Device credit promotions will require a lot of your time to receive (if you ever do). I fully qualified for my credits and met all the criteria but still had to call/chat for over 10 hours over 3 months to get those credits.Verizon is just awful.

This store is great! Everyone was super helpful and friendly with getting my new device set up and they made sure I understood everything about my sale. I will be sending everyone I know here! Ive never been to a better Verizon store!!

Bought my phone from a CJ or TJ at the Main Street location in Green Bay. Told me I needed to pick a case and screen protector included with my plan. It wasn’t.... he used my trade in for it. Dishonest! Then the screen protector broke, registered the product ahead of time. Went today to have it replaced and was told I needed to contact the company that makes them. Was rude to me and said If I don’t feel comfortable replacing it come see him. He had no time for me. Funny how the day I bought the phone they replaced for a woman right in front of me. Nobody was even in the store and he still couldn’t take the time. Will never buy from them again!

Team Wireless was very helpful and I didn’t feel pressured or hassled into getting products. They explained all the fees to me without hiding them and also used a work discount I didn’t know I had to get me discounts off in the store. I am not very tech savvy and didn’t really know what I wanted but they asked me questions about my life and recommended products for me instead of shoving a phone down my throat that would make them more money. All in all I was very satisfied and will only go to this location in the future.

All the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and there was hardly any wait time!!!

Jess was great to work with! Im not good with technology and she answered all of my questions with a really friendly attitude and didnt make me feel dumb.
