PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, ENGAGING and “NICOLE” owned the transaction from my first phone call to see if the phone I wanted was in stock until she bagged up my new phone and wished me well!!!! Wonderful experience!!! I am so very glad I left Sprint/T-Mobile with their horrific agents, hidden costs and non clear consumer disclosures!!!!

As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted by a lovely woman by the name of Nicole. She helped me figure out some problems I was having with my phone and my coverage, she helped me figure out what I was doing wrong almost in an instant! Nicole was very respectful and thoughtful while she was assisting me. Nicole also enforces the mask mandate which I strongly agree with, Nicole made my problem go away almost instantaneously and her customer service Is the best I’ve ever had in my life! Please give her a raise!

I was visiting Green Bay from Indiana and needed a charger for the road. I was waiting in line and was in the process of being helped when Nicole (whom I assume was the manager) directed her employee to help someone else that was behind me. The employee expressed, Im helping this ringing this man out Nicole expressed this is more important. Where does this happen? When does importance take precedence over someone in the process of being rung out? Oh yes, when an older white man needs to be waited and tended to. I politely put the charger back and this store lost my business. I hope whomever is Nicoles Regional manager provide much needed customer service training. I never been so blatantly disrespected as a customer.

Absolutely terrible customer service today. I walked in the store at 4:50 and sat while the employee was helping someone set up a phone. Instead of asking what I needed quickly I interrupted after 25 minutes (after hearing it was going to take an extra 20 minutes to set up the girls phone) to ask if I can drop off my internet supplies quickly. Instead of quickly telling me that when I walked in with the supplies in my hand she told me “No AT&T store has ever taken back equipment you need to go to UPS down the road.” With that being said, if I wouldn’t have interrupted I would have been there for much longer when she could have easily told me what to do as she clearly saw me holding equipment in my hand. Will not ever go back to this location nor sign up for AT&T services again unless I absolutely have to.

Nicole’s service rocked my world. I left with a new phone and a new watch without a dent in my wallet. She really went above and beyond to help me understand everything and get the best deals possible. Her multi tasking skills are 10/10 and she helped to enforce the mask rule. I’m agoraphobic so it was already very hard to make it out of the house. She rocks.

A nice gal with glasses and red hair that works here had the audacity to flip my husband off as he left the building because he is unable to wear a mask. I am honestly dumbfounded. Upon learning of this disturbing interaction, I called the store and spoke to the manager, Nicole, trying to find some understanding as to how this is acceptable behavior towards customers. She denied it ever happened, and then hung up the phone on me. How much more unprofessional and disgusting can you get?

The ATT gentleman made me very uncomfortable. Kept telling me how pretty I was and went and locked the door and it wasnt time for closing!! He said it was close enough, it was a half hour yet if not longer before closing. He would have to open it when other customers came. It made me very uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

I’m sitting here typing this while I’m in the store. I come here monthly and my average wait is between 25-35 minutes. There is always only 1 person working and they take in most cases 10-15 minutes per person,but usually more. As of today I’ve been here so far going on 43 minutes. They need to put a pay kiosk here for people with bills,and def need another worker

I usually hate going to stores to buy anything, or writing reviews, but the exception for me is this AT&T location. Every time I have a problem Nicole has a prompt solution and makes the process of getting into a new phone feel exciting rather than stressful. She seems to work very hard as there are often multiple people in the store all clamoring to be next and being upset when they aren’t but she handles it with poise and rolls with the punches better than anyone I have ever seen in a retail or sales position myself included. When you are training new employees, train them to be like Nicole!

This particular AT&T was located inside Bay Park Square Mall. The manager here was awesome! He took names as ppl came in & helped them in that order. He was also very knowledgeable w ALL the products he had to offer. Awesome customer service & great experience.

Called over to this store when the Bellvue store wouldnt help me over the phone. Tyler answered, and was able to give me an answer in under 1 minute! Bellvue told me to call ATT tech support, but the wait times are long due to the virus. Literally a 60 second phone call. Thanks Tyler!

Very unhappy with customer service. First time the young lady was very pleasant and helpful making the switch from us cell. But I’ve been back 3 times with questions and needing help and I felt like I was bothering the young man. Two times he said he couldn’t help and this last time he said I would have to call 611 which I did and the woman on the phone said he certainly could have taken care of that problem. I am feeling like I made a mistake in switching to att from us cell. They were always very friendly and extremely helpful.

Today, I was at the AT&T store located at 615 S Military Ave, Green Bay, WI 54303. I arrived at 10 AM and asked the lady working if she could help me with my phone. I wasnt able to get my Bluetooth device that I use for talking on the phone to connect with my phone. She didt even bother to look at my phone or Bluetooth device. She told me that there was something wrong with my Bluetooth device. I told her that my device works fine. Then she told me that my device was broken. I asked her so theres nothing you can do? And she said No the device is broken so I cant do anything. As I was leaving I said I love AT&T and she says What do you expect me to do? That was totally unprofessional and she did nothing to help me with my problem. I went to the AT&T store in bay park square mall and they were able to get my device in pairing mode in less than 20 seconds. I went back to the store on Military Ave letting her know how they fixed it so the next time someone comes to her with this problem she knows what to do. I was trying to come back and be respectful to her and she told me to get out of her store!

Went in to have a screen protector put on my phone. The guy behind the counter treated like I was an inconvenience to him ask him to put the protector on took the phone and started putting it on and broke it and said no guarantee. Handed me my phone never said sorry. Swore as he was working on. I have never been treated this way at at&t but will never go back to this store

Ugh. I dread coming here. The wait is always forever. Theres not enough staff. Usually only 1 person but if your lucky theres 2. Plus they lie to get you to buy stuff saying its free. It NEVER is. Do not believe them. And pray you never have to call customer service. That is a nightmare i wouldnt wish on anyone. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

I have been trying to establish internet service with AT&T since December. I had called the corporate number who told me that they would send someone out to see if my apartment building was wired and they failed to do so. I went to AT&T on Military Avenue and was lucky enough to work with Mc Kenzie and Madison. I had worked with Mc Kenzie previously and found him to be extremely helpful at that time. On my second visit to this store I worked with Madison and Mc Kenzie and received outstanding service. I believe I was there for an hour as Madison kept calling AT&T directly and kept working towards a solution. We were finally able to establish an appointment date for the following day. Never did I fell like I was a pain and my situation was a hassle. Unfortunately, the installation still has not occurred. I was then surprised with the store manager gave me a call to ask what happened. Apparently, he had been tracking my case. I was totally blown away. He told me he would continue to monitor progress on my situation. I think corporate AT&T needs to contact these employees so that they may learn what true customer service is. Thank you AT&T on Military Avenue, you are truly a team of remarkable and caring people.

However a week later when we hadnt received a call we stopped in and were told that the phone was not there and it was never ordered because that is not something they do. Very poor customer service at this specific location.

I would give no stars if it was an option. They mishandled the transfer of our lines from Verizon, resulting in another month of billing and no equipment reimbursement and completely misrepresented what the final monthly bill would be. We received a bill that is $151 higher per month than we were told it would be (fees and taxes). Beyond disappointed and the manager was condescending and refused to try to make it right.

I’m not a customer through AT&T. I was actually going to switch phone companies. I came to this store location TWICE when the store hours on the door/online said they were open, and they were not. They leave notes stuck to the door saying be back later. If they post store hours, they should be open during store hours. Unprofessional.
