They installed a trailer hitch on my vehicle 4 years ago and the trailer lights no longer worked. They tested my connection and turns out the fuse in my vehicle was blown. They replaced the fuse while I waited and was very helpful and friendly and certainly didnt need to replace the fuse as warranty. They stand behind their work and would recommend them to anyone

I have no idea why people have gave this place bad reviews regarding the employees attitudes!? Maybe it was years ago and ran by different people?? Anywho... Staff was polite, personable yet professional. I went to just have a bed cover installed. So even though this wasnt a big sale and I brought in my own cover they didnt treat me any different than the next person. Lots of accessories! They put a cap on my truck and the workmanship was bad. They tried to make me sound like I didnt know what I was saying. So they will never see me again.

Take your truck somewhere else.First, I spoke with someone who said they would order a Truxedo tonneau cover and it would be delivered for install, same guy tells me today he doesnt remember the conversation.Told me I could get the spray liner and tonneau done in one day. I dropped the truck off at 9:45 AM. Didnt hear anything back all day. Called at 3:45 PM, was told there was a problem with the spray gun and it wouldnt be done today. I asked why they waited to start so late and why they didnt call. The answer was, I was just getting ready to call you. Shouldve trusted my instincts this morning to bail when everyone in the store had an attitude.Picked up my key for my truck when I told them I wanted it back and the guy flipped me off when I left. Super classy place.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My only go to store for truck stuff. Everyone there is super nice and helpful, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great place they seem to have a lot of stuff but it is a little intimidating and the staff is friendly enough just not very good sales people. My truck is new to me and I want to do some things but don’t really get the feeling the staff is there to help me make my truck all I want it to be.

The worst customer service. Purchased items they then installed. Picked up and it didnt work. All techs gone for the day. Cannot get an appointment for months to attempt to correct. Sit here three hours waiting only to leave without it functional, with promises of finding out how to fix it. No return phone calls. You have to call them. No answers. No solution. After repeated calls from me and promises of getting it fixed. I eventually tell them Make an appointment and take it out. Ill take a refund and go! Messed up appointment time, had to make a new appointment at a later date. Finally get in here to remove. No apologies, no nothing. Rude staff, unorganized, with zero follow through. ( Oh but theyll tell you every phone call that they are backed up and have a guy on vacation)Ill never come here again!

I stopped by to check out pricing on new window rain guards for my Chevrolet Silverado. Their customer service was fast and friendly. I ordered a new set and picked up a few other odds and ends for my truck as well. My shipment actually came in a couple days early and they were quick to notify me of their arrival. The guards were a perfect fit! Looking forward to doing more business with this establishment.

Bought a Back Rack and a tonneau cover very nice job on the installation. The guys behind the desk are very friendly and knowledgeable would highly recommend.

Called for a quote on a hitch install and they had the best price other than Uhaul, which sucks so stay away from Uhaul. Did my install while I waited. Courteous service and sales which will bring me back and earn my recommendation going forward for anyone that needs a hitch.

Ordered over the phone, weather tech floor liner. Delivery was the next day for store pickup.

All the negative reviews of sales staff are spot on. My wiring fell apart six months out of warranty and I questioned workmanship. This must have offended him and he hung up on me.Guessing they forgot who’s the customer with the cash. No soup for me! No cash for Ultimate Truck. Never going back!

Every time I’ve called to ask them a question the employees always have an attitude. Wouldn’t ever consider doing service with them.

Just bought my first truck and went here for a folding tonneau cover. They were very helpful and answered my questions. I had to go back due to a defective clamp and they resolved it quickly without any issue. Also, I really appreciate the associates honesty when going over my options for some other accessories I am looking into.

The staff there has 0 personality but theyre the only truck accessory place around.

Since 1998 I have bought 3 ARE lids from this place (2 Rangers, 1 Frontier). About 12 years ago I damaged the lock backing out of my garage with the lid up (ultimate brain fart!). I took it in to Ultimate and they replace the lock mechanism no charge. Getting a new truck this year and will be bringing it to Ultimate also.

Ultimate Truck sprayed a bed-liner into my new Ford F150 today. They did a beautiful job! I cant get over the detail work; it looks like it was done at the factory. They also installed a toolbox in the bed. I am 100% satisfied with the work. I have gone there a few times in the past for additions to other vehicles, and their advice and work has been equally excellent. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else.

I purchased a viper remote start for my camary and had ultimate truck install it. Had some issues starting car in extra cold weather and brought it in to ultimate. They were very happy to help and fixed the problem at no cost. Very knowledgeable staff. Thanks Terry and Keith.

They recommended and installed an Access cover on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. After installation I realized this cover did not allow the in bed trunk to fully open. I was not offered any solution to my problem. They did not think it was a problem. I definitely do! I would not have purchased this cover if they had disclosed this limitation before I bought it!

I like them been going there for 15 years. There is discrepancies and or miscommunication sometimes when calling in for quotes. Show up in person its a truck toy store and a better experience. Their showroom could use a little bit of a refreshing old and dated.

