When I tried to make my appointment online the calendar would not work for me. I called in and spoke to Sharon who went out of her way to assist me in getting in quickly. When I brought my car in I worked with Jonathan who was so professional and was so helpful with getting services done timely. Very impressed with the staff and their professionalism and courtesy!

It seems like every time I come here they give me incorrect pricing and charge me more after the service. Also when I visited to look for a vehicle to purchase not a single sales associates approached me. Although they are friendly they provide misleading information and like any other place that does maintenance on cars they will claim they found another fault in the vehicle and ask to work on it which is to be expected but they are a manufacturer dealership that should hold themselves to higher standards. All the other dealerships I’ve visited provide much better service for example I never had any issues like this with Don Jacobs Toyota where I have purchased and taken my other vehicles for services.

Terrel was a very personable and professional young man who took good care of me. I was just having new keys made, but he took the time to make me feel like i was getting there best service for this.

February 2021. I made an appointment several days in advance for a battery replacement. I indicated when I made the appointment that a battery was what I needed. Shortly after I arrived, I was informed that they were out of batteries and would not be able to help me today. They were very polite but did not offer me any solutions to the fact that I had arrived with a car that I had to jump to start and no option to replace the battery. I asked them to direct me to another service center which they were happy to do, and also called ahead to make sure they could fit me in and that they had a battery available. Additionally, the staff was very lax on wearing masks. We ended up at Schlossmann Honda City where they were the epitome of professionalism, had my car repaired in 45 minutes and all employees were wearing masks. Although the staff at All-Star Honda was very polite, we will not be returning in the future.
