We needed an older rug cleaned and repaired. Hamid immediately identified it and offered suggestions about how best to repair it. It now looks great. Moreover, Hamid was given the option to make some other repairs but chose not to because of the expense and the negative effect it would have had upon the rugs authenticity. We were very grateful for both his expertise and his judgment. We will definitely consult him again should the opportunity arise.

I brought a rug I had purchased abroad into Rugport, and I cant tell you how generous and helpful they were to me. They sent the rug to Chicago for needed repairs and preparation for hanging. All work was excellently done and fairly priced. If you need a rug or if you need help with a rug you already own, I cant recommend Rugport highly enough. Not only do they have a huge and varied selection of rugs for sale, they are such a pleasure to work with. Definitely two thumbs up!
