I bought an 80k plus truck from their dealership in kenosha they charged me 6k over msrp and I received the worst customer service from this dealer and it wasnt the salesman that was at fault it was the gm. He told my salesman to question me when I noticed my hub caps missing thinking that I was trying to pull one over on them or something. I realized why the hubcaps were missing they had been removed Pryor to my purchasing the vehicle due to a recall on the rear-end axel so who ever did the recall forgot to put them on. So now I am putting them on my self.very bad customer service.

I bought a used Ford hybrid from Boucher Nissan. The salesman didnt know anything about hybrids.A manager called me and asked ‘what would it take for me to buy the car?’ I replied a better price and was told to “make an offer” I went back with my offer and got “Where did you get this number?” They accepted my price, but not until I was literally standing at the door to leave.I had an appointment to purchase the car; I had to wait 45 mins for the sales manager for the paperwork.They added $250 “service fee” to the agreed upon price!There was only 1 Key - I was told they would have 1 made and programmed, they didn’t It took 5 calls to get a second key.There was some minor paint damage. I was told it would be ‘fixed’. They just buffed it.The car had a low tire pressure warning when I test drove it. It was still on when I got the car. I was told “we added air, the warning will go out in 5-10 miles” , It did not go out. ALL tires were 7-10 psi low!

Super nice! I have been to other dealerships and I have never been treated so well. Boucher is right on point with their customer service. My car is amazing. My sales guys were so helpful, never drove me crazy with calls, never pressured me. (had multiple working together because I was jumping between cars at multiple locations)

The Nissan dealer in Greenfield is nothing but terrible. We have had our 2014 Pathfinder in the shop 3 times now. And got the run around and lied to over and over again. We have only had this truck now for 6 months. Thank god for warranties. But the service and the people there are terrible. One of the service ladies is a terrible liar. She was caught. Its so convenient that our truck was done right after Corporate called them. FYI, I am a mechanic. And when the truck gets home, I will be looking it over to make sure the work was done to it. If it hasnt and I find out, I am suing this company!

Bought the car, took it home opened the lift gate and the button fell out. I talked to car salesperson and we scheduled a time to come in and get it fixed. The guy just walks out and says it’s not covered and he wants to work with me. Lol, no he wants me to Pay for half of something that was already broke when I bought it. Only $50 but I JUST BOUGHT IT!!! I hate car dealerships.

Called boucher corporate twice, about how boucher Chevrolet Cadillac in racine couldnt fix my car and they never returned my phone call. It took over seven weeks to get my car back and its still not right.
