It was a very good experience from having the initial visual estimate all the way to the point the car is ready for pick up. Victoria and Dave were very helpful and knowledgeable in making sure everything is in good order with the adjuster, 3rd party insurance and the replacement car rental. It was a very pleasant surprise to feel like picking my new car after the body work is done. Very much appreciated!

My husband and I can’t thank you enough for your professionalism. My husband brought our Subaru in at the end of the day on a Saturday for a headlight that needed replacement. You so courteously replaced it for us when other shops would have turned us away at the end of the day. We appreciate it and will be returning in the future.

I promise you this is the best auto body shop alive. Victoria and David, the owners, are in an auto body league of their own. They are extremely professional, meticulous, super attentive, and so caring of their customers’ needs. This is my second time coming to this shop for 2 accidents and Victoria and David were on top of each situation from A to Z, from handling insurances to making sure my car was done perfectly every step of the way. They are truly perfectionists and their work reflects that. Victoria and David completely took the stress out of each situation and truly made my life easier. Victoria and Dave were phenomenal! Someone hit my parked car and the entire front bumper and one light needed replacing. Plus I had another ding that needed fixing since it’s a leased Jeep. Victoria knew how upset I was and called their insurance company, waiting over 30 minutes, handled everything, got me a car from Enterprise and took care of everything! Victoria and Dave were so supportive, I can’t thank them enough. Most importantly I just picked up my Jeep and not only was everything fixed they detailed my car and it looks like brand new. I highly recommend their service and kindness.

Im glad I took my car here for repair, the shop owners (Victoria and Dave) were very friendly. Dave took the time to go over what needs to be done and provided me with options. They were prompt with communications. The team did an amazing job on the repair and the car was returned so clean (almost new!) including the hood. Personally, I feel this is the best body shop in New York. I had a tricky situation with two insurances and as soon as I made Victoria aware of it she jumped on it and was able to push for the best result. Once the car was in the shop, David and Victoria were true professionals. They kept me updated on the process of the car and made the whole situation as easy as possible. Great shop Dave and Victoria are running here—quality service. Went in to have my break pads replaced, they noticed my bumper was hanging off a bit and got it back on for me at no charge. Was also surprised they were able to have the parts delivered and change the breaks all within a few hours. Would recommend 10/10

Came in for a free estimate after hitting a deer. The damage wasn’t too bad externally, but once they took off the fenders/bumper, there was over 9k in internal damage (volvos are expensive). David and Victoria helped me with my claim with my insurance company and after a week, my car came back good as new.They treated me like family and walked me through every step of the repair process. They are timely with their work as they worked with my timeline. Communication on their part is great and I would definitely go with them again.

EXCEPTIONAL. After having significant damage from being rear-ended in a new vehicle that I use to transport my three young children, I wanted to ensure that I received a top quality repair. I did my diligence and went to North Shore. Victoria was amazing - extremely knowledgeable of how to navigate the insurers and wanting the best for her customers. My car looks amazing, cleaner than the day I bought it (which is a hard task given the amount of goldfish eaten and slime played with by my kids). I picked it up earlier than I thought I would and am happy to have what typically is a stressful and overwhelming process complete with no stress! Thank you David and Victoria!!!!

This is the best auto shop on Long Island and its not even close. My vehicle was extensively damaged by the hurricane, David and Victoria put me at ease and immediately worked with my insurance company, had a rental car pick me up , and within 1 week had my car looking like it was brand new right out of the dealership. The Northshore team did a great job with my car after it was damaged by a valet garage. They removed the dents and repainted the involved areas. Victoria was amazing and was great at communicating with me any updates. She helped coordinate the rental car, insurance for the windshield which cracked at another time and all the repairs. 5 Star experience!

As a woman, engaging a auto mechanic or auto company can be a harrowing experience. David literally met me at the curb while I sat in my car contemplating where I would start my search. First off I just want to say WOWWW ! & THANK YOU ! Victoria and her husband are the sweetest people who run the shop . In my case I had someone rear end my car which scratched and chipped off the paint on the back side . He then told me to call his shop and I’m so glad that I was sent here . I was a little worried since I wasn’t paying for it and this is the first time something like that had happened to me . I had to be away from my baby for a couple days :( but i’m so glad i got it done here . They went above and beyond . Not only did they paint and fix everything (it looks better than how i bought the car !) but when i went to pick her up they had beautifully cleaned and washed the car inside & out , and i thought that was so nice of them . Their little office space is cozy and homey , they really are a beautiful family run business . I will definitely be coming here for any of my car needs in the future and will recommend them to everyone . Thank you so much , now I know where to go for anything .

Wow. The result speaks for itself. The paint job was awesome. Color was matched perfectly and even the pinstripe was nicely restored. Overall the collision work on my Honda Ridgeline looks very clean... clean like... nothing ever happened it to. Even the car tires were coated and polished, this shows the owner (David) really went the extra mile to make his customer happy. And now my truck looks newer than when it came out of the dealership!As for the process, David first came up with a reasonable estimate. He was very easy to talk to, took the time to explain the work involved, step-by-step and he kept me up-to-date by texting me pictures along the way. This put my mind at ease. Ive been coming here since i was a kid. The owner Dave fixed my dads c4 corvette over the years and always did an excellent job. They also have a dynojet in house. When I was old enough to own a car he was always very helpful. The staff is on point just like the work they put out. They dont cut corners. Every job comes out perfect and professional.
