According to Auto Zones pledge AutoZoners always put customers first! and they claim to know their parts and products. Well, i guess that only applies to the customers thats not African American especially women!!!! While Im out of town on business my wifes engine light comes on, she stops at AutoZone to get her check engine light checked out, instead of coming out to check the light the associate gives the machine to my son, told her to check it herself (I cant make this up) Before calling the store I reached out to another location and i was told she should have assisted the customer. I called the location the associate told me the Manager was not in the store at the time thats why she didnt come out. (She explained that after she first told me she couldnt come out because of COVID) The so called Manager decided to show up from know where and his attitude was just as bad as hers. Not a good location to visit if youre an African America female with her son. This location puts themselves first!                   ZERO STARS

Worker had no idea how their OBD2 reader is supposed to work. We were handed the reader and told to just follow the instructions on the cable tag which we did. We then handed it back and asked what does the red light on the reader mean? We were told that it finished reading and all is well even though we had a check engine light! I expected a code.We ended up going to another store and found someone who knew how it worked. We got a printed report detailing the code after handing the reader back.The first store worker was clueless and wasted our time. We will never return to that store.

Owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs any immediately fixed problems with TV remote and ensured we wete happy with the room at check in. Only negative is high step into the room itself ( hard loading luggage and sudden unexpected step down in usual hotel setting) maybe consider changing porch lights which are good for safety but changing to yellow bulbs as night bugs wont get into rooms you are unloading outside smoking and not closing door etc.

Friendly service. Great selection of products. Great prices. I bought some nice Foster Grant sun glasses and some valve caps that look like little grenades for my new tires and wheels. They are awesome!!

A bit casual behind the counter, not thinking about people may be in a hurry. Kinda miss the helicopter customer service representatives. They are friendly however.

UPDATE: My prior review was for Advanced Auto NOT for Auto Zone! The Auto Zone regional manager contacted me and was wonderful, despite the mistake being mine! When I went into Auto Zone everyone was masked and social distancing was encouraged. Customer service was outstanding!I waited to ask for help. While doing so I saw 3 different customers with NO masks! All the were speaking to employees at the counter so it was highly visible. I walked out and wont go back.

Reasonable prices, very professional and helpful. Scan the part and figured out what the problem was when my husbands check engine light went on. That alleviated a lot of fears. Thank you

I went to the store to get my battery checked and thought I was going to be in and out. Ms. Nicole the Assistant Store Manager and Daniel went above and beyond. After finding out I needed a new battery I was headed elsewhere to get a new battery put in my car, but it wouldn’t start. They attempted to use the jump start machine they had but it wasn’t working. Ms. Nicole attempted to jump my car with her personal vehicle. That didn’t work, so I ended up having to get my battery there. Ms. Nicole didn’t want me to be stranded so she herself put the battery in for me, which didn’t prove to be an easy task! Above and beyond at its finest! And to top it off...she didn’t even break a nail! Money well spent! Thank you again!!!

Its never a sign of a good day when you have to go to a car parts place but the staff at this store made it all okay.

Their staff is ALWAYS super helpful❣ You can take your car there to get the codes diagnosed if the engine light comes on & they can tell you what part you need to fix it for free. I rarely need to order parts as they are in stock most of the time. Their prices are not outrageous if you are able to wrench on your own car. 👍🏼 Reccomend 100% 🚗💨

Horrible...Stopped in the other day looking to order a steel rim, lady that helped me (store manager I believe) found exactly what I needed and told me it could be there the next day. I didnt order right away so I could check other places. Stopped in next day (at night), Parts manager says we dont sell rims. Told her the lady yesterday pulled it right up. Then she couldnt find the right ones. Stopped in again figuring there would be a crew that knew what they were doing would be there during the day. I was wrong. I was told again by a different parts manager that they didnt sell rims. Told her that the first lady pulled them right up. Then she pulls it up on the computer but couldnt find one in to order. She barely knew how to pull it up on the computer. Dont bother asking someone who may be more knowledgeable or anything...My fault I guess for not ordering right away, but I guess I over estimated the ability of a parts manager at an auto parts store...

They didnt know what charge actually go where so it doesnt save you a trip going back and forth and hopefully they return it even though they said I could lets see if theyre going to

Car battery died in the parking lot next to the auto zone, so we went inside to ask if we could buy a new one/get it installed. Flat-voiced, bored employee told us without a hint of empathy that we dont go off property so they wouldnt install the battery, then listed prices for batteries and warranties and not a word more. We felt ignored and unheard, and certainly not helped. We needed to buy a new battery after getting it jumped, and made a point to go somewhere else.

Wilfrido and Jeffrey were very rude and continued to scream at me. I was calm but they would not sell me parts and kicked me out of the store. The store manager was just watching and did not say anything to them. They are very disorganized and very not clean. They need to shut down for a few days and fix their store up. It’s very embarrassing. Hope them kids learn from disrespecting elderly.

Great helping hand and good service

Not really sure why this place even exists in Greenfield. They are the most unhelpful people on the planet when trying to get parts. Its so much easier to just drive a few extra miles to e Washington Street and almost be guaranteed they have what you need there. I have never came to this location out of the 5 times Ive been here and walked out with anything because nothing is ever in stock.-------------------Sorry, I realized I reviewed the wrong AutoZone, so I am updating this to a 5 star review. David the manager is a gem. He helped my sister and I change the headlights. And tried to help us with the flasher issue we had. Witty. Decent prices too

The store on South 27th street and Edgerton has the best staff.Their customer service is fantastic, as they go so far above what youd normally expect. Especially the Assistant Manager.He will take the time too go out to your vehicle and identify the problem and then get you what you need too fix the issue. If its simple he may even install the part for you.Wiper blades, or other easy too install items.

Not a friendly team of employees. Rude, they are only for billing and battery change. Does not have product knowledge...

When I went to auto zone to check my battery, I was expecting for the representative to tell me that I needed a new battery as a excuse to sell me a new one. But he was honest and he told me that my battery was in good condition but had 45% charge. He asked if I wanted to get it charged for free, I just have to wait until it got charged. He said it would take one hour but it was less than that. He disconnected the battery, charged it and installed it back in the car. All with professionalism. Im glad I went to auto zone.

Jeff at this location was very helpful to us today with a fairly routine problem. He diagnosed the problem and gave us good tips on what to try first. He made it easy to understand how to replace the parts that needed replacing, and reassured us that the car can be driven in the meantime. I will go back here again the next time I need something car-related.
