Walked in and waited about 2 minutes to start testing. Wonderful demeanor for all aspects of the visit. No hard sales pitch. Had to ask to try out a test set. That is a good thing! High recommendation from me.

The service is excellent. The location is convenient. Good parking is available. The staff is friendly and helpful. My problems were explained in an understandable manner. Service was prompt. In other words a five star rating.

May 20, 2016 I attended a very informative Lunch & Learn event presented by Dr. Pam Keenan. It was very interesting and a good first step in my pursuit of a hearing aid. I will be making an appointment to learn more. The consensus of family members is that I need one 😀
