This is a great place to go for any of your hearing needs. The hearing aids are affordable and not pushed on your to get anything you dont want or need. The company has worked with me while I was living overseas and even shipped me extra batteries and parts!

Dr. Karen Jacobs and her excellent staff are very courteous, professional and dedicated.I have received outstanding personal attention to ensure that my hearing aids are adjusted to give me the greatest possible assistance. Dr. Jacobs also visited my place of employment and provided invaluable direction to accommodate my needs.Prices are quite reasonable and fair. The staff will work with individuals to provide financial assistance if needed.I am very happy to be a part of the AVA family. I wouldnt consider going elsewhere!

Dr. Jacobs has always been very helpful and understanding in dealing with my hearing issues. I recently purchased new Widex hearing aides from AVA Hearing. After about a thirty-day trial period, I decided these were the hearing aides for me. I can hear conversation more clearly than before. The aides come with an iPhone app which adds so much more value to the purchase (music and other audio source-streaming, selective microphone option). I am very happy to work with Karen and AVA Hearing.

Absolutely terrific customer service! Friendly & couldnt be more in tune with their client needs. My dog has eaten 4 hearing aids - theyve always provided fast replacements and are truly involved in getting it right the first time! I cant recommend Karen & the staff highly enough.

AVA Hearing are the nicest people to work with. The are always concerned about your concerns. They treat you like they really care about what is going on. The service and quality of care is excellent!
