Sprint has always been great. They have a knowledgable staff that is friendly and willing to help. Ive been with them for about 5 years. They where willing to take a chance on me when no other phone service would. At that time my credit was awful. I will stay loyal to sprint for these reasons.

This is the best location for knowledgeable, friendly and honest customer service in Green Bay! All the other Green Bay locations told us we were required by Sprint to have insurance on our cellphones for a minimum of 3 months. Thank goodness we stopped by this Store at E. Mason St. because they said that it is not a Sprint policy to have insurance on new phones. Wow! I cant believe the other Green Bay Sprint store employees were just trying to make commission for themselves by trying to scam us to buy insurance! They knowingly told us untrue and false information! What kind of person does that? and I wonder if they think it would be ok if someone lied to their families?

Our Sprint rep was amazing. He was very attentive and helped my family move all of our lines over from another company. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Were happy with our service so far, and our no-contract plan is amazing! Were getting more even though were paying only a bit less than our previous cell phone provider. I would recommend this location! EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Easily the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in any retail business. I bought a phone outright and didn’t want any additional accessories and I was just called stupid because I get my phone accessories off of amazon since it’s cheaper and fits my budget. Also when I purchased the phone and had it activated they didn’t help me through setting it up or even bother to ask me if I wanted to set up autopay or even help me set up my sprint account to pay for the bill. So I had to go to a different located sprint store and was helped by a guy who didn’t even sell me the phone. Do not go here.

Bobby, the store manager, was EXTREMELY rude!! Ive never received such horrible service from a company in my life! I was a longtime customer, but Sprint lost my business today! Consider a company that values their customers. I do NOT recommend this Sprint location.

Be careful when you get you bill.. I have been back 4 times as my bill is wrong. They will try and sell you everything but when the bill comes they give you the run around. I went back today and after waiting another 30 minutes in line. No resolution except the manager will call me. I finally got the district managers name and will contact him tomorrow.

I have been a sprint customer for a decade now. This location has consistently disappointed me. They are okay if you just want to buy a phone or an accessory, but anything past that they are exceedingly useless. They dont fix, they are not knowledgeable, they will give unauthorized people access to your account, and they are slow. Consistently bad is the words that come to mind.

Sammi is the best! I asked her questions about the iPad deal and she answered them all for me. She broke down the prices & told me what the activation fee would be including any other discounts. She is kind, professional and finished up with “is there anything else I can do for you? let me know if you have any other questions,” how professional, I don’t get customer service like this from Verizon!Rock on Sammi!Sincerely,A very happy customer.

Ive been sitting here for 45 minutes to pay a required $1 to pay off a phone that doesnt even have service. What a waste of space this place is. I would have left already if I wasnt doing this as a favor for a sick friend who doesnt wish to be harassed any more about a poorly made phone.

I have been a Sprint customer since 2003. Since 2011 the service has been horrible, a couple days a week the network is busy and does not send or receive any calls or texts simply responds network error, network busy. I have no reception standing outside of their store in the parking lot and I have a phone from 2012. When I complained about this at the store the workers said they cant help me and to call the 1-800 number, so I did and sat on the machine then hold. When I talked to someone they said they have no issues in my area and everything is fine. Also, they have seen plenty of activity on my account so I have nothing to really complain about because I have used my phone plenty. Really? I run a business and have unlimited everything for a reason. When I need to place a call during the day I need to place that call, I dont want to wait a couple of hours until sprints network isnt too busy. STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT, they no longer the cheapest and their reception is horrible especially for internet and phone usage.

The worst customer service, I am so done with Sprint. They have charged me since October for an IPad they took back the next day. They promised they would take it off my account since I turned it in the next day but continue to charge me every month for it. I have been to the store numerous times to try to get this resolved and they either give me fake information or just ignore me. They only care about hooking you into a service that you dont want. They promise discounts and seriously over charge. I have been with them since 1999 but as soon as our contracts are up we are out of here. I hope someone investigates them and shuts down the East Mason store. Very rude ! They do not deserve any stars.

I was in the E Green Bay store a few days ago, I had arrived at 10:45 am and was not spoke to until 11:15am, I was then told it would be a few minutes before I would get assistance. Once I was acknowledged by Bobby, In which he was very rude and seem to be having a bad day as I heard him speak to Sprint advisors in a demeaning manner. I had told him I was a customer for the past 5 years and that my phone was broke and needed a new one, He then checked my plan and stated that I was able to get any phone without even telling me my options he said go with the Iphone 7, I was concerned about the differences between them and he seemed as if he did not have time to go thru my options. I agreed to go ahead with the 7 and he started to process the request with my plan of paying $18.00 more a month for my new phone on my plan. I then asked him about a family plan and he sparked up that Sprint does not have any family plans and would not even go over details to add a line. As he was processing the phone request, I believe her name was Keelee? came over to help me look for cases and glass protectors for the new phone. I literally was looking for as least 5 min and she spoke in a rude manner and said So are you going to do this or what! I told her to give a me a minute as there were quite a few options for cases and that I never intended to walk in and spend a grand on a phone today. I did find a cover and proceeded to process the sale. The Ipad was thrown at her from across the room from Bobby for me to sign my contract. As she was going to let me read the contract for 2.5 seconds she stated that it was going to be an additional $33.00 a month on top of my existing bill. I said no that it was supposed to be $18. She said Oh he probably changed your plan I did not ask for a change. At the time of check out they could not get the Ipad to work and tried several times and to continue to start my contract over. I finally got fed up and left. I will never go to that location again! Poor customer service at its finest! I think they need to reconsider the staff they have!

The staff at this store are very dishonest and will tell you anything to get you signed up and then not back any of it up. We were involved in the Note 7 recall and when we had to turn our note 7s in we were talked into Iphones that we didnt want under the assurance that we could return them within 14 days. NOT. When we went to return them they gave us a huge run around with every excuse in the book and we ended up stuck with these crappy Iphones. Oh .. and forget the 30 day return policy. If you traded in phones you wont be getting them back. They send them off to a warehouse and tell you if you cancel it will be a minimum of 3 weeks to get your old phone back. I only gave them a 1 star because it made me do at least 1.
