Also i took my car there for a timing belt and a tune up, and they called me and was like we noticed your valve covers need cleaned up, what color you want em. I said crinkle black. Thats service.

After struggling for quite some time with a malfunctioning power sliding door and a parasitic drain battery drain on my 2009 Honda Odyssey, I carried it over to EurAsia Import Specialists where Filippo and his team diagnosed the issue and repaired my van, eliminating all the problems at a fair price, I believe......definitely better workmanship and pricing than any dealer that I have had experience with! Additionally, Drew was kind enough to provide loaner vehicles for me to use for a couple of days every time I needed to leave my van. Something else I dont recall a dealer doing for me in the past. I brought my 2008 Lexus ES350 to EAIS for replacement of a leaking head gasket. It was a big job, but they came in under estimate and did excellent work. I was still getting some minor noise from the drive belt afterward (that was also replaced), and they quickly got me back in to take care of the issue at no charge to me. If you have a Lexus that needs serviced, I highly recommend EAIS. Fair prices for the quality of the work completed, and they stand by what they do.

Generally I like to do all the work on my car as I dont trust anyone else and my labor cost is free. My clutch job required more large and expensive tooling than I have access too. The guys at EurAsia are automotive enthusiasts and you can tell that when you talk to them. That is the kind of person that I want to work on my car, someone who is genuinely excited about it and has respect for my car. The job went well and the price was inline with the quality of work. (it was not cheap but more reasonable than a dealer would be and I would trust them over a dealer any day). I have over a 1000 miles on the replaced clutch and it has never felt better. Just started to use EurAsia for my 87 Supra with 2JZ turbo. Work was done very well, communication very good with Drew, I will keep using them. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is scheduling, sometimes you need to wait 2 weeks to get in, and that long wait until you car get your car in, that is why I gave 4 stars.

Eurasia and its staff are simply the best!!!! I’ve been a loyal, satisfied customer for many years. Recently during the polar vortex my battery went dead and I was stranded. If you own a car like a Mini, they are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable about imports and know what they are doing. I tried other local shops and they were chicken to do something as standard as replacing a clutch. For anything I cant do myself, I will be taking my Mini there again. There are minor things wrong with my car, but they didnt harrass me to have them fix those issues. Great shop!

The closest Volvo dealership to the South Bend, IN area is over an hour away in Kalamazoo, MI so I found EurAsia in my search for an alternative. After a routine service and relatively major set of repairs, my experience has been very positive. The owners are experienced technicians and provide a high level of service (including offering loaner vehicles for customer use). Highly recommend if youre looking for a second opinion or own an import brand without a local dealer.

My boy needed a new clutch put in his Jetta. I called around but John seem to be more eager to help get the repair done at the cheapest price. Although I never met him face to face we spent quite a bit of time talking on the phone. he was very personable and professional. After the disassembly he called to tell me about other issues that had been identified and presented different cost options. My boy is absolutely estatic with his car and said it drives better than it ever did. I would definitely do business with John again.

These guys really know their Subarus. I took mine in for some suspension work (struts, lowering springs) and they did a great job. They know their way around performance parts if thats the way you want to go. Great shop if youre looking to upgrade your vehicle on the performance side but want to make sure its done right. Not the cheapest but thats okay with me.

These guys are good. I had a 1990 300zx that I picked up for my son. It had a number of gremlins that needed to get fixed to make it a reliable ride. Car being 30 years old and a right hand drive took a little longer than expected to get parts. All said - They had to track down hard to get parts and improvise. In end, these guys make things run right. Sometimes car repairs are painful on the pocket (as is the case here) but you can be assured that if you are going to spend the money, these guys will make it right. we will go back in for round 2 later in Fall for some additional work. Big thanks!

I called on a Friday with a check engine light on my Highlander. They told me to stop by after work. I stopped by after work with my kids. They had it diagnosed (misfire) , had the part and had it fixed in less than an hour. I was able to drive to Chicago to pick up my husband that weekend. So thankful for their help!!

The EurAsia team is great when it comes to the maintenance on our X3. Weve had some work done in the past year, and they were able to give us an honest assessment of what needed repair, and, how we could save money by selecting parts that were still high quality, but fit our driving use, as opposed to more expensive, high performance ones. Rates are reasonable, and youll see plenty of smiling faces when you stop by.

The techs and owner of this place are pathetic. Ive been getting the run around on my Range Rover (something these guys are specialists with) for ~2 weeks now and IM HAPPILY PAYING MONEY TO HAVE MY VEHICLE TOWED from this dishonest, thieving shop. I had to call 8+ times over those 2 weeks just to know what was going on, was given a ballpark quote and then when the time FINALLY came that they really were going to do the work they over doubled the cost trying to quote me over $1400.00 in parts for a kit that costs less than $250.00 from THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE TO BUY ROVER PARTS.I wouldnt trust this shop to do anything. I have a lot of friends with imports and they will not ever be visiting this shop.

I needed a clutch done on my 1996 audi a4 a while back in the year. I called a ridiculous amount of shops nearby to get a quote, just to get turned away the moment I said audi.After some mild frustration and a repair website linking me to this shop, I got a reasonable quote and was on my way. Since then Ive sent my newer audi and my friends Infiniti to them for everything. They do incredible work and are very friendly to all customers!**edit**just recently got my new car back from them after a SMF conversion, steel braided clutch line, short throw shift kit, and some other odds and ends carried out during the installs. I wanted to give the new clutch a few hundred miles to ensure everything was working great.I can say this reliably now that I gave it some time. My vehicle feels better than it ever has. Its quieter than its ever been too thanks to them paying attention to other areas of my car that werent up to par. In the end, they made sure to take care of every detail in the job I asked of them, touched up areas we previously discussed, and even fixed other major issues we hadnt discussed! Im grateful for everything this shop did for me and was more than happy spending the money at this shop because of all this.Thanks again Drew and Filippo!

I had my Subaru at the dealer, where they told me the engine shake when I started my car was normal, but that I needed struts, since they were leaking. I called around for pricing on the struts and took my car to EurAsia, since they quoted me far less than the dealer. I was a bit surprised when I got a call asking why I wanted them to do the struts. When I told them the dealer said they were leaking, I was told that they werent leaking at all and didnt need to be replaced. However, the shaking I was getting on startup was due to bad motor mounts. These were replaced and my car is now great! They could easily have just replaced the struts and the motor mounts and collected their money. Instead, they were honest about what really needed to be done. They are now a trusted partner in my car care. I wont take it anywhere else!

Brought my car here and they never offered a loaner, but apprarently have them. They had my car for about two weeks and the car worked better, but not 100%. Complained about not being offered a loaner and the guy was rude and basically said he wasn’t sure they would fix my car anymore...who says that when they went well over the timeframe they promised me? Terrible business ethics.
