I am very happy with the body work that Auto Repair of Great Neck did on my 06 Acura TSX. Both George and Johnny were professional, courteous, and fair in their price.

Refused to give price for timing belt/water pumpo replacement over the phone. Told me I have to bring the car in for them to give me a price. Shady. Its a standard job, like an oil change. There is no reason to withhold price.

Professional and honest.They follow through on their words. I wasnt sure how to handle my accident with all the police reports, insurance calls and reserving a rental. But Johnny and George took care of everything. They took care of my insurance concerns and reserved a nice car for me from the rental company. And on top of all that they got me back in my car fast! By far the best body shop in great neck. george and johnny are extremely fair with their pricing and very accommodating to my needs. they always provide me with a detailed description of the work they are going to complete. it’s very nice to see how much this business has grown over the years. i have been coming here for over 10 years and plan on using them as long as i have too. they dont judge you by the type of car you are driving like many other people in this business. they are true gentlemen! thanks for serving our community!

Recently got rear ended by local Great Neck local. Had estimate of $450 from nearby shop. Person who hit me had work estimated at $600. They took (almost forced) my car to go here because it was a shop they said did good work and they paid from their insurance. Long story short I see my bill totaled $7,648 and theirs nearly $18,000! The work looked like it was spray painted. My leasing company now charged me thousands for “substandard repairs!”This shop commits rampant insurance fraud. Person who hit me said they & the owner Johnny will pay me money to be quiet and many locals bring car there to make money on insurance claims. This is INSURANCE FRAUD! I will contact state attorneys office and will be reporting this to all local authorities.Be careful of this place! They are committing rampant insurance fraud and should be shut down. I have filed with the attorney generals office and was told they are currently under investigation. Steer clear of this place! I was told many locals and owner are under investigation. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!
