Had an awesome experience with Dillion here. Got a ridiculously cheap iPhone 12 Pro Max for simply porting over. No trade ins or surprises! Could of got a free 12, but went for the Max for under $9 a month!

BEWARE!!! US.CELULAR is a scam! I’ve only had my plan for a few months and it’s only suppose to be $153 a month. I went into pay it and it’s now almost $200! They said it’s the way the credits hit your account but then you don’t even get that money back. They are practically stealing from everyone. I’m paying my phone on rite away and will NEVER go back!

If you need any help ask for Dillon he is not even joking the best guy here! Super friendly and just down right awesome! This is why I stay with the phone company :) he even hooked me up with the new s20+, if I could 10 stars or even 20 stars I would!!!!

US Cellular has good prices and service. My experience at this store was terrible. The manager (younger woman with a nose ring) and male salesperson were rude, slow, and incompetent. I will continue using US Cellular.....will never return to this store. If you make an online transaction and are looking to have questions answered and/or problem resolved DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.

Jessie was wonderful and so helpful! She definitely knew her stuff and was so very kind. The first time I was in there was a living hell so having coming in a second time and getting such great customer service was amazing. Couldnt of let happier that night. Thanks again.

Becareful with the reps here. They will tell you to change your plan because its cheaper but if you do the math yourself its actually more. Ive also had issues with getting wrong information.

Always know that when I go into the shop I will get the help I need

Very displeased with the customer service I received from I believe his name was Kurt. I had been waiting for 30-45 min. with my two small children. When it was our turn, he left us to wait on others that had faster transactions. Was not very focused on customer service and did NOT actively listen it was clear he was more focused on leaving on time.I am also not pleased with the fact that I have been without a phone for going on 4 days. I paid to have a phone overnighted to me. There was an error with the phone so on day 2 of waiting I called the customer service line to see what I can do, I was informed that I could go into a store to cancel my overnight order and get a new phone. That did not happen + I had not so stellar service from Kurt. I was informed that it takes 24 hours to cancel and order and was sent back home WITHOUT a phone. Again I have two small children at home, I am 6 months pregnant and my husband is working out of town, I feel extremely uncomfortable in the event of an emergency I have nothing. ...I informed the representatives of this and still no phone. By the time all is said and done I will have been without a phone for 5-6 days.

Rude and disrespectful customer service. Was there two weeks ago and did all the leg work and set up an appointment. Then go in today and everything changed. oh well since you waited now we have to charge to this this and this but thanks for stopping in. What a huge joke.

Found out after calling us cellular national number, that my local salesman made up almost everything he told me. Overcharged me by $32.99.I like us cellular in general, but will never work with the local salespeople again. They must work by commission.
