Dena Barton is wonderful, very personable, and knowledgeable about all hearing issues. I recommend her highly for anyone seeking extremely competent technician. You will have instant trust in her at your first appointment.My one suggestion in regard to the location of the hearing center is that it could be more centrally located in Grand Rapids. Previous locations were on 29th SE and Breton SE and 32nd, approximately a mile from my house. The present location is 17 miles one way from my home.

It was a wonderful appointment with Dena for the purpose of cleaning hearing aides, fine tuning sound and volume, and updating iPhone app. Environment and scheduling were very safe in these pandemic times. We appreciate Dena’s ability to listen and serve her clients.

I am willing to drive WAY out of my way -25 miles one way - because I think Dena is THE BEST. I bought my hearing aids from her and only went one other place after everything moved. Never again! I’ll drive to and thru Grand Rapids to see her.

Joe was recommended by another hearing aid business (The second business I went to that could not replace the ear insert part of my hearing aids). He was VERY knowledgeable, competent and helpful. He made my Unitron hearing aids that I got from my farther usable for me. I give him and his staff an A+ for friendly, capable, service that was inexpensive and way above and beyond the norm. His was the third hearing aid business I went to; The third time was the charm.

He stresses his availability by phone outside of the regular appointments, and he is always open to walk through any procedure with you in the maintenance and care of your hearing aids.
