The best service here in pharmacy as well as lovely Miss Colleen!!! She is a ray of sunshine in our community.Lots of selection for convenience items as well as great seasonal items & even gifts.Overlooking sad exterior.

The pharmacy here is usually a pretty good experience where they answer questions and are pretty quick to fill prescriptions. However service at the front is dismal to fair at best. The majority of the time they have only one cashier working and if he or she gets hit with a customer wanting lotto tickets, has a lot of preprinted discounts from a previous visit or has questions about their Extra Care or the confusing in-store special pricing you can stand in line waiting for 15-20 minutes while that one customer monopolizes the one cashiers time. At the very least employees need to be better trained when to recognize when there are 5 or more people in line and its taking forever to wait on one customer that maybe its time to call another cashier. It happened to me again tonight. A tip- if youre at the pharmacy in the back of the store you can shop for other purchases while waiting for your prescriptions. THEN they will cash those out for you when your script is ready. Its quick and easy. Theyre much more professional in the pharmacy. I will never shop the store again where I have to use a front of the store cashier. Horrible customer experience time after time.

The pharmacists here are absolutely life savers. They are professional and courteous every time. I absolutely love them❤️

Went into store to see if they had my vitamins, looked everywhere, not a single employee was helpful to ask if I needed help. Leaving the store because I wasnt able to find my vitamins I was flagged down and the managers whistled and hollared at me, asking me if I stole something. One of the managers were recording me. I have a hard time hearing out of my left ear, so I pulled up and asked them, why they were recording me without my consent. I pulled all of my contents out of my purse to show/prove to them I didnt do anything. Upon asking the manager to review what he recorded he said no, it was his constitutional right! So if you want to be treated as a theif when you merely was looking around, go here. They have ya covered! Id give a MINUS 5 star google review.

I had the most disgusting experience with the Manager of CVS at 28th and Eastern. His name is Roberto. When asked about what they are doing to help boost employee morale during the pandemic. Roberto responded by saying that, Everyone is worth a dime to the company. They just got to roll with the punches. For example If someone shows up late for an interview I just throw their resume in the trash, I was stunned. I feel bad for everyone that has to work there. FYI this is how our frontline workers get treated by CVS. Such a shame man.

The staff there have been so helpful. They made calls to get my prescription transfered and helped me out so much. Their help is very appreciated. They definitely go above and beyond.

Staff in the pharmacy are super helpful. I’ve had some mix-ups on my doctor’s part and these guys caught it. They answer all my annoying questions and concerns and I feel like they actually listen and care :)

Drive thru pharmacy worker was polite and professional.

I moved from that side of town but I still like to come in from time to time and shop, One of the cashiers Ms. Colleen is great I enjoy talking to her.

Was here in March with my boyfriend, cashier gave my boyfriend a hard time because I was the one buying cold medicine, she should mind her own business

Brent the pharmacist is really nice and the other pharmacists are too. My daughter has asthma and she always gets sick. So I choose this pharmacy because its 24 hours. I dont know about the rest of the staff but the pharmacists has always been kind to me.

I have been there several times and got prescriptions with no problem. Today was a different story, I sat at the window this AM at 715 and waited for almost 7 minutes and no one came to the window to help or say I will be right with you. A man was working and was talking to another man at the counter and they both looked at the window and kept talking. So I left and all I wanted to do was drop off a script to pick up later. I thought that was fast!!!!!! Guess I was wrong.

Went for basic items today. The store is well kept and good sales. Especially if youre a CVS card member and you get your prescriptions there besacuse they give you $5 for every 10 scripts you fill. Kinda a great deal. I gotten like $25 in the last 4 months. And the staff has been friendly, sooo....

I have been very happy with the pharmacy here...being a bit older I find that they are very patient and help to explain things well.

No matter the time of day, if you call to ask a question that is non-pharmacy related, you get Oh, uh, we are experiencing a heavy customer time with a bunch of people in the line, and we cant help you right now. Please feel free to call again in a little while.

I can not express my graditude enough to Joshua and staff for the caring professionalism to a customer in this case has never met before but cared enough to trust and have compassion. Thank you for going above and beyond in your profession.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgable.

The head cashier that is at 727 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI has such a bad attitude. She yells at customers and give poor customer service. She seems not to be happy to have a job. When I go there. She is always there. So I am assuming she is overworked and needs to have time off. Her hair is short and it is dirty blonde.

They have really good deals at times. I sometimes come in here for snack-type food.

As it is open 24 hours, not many bad things can be said about it! The people seem friendly enough and willing to help.

The pharmacy staff is ALWAYS so rude. The only reason I continue to fill prescriptions here is because it’s so close to my house, but I think I need to switch to Walgreens and drive a bit farther!
