Neat place! It was nice to see something unique at the mall. Lots of yummy smelling bath bombs, soaps, and more bath and beauty items. They focus on natural ingredients, sustainable packaging, and humane treatment of animals. Im excited to try their products and the people working there were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was friendly and helpful in helping find what I came on for.

The staff is helpful, the products are amazing, and I always feel happy when I leave. Its a place I can feel good about supporting. They give back to charity, they are doing the work to be green, and theyre against animal testing. Even though their products can be pricey, theyre worth it.

I came in with my sister and we were a bit lost with what products would be best for us. Seth was super friendly, informative and honest. I really appreciate his welcoming customer service and his patience with us picking out and trying out products. I hope to see him again on our next visit.

I have always wanted to try out Lush products and yesterday while at the woodland mall I thought I’d seize the opportunity. I was talking with an associate and while I was in the middle of asking a question she completely ignored me and started talking with her coworker then walked away.

My three year old has a medical condition and can’t wear a mask. We asked for a reasonable accommodation and they wouldn’t let him in the store. Didn’t have any issues with any other store in the mall besides lush.

Oh god I love lush!!! Their bath bombs an bubble bars are to die for. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it. Their products make me feel like a queen. I just wish the had a black bath bomb. I need it lol

I have been in many a Lush and have spent thousands with this corporation..I have never had a problem in any other lush! I always get fantastic service and great assistance from kind people.. I just moved to Michigan from Chicagoland and I must say this is the worst Lush and it’s because of their horrible customer service..the employees here have made me feel very uncomfortable every time I have come in here..they are very rude pushy and condescending and I will never spend another dime at this particular location ever again. I’m not sure why they are so abrasive..lush usually doesn’t hire people like this.. I come here for a safe space and this no longer feels like buying luxury items..I left here today intending on spending a lot more money than I did but I will just go home and shop online..this is a shame considering that people can finally get out and this is the customer service received

I love this place and I’m a loyal customer and the staff is normal friendly but i got kick of the store today cause my 2 year was not wearing a mask. The law says 2 and under dont have to wear one but yet we still got kicked out. Also there is no sign telling parents that if their child is 2 they have to wear a mask. I was also in there the other day and nobody told me that she had to wear a mask.

Bathbombs are the girls favorites. Lush has the absolute best! Only issue Ive ever had was their supplier was having troubles due to covid so Lush had very little inventory. Hopefully all worked out my next trip or would have been a 5 star visit.

LUSH went above and beyond to assist me.I had two issues:1. With a very delayed package2. A product I ordered became unavailableBoth issues were resolved and I was compensated more than fairly for the inconvenience. Also, while shopping there this holiday season each staff member was eager to help. The team clearly knew the products well. I felt the store was enforcing safe COVID precautions. I cannot wait to return.One note is inventory is a little low with Holiday exclusive items.

Makes there customers wash there hands before entering the store or will not let them in. What a complete joke. Close your store if your scared of germs. Complete psychos!!!!

Lush is like a magical realm where they make you feel like a fairy princess. Stop be so AMAZING! Angels on bare skin is the only face wash out of like a hundred that actually works for me and helps my acne. They are super friendly and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. Love their products especially their bath bombs, bubble bars, lip scrubs, face masks, and their moisturizers. The whole store smells amazing which is an added bonus, and the cashiers are very nice. Great place to shop at and get some great quality products to enjoy a spa day at home.

Love this store! I am a regular customer, and the employees are so kind and willing to help you out, yet they do not hover. They allow you to shop at your own pace, but are so well informed about the products. They try their best to help you find what youre looking for, and offer some helpful suggestions along the way.As always, the selection of bath bombs changes a lot, which is very nice. Keeps things fresh!

(And not just because its the only Lush in the area 😝) The employees there are always so friendly and kind, without being pushy, and the range of options offered are always changing so there are always new things to try!The employees really know their stuff and can help you work around allergies or sensitivies, and of course the fact that the entire range of products are vegetarian, (many are vegan too!) earth friendly, and cruelty free is the reason to shop Lush in the first place. Lush has the best products. Period. Environment and Animal friendly... and without a doubt the most effective face lotion I’ve ever used. I’ve bought several very high end lotions, but never had these results. I’ve been using “Karma”.I encourage anyone and everyone to give Lush products a try!

I had never been to Lush before today and they are awesome. The fact that all of their products are organic, all natural and vegan is outstanding. That alone makes them one of the best companies period. Its pricey, but its because everything is handmade and organic which makes up for it. Would definitely recommend!

I first walked into the store thinking I was going to get a certain product, then looking around I was a little overwhelmed by everything. I asked a consultant, Amy for some help. She did a wonderful job helping me find the best fit shampoo and conditioner bars for my Lush-us locks. 😘 Leaving Lush I was so excited to get home to test out my new hair care and when I did I was all smiles. I sleep with my hair wet to avoid less heat damage and come the morning when it dried my hair was so soft, clean, and shiny! Thank you so much Amy for your time and wisdom ♥️! Super friendly and helpful staff. And theyre actually appropriately staffed! It was kinda busy and the ratio of staff to customers was probably one to two and they were all really kind and informative, you can tell they actually care to learn about the products they sell. One young woman even prepared and sent me home some samples for my mom and my mom loves em. Easily my favorite store in the mall.

