This is probably the fourth or fifth time Ive purchased a full set of tires here and every time has been flawless. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the out the door price was just over a half of what it would have cost me to get the same tires installed at the tire shop around the corner.

Wont ever go back again, they put drive on weights on the outside of my polished aluminum wheels, instead of inside the wheel. If i could have them take them back off i would get my money back. But Discount tire isnt open on Sunday so im stuck with this bs.

They charged me for free lifetime rotations which I did not consent to. They also broke the inside mechanism for the door and advised I YouTube it and do it myself even though it happened under their care thus it was their fault. I will not return to this location.

I dropped my car off for a basic oil change at 8:00a. By 1:00pm I had not received a call my car was finished, so I decided to call them. Whomever I spoke with on the phone stated he didnt know why anyone hadnt called to tell me they couldnt do my oil change because he just got there. I had a stripped oil plug. I appreciated that they didnt try to get it out, and risk messing anything else. But, definitely was not happy they didnt call sooner.

An oil change while you shop? How great! Not really... I left with the change oil light still flashing. I could have gone back to have them fix it, but with a toddler its just really not worth making extra trips if they arent totally imperative. At my next oil change, I went elsewhere for additional work and was told Walmart had put synthetic oil into my car instead of regular. Considering oil changes seem to be the bread and butter of most car care centers, this seems like an annoyingly stupid mistake on their part. I wont go back.

Went in ask to have 2 tires installed on the front of vehicle, they ask do you want them on the rear? no on the frontWent out to car when done bald tires still on front, new tires on the rear.discussed problem was walking out and tech said I AM NOT GOING TO DO THAT, and acted like it was my fault it was wrongso then then took the better tires that they took off back on the front. So i questioned the service manager he told me that was the way it need to be for SAFETY.I told him that I was a service manager before before he was born, I told them what I wanted at write up. He told me he had to do it that way, even though that was not what I requested and this was after it was paid forSomeone needs to educate the service manager that customer service is importantsomeone needs to educate the service manager that if you have a blow out on a front tire on a front wheel drive car it is way more dangerous then if the rear blows out THAT HAS NOT CHANGED OVER THE YEARSThe service manager also informed me that things have changed since i was in the business, I am 61 and still actively work in the businessWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They changed the oil and filter and it didnt leak back out, which is what I paid for so Ill give two stars. But, it is not anything like it used to be. They used to empty the little trash can I keep between the front seats of my van and sweep out the front floor. Apparently, they dont do that now. At least, they didnt with my van on that day. When they were done, they backed my rear loading wheelchair lift van into a space making it impossible for me to get in it. I had to go back into the store and find an employee to pull the van out of a space so I could load up my chair and go home. My handicap placard was hanging from the rear view mirror and I have handicap plates. And, there is a huge wheelchair lift in the back of the van. I doubt many would miss these clues that it is a rear loading wheelchair vehicle! When I arrived, I couldnt park in a handicapped space because employees were using them to park non-handicap cars after they serviced them. I personally witnessed it as an employee took the last handicap spot in front of me when I arrived. When asked, he said there werent any other spaces. I looked around and there were. They were just further from the shop entrance.

Good price on tires, but took them WAY too long to put TWO tires on. As I was watching from the window, they stood around talking while “getting tools.” My dad and I were there for at least an hour and a half. Honestly could’ve just bought the tires and put them on myself.

Took four hours to get one tire replaced. I watched them work from the waiting room for a bit, and they do spend a lot of time chatting and on their phones. Ive also gone in for an oil change before, and that took close to forty five minutes. So it really just depends on the day and when you come in; i would highly recommend getting in as early as possible. If you come in after 12 or 1 pm, you should expect a long wait. Not only do they have the customers whose cars theyre working on, but people come back there to pay for stuff at the register instead of going up front. As far as the service, Ive had tires changed, battery replaced, and oil changed. There are a few people working back there who actually do know what theyre doing when it comes to cars and they do try to help as best as they can.Be aware, if youre going to walk around the store while they work, they rarely speak loud enough into the PA system for you to hear.

This auto center is straight garbage. I had a nail in my tire and they said I needed an new one and did not have it in stock. They locked up and left with out calling me so I had to wander around the store trying to get my keys back. Took it to tire barn and they patched it and said it did not need a replacement. They higher anyone who can fill out an application.

Well I’ll start by saying that i wish i checked the reviews previous to ever giving the tire center at this location my business but its too late for that. Had some tires rotated/balanced and they did not tighten them correctly the first time so we went back and apparently they overtightened them very bad because on our way to spring break, 8 hours from home, the entire wheel started shaking and the wheel and tire broke off of the car going about 80 during rush hour in Atlanta, Georgia. I was stuck on the side of the highway for about 4 hours. Had to go buy all new parts and it costed me over $200 and had to fix it on the side of the highway with a mixed up toolbox in the back of a taxi. Ended up with well over $300 trying to fix the mistake caused by walmart. Finally made it home and a dealership said that the fault was on walmart for improperly torquing the lug nuts. Luckily it was the rear wheel or the accident could have been fatal. Walmart initally didnt want to take fault but finally did after i visited the dealership. Which even with the say of the dealership, Doug still had a very hard time putting his pride aside and giving this simple refund back. The manager Doug was very rude and told me “we should have never even touched your car in the first place”. Well i shouldnt have trusted walmart to do a simple task of removing and putting a wheel back on. If you “shouldnt have touched the car in the first place” why wasnt it mentioned before my money was taken and continued to do the service? Then Doug tried to argue that when i bought all new studs, a wheel bearing, and more that i shouldnt have spent $14 on lug nuts. Which keep in mind there was not a single lug nut left and we needed 5. Well finally i got the money back for the parts. Doug refused to refund the rotating and balancing that nearly got us killed. But thanks to you Doug i will never be trusting this walmart to touch one of my vehicles, families vehicles, or friends vehicles ever again. Thanks again Doug.
