I accidentally posted this review under my nephews name who was logged into my computer, so here it is under my name:The service was excellent. I went to JC Penny to look at mattresses. I own a Beauty Rest that is almost 10 years old. I loved it so much I went in looking for another Beauty Rest but with an open mind to another brand. Maybe not pillow top this time, and maybe a little firmer, I currently have a plush pillow top. All of the mattresses were filthy dirty and I couldn’t even lay on them to test them. We decided to leave and while driving up the street we saw this mattress place. Walked in, and it was like paradise. Different brands to look at and all immaculate and inviting. The employee listened to what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes he narrowed me down to 3-4 mattresses. Within 15 minutes, I chose my mattress that was even in stock. Within twenty minutes to half hour I had my mattress chosen, was approved for financing, and had my delivery date set and was out the door. I will return to change my review if there is a delivery or product issue upon receipt, but if in two days I still have it rated a 5 star, assume I didn’t find any issues with delivery or the actual mattress.

My experience was amazing, great customer service , they give us a lot of options and great explanation off all the difference,100%recommend .

Jim (store manager) was awesome, helped us find the right bed and made the whole process of getting it to my house very clear and easy to understand.

Ana was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I felt comfortable and not rushed at all (given how I like to take some TIME weighing out options and figuring out all I can about something before buying). Only thing is I wish is that the financing option was a same day type of thing instead of waiting for the physical card. I was excited to get my new bed 😭 now I have to wait a little.

I had to return their product when their delivery personal came toy house and going to leave the king size mattress downstairs by my entry door, argued w me about the delivery order I sent it back.Now I got to wait 10 business days for a refund by check when cash was given.They clearly stretch the truth to get a sale.I would not recommend them for good business nor good customer service.This is the store on 76 the in Milwaukee.....beware

The sales guy was very knowledgeable of the products in the store. He was pleasant and respectful. I liked the way he explained everything to me. He made me feel like I was important to him. I was pleased with my purchase.

Ive done business with mattress firm multiple times and Ive been satisfied with how things have been. However this particular store is an exception to that.I had ordered a bed, box-spring and frame. The bed and box-spring I picked up that day from the warehouse. The frame I was told would be in within a week and a half. I was fine with that. Time passed, no call. I called and I was given another date a week out. Repeat this process another 2 times until finally I said I wanted a refund for it.During the entire process there was zero communication about my merchandise and after all was said and done I wasnt offered anything for my inconvenience. I will also update this review to reflect how long it takes for me to be credited for my return. I would suggest going somewhere where your business is appreciated.

Donavan was TOP notch. Called him on the phone to get a new king size bed frame. Had a payment link 15 minutes later with a follow up phone call for pick up instructions. Had bed frame loaded 45 minutes later. So pleased with the purchase. Thank you for making it so easy!!

Never again shopping there.. First time and last time.. Seriously! Had to pull out Mattresses if we wanted to try from the wall. Budget wise. But found a Better Mattress, Better Quality and a Better Price Elsewhere.

Thanks to Josh for providing us with such excellent service. We have purchased from Mattress Firm several times and are always happy with the selection and service. This purchase was a simple frame for a twin bed. We called and had all our questions answered over the phone and then headed in to the store where we were shown everything and made the purchase. Although it was a small and inexpensive item, we were treated the same as when we were shopping for an expensive bed. And they included fast, feee delivery. We’ll be back!

Went to mattress firm originally in Wauwatosa to buy a new box spring for my recently purchased mattress. I was met with a lot of high pressure sales tactics and was not given all of my options only the highest price option as it would “be our only option”. When I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with that option I was met with him continually still trying to sell me it. I left and called the Greenfield location where Jack answered my call. He gave me a list of all available options, prices, and availability. I stepped in the store and Jack was very friendly and turned around my experience for mattress firm. He obviously cared more about customers being happy than making his own commission. If you have to go to mattress firm please go visit Jack.

Under staffed when we came in as 3rd customers. Also not acknowledged until we were 3/4ths through the whole small inventory where all offerings were priced at $800 through $4000. Only item that cost less was a twin mattress.

Dans Customer service was the best I have ever received at any store. I came in asking for a firm king bed and I was shown on the floor exactly that. There was no trying to sell me of something I did not want. Most relaxed and informative purchase I have had. I cant really give an opinion because I had my mad for somebody picked out in a time period it was posted in a flyer on sale. The only thing that upset me was that its $30 to have it delivered or if you want your old mattress removed they charge you $99 the remove it and delivery. Steinhofles else does it for free

It was a comforting statement of where he said how can I help you with getting the best mattress for you? The time with Carl was a sense of relief and relaxation. As he literally helped us narrow our search. We tried different mattresses and were between two. His product knowledge is what helped us made our choice. The service we received was OUTSTANDING! Carl by no means pressure you to buying. He wants you to be comfortable buying and laying in your future mattress. Thank you Carl for understanding our needs not just our wants. My fiances pregnancy will now be a lot more smoother.

Me and my dad came in for 2 full size mattresses for my kids bunk beds. We found one we loved but a little pricier than we wanted to spend. Charles discounted the one we wanted to a great price and we left satisfied! Totally recommend this place.

I had to use the manufacturers warranty on a mattress and Sam made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. I had walked in on a Saturday evening, shortly after browsing a closing store sale at sears. Daniel was the man who assisted me and I would suggest requesting for him when you are looking for a mattress for yourself. The deal I got at mattress firm- was BETTER - than Sears everything must go sale! I was immediately respected when I arrived, offered a water or tea, and understanding of the color combos before I began to browse my options. I believe I received a higher discount than I would if I had went in on Labor Day, and got to pick up my mattress a day early. This was my first time buying a mattress as a mid-20s adult, and I didnt feel taken advantage of for my sale or pressured into buying anything I didnt want to. Out of all the mattress stores we went to this was by far the best. My fiance and I were looking for a new mattress we could afford and Carl really helped us find exactly what we wanted at the best price.

I walked into Mattrrss Firm thinking that they would have a good cross section of mattresses but would probably be overpriced. Boy was I wrong. The assistant manager, Aaron A quickly showed the error in my thinking. He was very knowledgeable & said that he not only would match another stores price but he would take an additional 10% off if II could find one for less. I found a great mattrrss there but did comparative shopping anyway, A couple of hours later I was back to talk with Aaron. Bottom line if you want a great deal and great service go see Aaron at Mattress Firm.
