Staff is Always helpful, efficient and willing to answer my questions. Sometimes I need more explanation than others and that is never a big deal. They will explain until I fully understand what to do. I recommend Miracle Ear on 3 mile road Grand Rapids/Walker.

Right from the beginning, Ben Norris was very helpful, informative, personal and gave extraordinary service. I appreciate how he diagnosed my wifes hearing problem and continues to keep up on how she is doing with the aids and keeps the aids clean and working properly. Vicki is also very good, being friendly and helpful. She is a good front person to have in this office.

I finally convinced my husband to go see Vicki and Ben for his hearing issues. Vicki was fabulous to work with when we walked in and Ben was amazing when it came time for the hearing tests. Ben determined it was only selective hearing and not an actual hearing issue that my husband was experiencing. This shows me that Ben cares about his patients and not about selling them something they dont need. Thanks Ben and staff!

This office is great. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I checked out a few others and Miracle Ear surpassed others in the area. Ben, Jessica and Eric, all 3 who I dealt with were all so helpful. It is really awesome not to keep saying what did you say. And now I dont miss what people on the screen are saying in a movie. I came to get my hearing evaluated. Ben did a great job during and after testing and explained areas of concern with my hearing. I’m not quite in need of aids yet, but he was honest in letting me know about the hearing loss I do have and what to look out for.

I have not received my ordered aid yet, but I would like to rate the two representatives who helped me on a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being high) a 10.5. They were very attentive, knowledgeable and concerned with my needs and questions. The tested aid worked far better than two previous competitive ones I had tried.

Up graded from older miracle ear to the newest model with blue tooth now i can understand tv and phone calls it goes directly to hearing aid even with out blue tooth the hearing is so much better Ben is great to work with
