If I could add 5 extra stars I would!Ive never knew about Lebakkens until my husband mentioned it to me last year!Last year I was looking to purchased a whole livingroom set for my in laws but was short on cash but with lebakkens, I was able to fill out an application and took the set home the same day!After I paid it off, I went back for a refrigerator for myself! I am in love with my new refrigerator! Definitely will continue going there for future purchases! Amazing customer services as well as the deliverys mans! You guys are a great team!

These amazing people continue to wow us with amazing service! Weve been going through financial issues where we were late on our payments a few times, but these folks are very understanding and always accommodate us! Also had an issue with the laptop I was renting and they gave me a good loaner while they sent it in for repair, which came back two or three weeks later. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!!

If I could give this place a negative five stars it would be just that. My husband and I spoke to Bill about a furniture set. Was told everything we wanted to hear and need to know. Great service from him. Now we have been dealing with Ashley and from there everything has been down hill. We put our pay down and picked a delivery date. It’s a week from when it was supposed to be delivered and nothing! I called to day and scheduled another delivery date. My husband called again and was told they don’t even have the furniture and also that it want be delivered on the date I was told earlier by Ashley. Also was notified that I don’t even have notes on my account so the other female associate couldn’t assist. Poor service, extremely unprofessional! WILL NOT GET YOUR FURNITURE IN A TIMELY MATTER. If I’m still going to do businesses with this company it will be the last! No recommendations will be to go here. Searching for a new company to go with because this is unacceptable. Corporate Definitely will be contacted!