I hate to make a post based off of one associate, the gentleman that I have dealt with on both occasions visiting your store, is a waste of your counter space! In today’s retail environment, brick and mortar store longevity is dependent on their ability to understand and support customer needs. The associate in question did not listen to me (during both visits he hardly moved from behind the counter), has no idea about lift applications, side step quality, or tire and wheel offset applications. I am capable of searching the internet, I don’t need to visit your store to do this. Your business has lost in excess of $5k in sales from me alone. I recommend you reconsider your selection of customer support, I attempted to wait for Paul, he was to busy for a reason. I will not come back.

First & Foremost, this business has very Rude and Disassociated sales staff. They do not get up from behind the counter. You can stand right in front of them & they will not acknowledge you. I asked if anyone would help me & I was told they knew I was there & would get to me. They contradict each other. One sales man gave me package pricing on the items I was purchasing, but said only to put a down payment. When I had the spray on liner done, no package pricing. I was told the down payment was for the tonneau cover only. I was told it came in, made the appointment for installing, had it installed. Today when registering it, I realized they didnt order the one I wanted. I will not ever go to this place again, which is too bad for both of us. They lose me as a customer and I now have to drive quite a bit further to another truck accessory dealer. I cant understand how this place stays in business.

Zero stars for me if I could. unbelievable rude!! I will not spend a dime here! Stopped in to order parts for an ARE topper, arrived with the information I was asked to bring in. When I arrived I was treated as if I was wasting their time ( I was the only customer in the store) and they refused to even provide me with pricing let alone actually order or sell me parts. I though it was possibly the individual I was dealing with but then after hearing the other employee talk to a customer on the phone, I learned that both of them are unbelievably rude and disrespectful ! I left and went to Cap Connection. The guys over there were able to get me almost everything I needed even though they are not an ARE dealer. They are incredibly helpful at Cap Connection.

I contacted them THREE days ago via their website contact form in regards to a quote for an installation on my van. I had planned to use them for additional work as well if it went well, but apparently they are not interested in anyones money at all since they have not bothered to email me or call me back! Very poor experience. Had a cover installed on a Tundra. Within a week, the clamps and rails began to fall off into the bed. When I called, the salesman told me to just tighten them up. While driving home from up north, the entire cover blew off. Luckily no one was hurt. When I called about this incident, they told me its not their problem, its a manufacture issue. The manufacture did offer me a deal on a new one, but I was still going to have to pay alot. I will never go back to Ultimate

I received the Ultimate customer service last Friday afternoon from Tony Harwick. I have been having troubles with my fishing boat trailer lights for the past five years which was explained to Tony. He took the time to listen carefully to the the various problems with the lighting system and noted all the possible problems by actually leaving the office and looking at the trailer to get a better picture of what I was explaining. Fishing is very important to me and my family but the lighting system has been a pain in terms of safety and time on the water.Tony was very caring and Professional during our conversation and made a extra effort to note all the problems, so he could supply the information to the the installers. He set up a timely install in the early morning, so I could test the lighting system that same afternoon, this Tuesday.Thanks Tony.The owner of the business should be proud to the good service you showed me and my wife.Bill Kreuser

They were unfriendly and not very helpful to deal with. We had shelving units put in our new van and they didnt even give us the package price, they charged us the individual pricing. When we dropped the van off to have all of the shelves installed, they said 1 shelf wasnt in stock. We waited over 6 weeks for the last shelf to come in and they never called us to tell us. We had to call them and make another trip out to have it installed. Save the hassels and go to Bird Ladder instead.

ARROGANT AND RUDE my GF bought me a LED light strip as an an early XMAS present and she called about having it installed for me and someone told her no problem....... stopped in today to set something up and was told nope we dont install those unless you buy them here cuz they all junk and proceeded to tell me that my item was junk while the person that bought it for me was standing right there........ How irritating. I came in and asked for help. The guy barely spoke to me, like it was an inconvenience that Im there. Then he sets me up with the truck cap handles I came there for and he sells them to me. I get home and try to install them. He didnt set me up with all the parts, and the two parts which are suppose to be a match are completely different parts. Dont have my receipt anymore. What a joke! Ill never go back there.

Overall these guys seem to know what they are doing but had a horrible experience with Bill at the front counter. Bill got extremely angry and even pounded his fists on the counter violently. All because I had questions regarding the newly installed hitch and electronic brake controller they installed.I was just looking for honest answers regarding the rules and laws while driving around the country, as each state has varing laws while towing. So far I have only gotten mixed answers from dealerships and other independant shops. Internet searches only confused me more as the laws and info varied a lot.Simply asking questions about the products this place offers clearly is stepping over the line with Bill. Bottom line I am on the fence if I would ever go back to this place. It came highly recommended from word of mouth to me. And now heres my 2 cents...

They tried unsuccessfully to install two inch spacers on my truck to level it. I will have to take it somewhere else to get the job done correctly.
