job packaging the furniture for transport. Covered in plastics and shrink wrapped. The furniture is very nice with a couple of minor imperfections, but for the clearance pricing I cant complain. Would highly recommend Biltrite if looking at higher quality furniture.

We recently went shopping for furniture at BILTRITE Furniture on Layton Avenue in Greenfield, WI. While there we met John who walked us through some of BILTRITEs list of manufacturers. After getting some brochures and visiting some other companies we came back today. Not only did John remember us, he helped us pick up where we left off, walked us through the process of picking what fulfilled our needs, and even did a great job of spousal referee. I have to say that he really did an outstanding job in helping purchase what will be our main living room package for years to come. Job well done John!!!

My wife and I went in one weekend simply to browse and get some ideas for a new living room, but ended up spending a solid three hours with the sales director. We left telling him we weren’t ready to commit despite his comment that the New Years sale ended that evening, and I’m sure there was some disappointment initially, but we were grateful there was no pressure from him. We took the following week to think things over and went back the next weekend, spending an additional 4 more hours with him. When he priced out the pieces we selected, we were pleasantly surprised he had worked in some discounts to help us out. We ordered 2 sofas and 2 chairs confidently with his kind advice and suggestions, and we can’t wait to take delivery! Would gladly recommend based on a great experience and great products in Smith Brothers and Temple!!

Good quality furniture and done right

Great matresses. Awesome quality. Biggest problem is the delivery schedule. The drivers were awesome, but the person doing the scheduling is not particularly understanding. You could be told your item will be there between 7:45pm to10:45pm because it is on the truck so it has to be delivered which puts the drivers in a bad spot as well as the customer. This is just poor sceduling. Be careful.

Delivery was made on time (per previous call 2 days in advance), console was in excellent condition and delivery men were polite, professional and fast! I’d highly recommend BiltRite for all your furniture needs!!

My experience at Biltrite Furniture exceeded my expectations. My sales person was knowledgeable, thorough and bent over backwards to make sure I could get the furniture I chose delivered when I needed it.

We were greeted at the door and asked what we were shopping for. The staff was very friendly and “Knowledgeable”. I was shopping for a mattress, JD was recommended and he was fantastic. He was “knowledgeable” about the different types of mattresses and he had me lay on three types of mattresses (COVID) friendly of course and I made my decision. Delivery was fast and easy, they removed my old mattress and placed the new one on the platform quick and easy. I removed the bedding prior to them entering and covered my carpet so they were in and out.

Purchased a mattress & box spring and the quality of the product was excellent along with exceptional customer service!!!

Biltrite is THE place to buy furniture! Price, selection and customer service areoutstanding! These are the reasons I buy furniture only from their store. I believe they dont sell on line. And, get this, Biltrite is not open on Sunday - so their staff can spend time with family! 🙂

Shopping at Biltrite was pure pleasure. The choice was excellent and the quality was very obvious.