The product selection is low and staff will make you feel like you have broken the law if you touch your mask for a second. Shop online.

The smell are overwhelming in the beat possible way. My hair and skin have been healthier ever since i started to use their products. I went in knowing nothing and asked alot of questions. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. They had the patient of monks haha but yes i definitely recommend this place.

The gay best friend here. Guys this is the store you go to if you want to buy your girlfriend or wife an amazing gift that will make her smile. Lush products are amazing for skin care and cleansing the body. Their products can be used by men and women so dont be afraid to try a body scrub. Your skin will feel truly amazing afterwards. This place can get pretty crowded but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. From bath bombs to body scrubs they have it all. Their products are environmentally friendly and dont come at the expense of animals or nature. So this is a recommended stop for Valentines gift shopping.

I had a couple reasons for checking out LUSH. In doing some digging online on travel products, LUSH kept showing up. Non-liquid, so you can take as much as you want on a plane. No plastic, so good for the environment. No chemicals, so good for you and, again, the environment. The prices arent cheap, so I headed to the store to avoid shipping costs. The folks there were very helpful and the products purchased work well!

I absolutely love everything about this place. Im that very customer who loves shopping by himself. The associates never seem to be pushy, always answer your questions, may share their experience. You can tell they love their job and use the products at home. The assortment is pricey, but you can always ask for a sample before you buy it. Never felt like I wasted money.

Normally, my experience at Lush stores is awesome, the staff are super friendly and helpful even if its busy, and I leave with a little more than I originally meant to buy, but Im glad I made the extra purchases. on Thursday, March 23rd, I had a VERY different experience. The store was practically empty (we were there around 3 pm) and the staff were just chatting with each other. Nobody greeted us when we came it, and it took us tapping someone on the shoulder to get a few questions answered, which is a very unusual Lush experience. Its more of what I would expect at, say, War Mart. Nobody introduced themselves, and I didnt actually see any name tags, so I have no idea who I interacted with. The two people we managed to pin down didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about the products, or store policies, nor were they very engaged with us. When I asked for product recommendations I got a blank stare, and then she grabbed the nearest product and started talking about it (a soap, I was looking for a lotion). She seemed really disengaged, and it was very off-putting. I also asked for a demo of the application of one of the products and had to ask two different people to finally have them wave over a third employee to actually show me the product, after which I think I was actually more confused about its application than before.Also, I asked about a dry shampoo, and Im pretty sure the employee started just making things up, which drives me NUTS. How is Lush any different from all the other companies if theyre going to do the same thing? I love the Lush has a policy of using all natural, good for you and for the earth kinds of ingredients, and that they want you to know exactly what youre getting, but when you tell me that a self preserving dry shampoo has probiotics and active cultures to help your hair grow, shine, and get really clean, Im calling BS. 1, they wouldnt do that, and 2, active cultures shouldnt be in a dry shampoo, and 3, that makes me think it cant be truly self preserving at all. She also started to talk about how other dry shampoos were using oil to make your hair less oily because they used petrochemicals, and how they didnt work at all, etc.It left me aggravated and not wanting to return. I ended up buying just two items that Ive tried before and not really wanting to part with my money for them anyway. Im sure this is an outlier of an experience, but I was extremely disappointed.

The workers here are so nice and helpful! The woman who helped me on Tuesday was so kind and she helped me find exactly what I needed. Im super interested in reducing plastic waste and lush is perfect for that, they have bar soaps, scrubs, and shampoos!

There is a particular staff member that tried to argue about an ingredient I mentioned I did not want in my shampoos. She sounded ignorant and very rude when I didnt buy something she recommended. I picked up the bottle and checked the ingredients and told get it contains that ingredient I dont want. She then started asking me Id I recently got my hair dyed, taking over me (my hair had some hints of dark natural red). It was offputting as no one would naturally have this hair. I told her I did, and my hair stylist told me not to use products with the ingredient. She became snobby and tried to tell me it was good for you. I had to leave the store. I havent been back.

Staff is always so helpful & friendly! Great place for gifts for everyone of all ages. My kids love the jelly bombs!

Got home from birthday shopping and realized that one of the employees (who did a wonderful job showing me what skin care products to buy for my wretched skin) slipped me a freebie In my bag with a sweet birthday note attached. My girlfriend took me here because she wanted to buy some stuff. So I figured I would go ahead and start smelling everything and after about 8 minutes I also ended up buying stuff. Im usually pretty allergic to scented anything but their products dont ever bother my skin. I smell less like college and more like Outback Mate. Their shampoo bars like Montalbano work really well too and smell good.

Amazing products. Amazing service. My grandma brought me here to pick out a treat and told every employee that im pregnant, and they brought me samples of things to try through my pregnancy. Im honestly blown away by the kindness! And I love natural, low waste, earthy crunchy products. I will be back!

Nice place. I went to smell a bath bomb and accidentally snorted some soap dust. My nose burned for about 5 minutes. But hey, it smelt really good.

Love Lush products but dread going to this store to get them. The employees bombard you when you walk in. This is the third time that Ive gone in and had way too many employees follow me and harass me about what Im looking at, not in a helpful way either. Half the time I dont feel like they really know what theyre talking about, it sounds like they are just trying to say the right thing so you buy the product. Its clearly how theyre being trained and its not helpful, just annoying...
