Pharmacy will lie to your face about when your prescription will be ready. They clearly cannot handle the amount of scripts to fill but rather than do anything to solve the problem, they consistently lie to customers about being capable & timing. Calling ahead to confirm does not make a difference. They will tell you it will be filled but then you show up and are told they cant get to it. Showed up next day and same thing happened. Extremely aggravating to use this pharmacy.

I am beyond angry. My wife had oral.surgery today. She had an infection under one tooth. Antibiotic is called in to pharmacy (Walgreens) and 4-4 1/2 hrs later, as I was told at least 5:30pm, not even begun to be worked on. They tell her a couple more hrs. They close at 8pm. She can run the risk of complications from the infection as they did not fill it. They dont open until 9a or 10a tomorrow. Almost 24 hrs and nothing She can take to stave off infection in her mouth. Totally unacceptable. Changed one pharmacy due to poor service. Now this? We have had numerous issues with this pharmacy. Time for a change and to cease being a customer in the Fuller/Michigan store. A 1 star rating is still too high.

Only reason I go is its close. Staff is rude, pharmacists will deny your medication or make things harder for you. The woman pharmacist thinks shes a dr and is rude to boot. Ive had broken pills and everything takes forever. Service is just horrible.

Almost as slow as the mcdonald’s on michigan 😆

I keep trying to go here because it’s conveniently located but it’s bad. Service is usually slow and sometimes rude, especially in the pharmacy. At one point they had no carts, not no available carts, no carts at the store. The guy at the counter said the group of homeless people (who are always there) took them all. That was just the perfect metaphor for this store, it’s unpleasant for the customers, and not offering the basic level of service you should expect from Walgreens, and oh well.

I want to like this place, but theyve quite literally got zero carts or baskets, and they always seem way understocked. Its almost impossible to shop for the stuff you need here.

I went to pick up my rx last Wednesday (11/25), and had to wait about 20 minutes to get help. They didn’t have it because the e script system was down, and they had not gotten any scripts in at all that day. No problem, I said I’d come back after the holiday. When I pulled in today a woman said they didn’t have anything for me. I had to ask her to double check, and she finally found it and said it wasn’t ready because they didn’t have my insurance info. I said I didn’t have insurance and was using Good Rx. She told me it would be 20 minutes and to come back in 20, it’s the fastest they can do it. I have not had insurance for a year and a half and have gotten prescriptions there with no problem before. I was frustrated, but circled around 20 minutes later ready to get the heck out of there on my third attempt at getting it filled. They took my Good Rx info and it was about $15 more than the coupon said. Whatever, I just wanted to get out of there after spending about an hour and half between my first two attempts and the wait. I tried to give her my card and she said it wasn’t ready - it would be 20 mins bc they didn’t have my insurance before. I felt like I was in groundhog’s day. Canceled the Rx and I’ll never go back to this Walgreens pharmacy.

Literally the worst pharmacy in GR. The store itself is not so bad but dang, the pharmacy is a hot mess. I would avoid it and use a different one if it wasnt on the bus route.

Probably the worst place to go for over-the-counter HBA. Prices are out of sight, about 2 1/2 times what youd pay at Meijer.The employees are all sullen mumblers. Even with no customers in line, I waited about 5 minutes to check out, as all the employees were busy mumbling and laughing with each other. No greeting, no thank you, some incomprehensible mumbling as she made sure not to make eye contact.Just awful.

Helpful people at the pharmacy and at the cash counter as well. Great location makes me very convenient to visit here on my way from work. Haven’t tried the drive through pharmacy but heard them speaking with people and seemed courteous.

Staff never seems friendly or helpful.

They restock (as in, unfill) your prescriptions way too fast, and I’ve had them give me the wrong amount on multiple occasions.

Ive grown up knowing Walgreens as a whatever you need/ whenever you need it mart open 24 hours a day. Opening at 7am and closing at 10pm does not offer convenience before work or a late night trip for something you need the next day. I would understand if the one down was open earlier or closed later but that is not the case...

Worst customer service. I ordered 1 4x6 print online. I received an email confirmation, then later an email stating my photo was ready. I went to the photo desk, there were no customers there. I was not greeted by the employee, when I said Hi and smiled, I was told Im working on something for a customer, youre going to have to wait. After a while she said to me Whats your last name?, In a very short tone. She then asked me if I was sure I sent my order to that Walgreens. Then she said Oh, thats why I couldnt find it, its not done, like thats my fault. No greeting, no smile, no friendly look, no thank you, just a whole lot of attitude and making me feel like Im bothering her. I would have asked for a manager, but she was one. I wont be back.

The store is very nice, nice employees, but yes, the pharmacy is slow; you need to be strategic about when you go, or plan to shop and get a text or have them page you when done, or call ahead and have your prescription number ready to do a refill and give them a couple hours. Im guessing there is a good reason Walgreens went from Awesome to lacking a in just a couple years--one that may be byond their control...(like, prescription plans getting more tedious, increased regulation on medication ordering...or it could just be poor management or lack of urgency... but I think wed all like to see a little more hustle back there, guys....)

They let me bring my esa pit inside no questions asked bc drive thru pharmacy was down! Go walgreens! That was such a great experience for all involved!

Negative stars should be an option for this place. Unbelievably rude and incompetent pharmacy staff. Changed prescription with no explanation. Discovered this after returning home and called and asked to get the prescription changed and was told to call another pharmacy. Sure, you screw up but somehow its not your responsibility to fix the issue? Oh, and the service is incredibly slow. Its worth driving an extra fifteen minutes to go anywhere else to avoid this mess of a store.

Staff does theyre best to help you, Ive used this Walgreens since they first opened. They take the time to talk to you one on one.

I get calls that a prescription is ready when it isnt and they always screw up my prescription amount and when it is due.

Most of the staff are genuinely there to be helpful and succeed in doing so.

Very convenient and typically quick service at both the pharmacy and the store.

My husband and I began using the pharmacy at the Walgreens on Fuller and Michigan about 6 months ago because it was on our way to work. Although conveniently located, we have been very disappointed in their service and are now taking our business elsewhere. Specifically, weve had problems with our orders that have repeatedly caused us to make 2 trips, and when this has happened the technicians have shown little concern for our inconvenience. In fact, they often behave as if WE are the inconvenience! My husband has spoken to the Manager twice, hoping to help them address the problems, to no avail. If you are thinking about using this pharmacy, think twice.

Found out I had 2 accounts ... They told me up and down my prescription wasnt theres, thankfully someone had experience with a situation like that and figured it out for me, still my go to pharmacy for convenience,

This store pharmacy manager is not helpful pretty rude! They take hours to days. Managment sucks! They could care less what people want and need.

I dont know about the pharmacy situation because i have never used it. I can say for a fact though you YOU CAN EASILY GET CHEAPER FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE FAMILY DOLLAR just a tiny walk away. Hope my review saved you money!

Absolute worst Walgreens location I’ve ever been to. Filthy. I’m talking absolutely disgusting. Hold it before you even think about using one of their bathrooms. No toilet paper, sopping wet sweaters on the ground… yeah. Also it took coming in here a total of THREE times over 24 hours and multiple hours of waiting around each time to get my prescription filled. This place is an absolute joke. Switch your prescription elsewhere.
